EXHIBITIONS DATE EVENT Saturday 3rd November to Angels: The Devotional & The Decorative Sunday 27th January Discover a host of angels from Jubilee Library’s Rare Books and Special Collections. Display includes epic poems, religious manuscripts, ancient myths and Art Nouveau illustration. In the Tony Miller Reading Room. Monday 7th to Sunday 20th 50 Gifts for the Duke and Duchess of from BBC Sussex January Listeners to BBC Sussex donated 50 special gifts from across East and to welcome the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex. These gifts will go on public display before being taken to Kensington Palace. In the Foyer. Monday 14th to Sunday A Life More Ordinary 20th January A picture exhibition of survivors of crime. They have all been through support services commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner and are now able to live ‘a life more ordinary’. The pictures depict them doing everyday activities they feel able to do again, such as reading, singing etc. The exhibition will consist of the picture and a narrative of what the victim went through and how they have now recovered. In the Window and Information Point.

Every (Term-time only) fourth Monday stories delivered by Brighton & Hove Museum Service and the last Friday of the month signed stories delivered by Brighton & Hove Sensory Needs Service. Free but donations gratefully received.

Sundays 11.15 am and Sunday Film Screenings 1.30pm Enjoy a film on our large plasma screen TV. Free. Children’s screening am, adult’s screening pm. Free but donation gratefully received.
