Recipient Loans Project Description AR John Boozman, Rick Crawford Craighead Electric Cooperative Corporation $24,368,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to fund distribution projects, including 35 miles of Tom Cotton (01) new and improved line. Craighead serves more than 31,000 consumers over 4,800 miles of line in Craighead, Crittenden, Greene, Independence, Lawrence, Poinsett, Randolph and Sharp counties.

GA Johnny Isakson, Buddy Carter Coastal Electric Membership Corporation $23,000,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to connect more than 3,900 consumers and build and David Perdue (01) improve 165 miles of line and invest $1.6 million for smart grid projects. Coastal Electric Membership Corporation serves approximately 19,700 customers in Georgia.

IA Joni Ernst, David Loebsack Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative $4,703,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to fund 11 miles of new line and invest $175,000 in Charles Grassley (02) smart grid technologies, providing reliable and resilient service to 208 customers. Southern Iowa Electric Cooperative, Inc., headquartered in Bloomfield, serves more than 4,725 residential and commercial customers across nearly 1,675 miles of line in Appanoose, Davis, Van Buren and Wapello counties in southeast Iowa. IN Mike Braun, Larry Bucshon Harrison REMC $15,500,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to connect 1,445 new consumers, build 78 new miles Todd Young (08), and improve 122 miles of distribution line. The loan includes $1.1 million in smart grid investments. Trey Hollingsworth Headquartered in Coryndon, Ind., Harrison County REMC serves about 23,200 consumers over 2,460 (09) miles in Harrison, Floyd, Crawford, Clark and Washington counties.

KS , Roger Marshall Ninnescah Rural Electric Cooperative Association $6,500,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 89 miles of line. The loan (01), includes $39,600 in smart grid technologies to improve system efficiencies and security. Ninnescah serves more than 4,200 customers over 2,129 miles of line in 10 counties in south central . (04)

KS Jerry Moran, Heartland Rural Electric Cooperative $13,600,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 55 miles of line and invest $3 Pat Roberts (02) million in smart grid technologies. These improvements will enhance system resilience and reliability. Heartland serves more than 11,000 residential and commercial consumers over 3,800 miles of energized line in 12 counties in Kansas.

KY Mitch McConnell, Thomas Massie Fleming-Mason Energy Cooperative $18,357,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 295 miles of line and invest Rand Paul (04), $622,917 in smart grid technologies to benefit 24,400 consumers across 3,624 miles of line in Bath, Harold Rogers Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Robertson and Rowan counties. KY Mitch McConnell, Andy Barr Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative $19,691,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and upgrade 84 miles of line and install Rand Paul (06), nearly $338,000 in smart grid technologies to improve system operations and security, to serve 17,300 Harold Rogers residential and business consumers over 2,072 miles of line in Breathitt, Elliot, Lee, Magoffin, Menifee, (05) Morgan, Rowan and Wolfe counties.

OH Sherrod Brown, Brad Wenstrup Buckeye Rural Electric Cooperative $19,695,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 96 miles of line, serving 600 Rob Portman (02), new customers, and invest $327,000 in smart grid technologies to increase system efficiency and Bill Johnson resilience. Buckeye serves more than 18,600 customers over 2,500 miles of line across nine counties in (06) eastern Ohio.

Recipient Loans Project Description SD Mike Rounds, Dusty Johnson Whetstone Valley Electric Cooperative $7,364,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 116 miles of line serving 146 John Thune (At Large) new consumers, and invest $305,100 in smart grid technologies to improve system efficiencies and resilience. Whetstone provides electric service to 3,422 consumers over 1,482 miles of line in Roberts, Codington and Grant counties in the northeastern South Dakota.

TX John Cornyn, Louie Gohmert Deep East Electric Cooperative $27,375,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build and improve 218 miles line to connect 2,000 Ted Cruz (01), new customers. The cooperative also will invest $200,000 in smart grid technologies to increase Brian Babin system efficiency and resilience. It serves approximately 42,580 customers over 7,500 miles of line in (36) San Augustine, Nacogdoches, Panola, Shelby, Jasper, Newton, Rusk and Sabine counties.

WI Tammy Baldwin, Ron Kind OE WI Solar 1, LLC $935,000 This Rural Development investment will be used to build a solar photovoltaic farm on 6.5 acres in the Ron Johnson (03) town of Portland. The farm will provide electricity to Northern States Power Company, which will provide renewable energy to its customers.
