Hopson rushed for 189 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries, to lead the Bison to a 23-17 victory over 13th-ranked Holy Cross at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. After a scoreless fi rst quarter, the Bison opened the scoring on a 13-yard touchdown run by Tyler Smith. Hopson then scored on a four-yard rush to put Bucknell ahead 14-0. The Crusaders came back with a 13-yard touchdown pass from Dominic Randolph to Alex Schneider, to make the score 14-7 at halftime.
