Courses and Study Requirements

Departmental https://www.uoc.gr/intrel/en/contact-menu Coordinators A full-time student can expect a normal academic workload of 30 Offered Courses ECTS credits in a single semester and 60 ECTS credits over a complete academic year. The credits allocated to courses and therefore the number of courses a student can take may vary. Offered courses for the upcoming academic year are to be finalized on a later stage. Please note that our incoming students will have to choose at least 70% of their courses within the Department with which the agreement was signed. Standard language requirement to study at UoC: B1 level in English Language according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference Requirements for languages).

with your Institution for more specific requirements.

Depending on the course and class size, special arrangements for instruction in English may be possible for Erasmus+ students (to be discussed with each course coordinator). However, in most cases, taught courses are offered in Greek. Students, who do not speak Greek, receive tutoring, supervision and in some Departments an examination in the English language.

Rethymno Campus https://www.admin.uoc.gr/intrel/images/Required_language_level.pdf Heraklion Campus The School of generally requires (level B2) to attend courses and a high command of English for clinical clerkships in the University Hospital. Therefore, students applying in the School of Medicine are advised to only apply for clinical clerkships.
