General Comments The Firm Price shall be inclusive of packaging and delivery to , Engineering Services, Bldg 322, Dstl Porton Down, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP4 0JQ.
Items shall be manufactured in accordance with the enclosed drawing and consistent with previous sample approved by Dstl. Prior to full production Dstl may conduct an inspection of representative samples of the Articles. This may take place either at the supplier's premises or those of Dstl subject to mutual agreement. Dstl may request that changes are made and these shall be implemented at no additional cost to Dstl.
Drawings already in your possession In accordance with the provisions of DEFCON 611 the following items of Government Furnished Information (GFI) shall be issued to the Supplier in support of the Contract on Contract Support Loan Terms.
DELIVERY
At least two(2) working days prior to delivery, the Contractor is to contact the Dstl Demander tel: to confirm the delivery date, this to ensure that the arrangements are made to receive the delivery and or gain access onto site.
Deliveries to Dstl Porton Down using vehicles in excess of 15 tonnes gross weight should be made via the A30 road, and not through the Porton village from the A338 road. Vehicle drivers must carry some form of identification, (e.g. Credit card, drivers licence etc) in the event that site clearance has not already been obtained and no escort is available, otherwise access to the site may be denied.
