City of Redondo Beach Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-90-Y416-02 119-00 Phase 1 of project was completed 12/1/2011, bus shleters purchased and 11.92.02 462,447 Beach - Anaheim installed; bus benches and trash cans installed. Phase 2 of the project is in progress. Refer to grant CA-90-2133 for progress update.

City of Redondo Beach Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-90-2133 119-00 Phase 2 of the project is in progress. This project is associated with grant 11.92.02 $ 1,059,695 Beach - Anaheim CA-90-Y416-02. This project continues to move forward. Engineering staff finalized work with the site survey locations. Final preparation of bid package (plans and specs) was completed Spetember 19, 2017. The City has staffed up, a new engineer has been assigned to the project and significant progress is expected in the coming months. Activities remaining to be completed for the bus shelter project are: awarding contract, construction, review and acceptance, and release of retention. Award consturction contract estimated for December 2017; construction contract complete estimated for 3/31/2018. These dates were determined by in-house management statrs tentative schedules, with City's bidding, awarding, etc. procedures and requirements.

Omnitrans Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-2017-032 119-00 Project's shelter design is scheduled to be completed in 11/30/2017 and 11.94.02 $ 46,000 Beach - Anaheim shelters to be upgraded in 1/2018 and complete by fall of 2018. These funds will be used for making various transit enhancements. Expenditures will include items such as bus stop improvements, stops and stations, zones, updating station amenities and lighting, etc. TE funds at are used for purchasing things like bolt-down shelters (15' long) and solar lights that are attached to an existing bus stop sign post. No physical footprint or construction. ADA bus stop improvements will also be made which are bolt-down shelters (16' long) that will replace an existing bolt- down shelter that will then be moved somewhere else.

Omnitrans Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-2017-148 119-00 Project's contract is scheduled to be awarded on 9/3/2018, design 11.94.02 $ 100,000 Beach - Anaheim complete by 11/1/2018 and installation complete by 12/31/2018 with project complete by 5/1/2019. Long Beach Transit Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-2017-150 119-00 The Bus Stop Enhancement project supports enhancements throughout 11.92.02 $ 25,000 Beach - Anaheim the LBT service area. This is an on-going activity to maintain a like-new condition of bus stops and provide secure and safer lighted spots for our passengers and operators by replacing bus shelters, bus benches, lighting, customer information displays, poles, trash cans, signage, and improved pedestrian access. The estimated useful life of the capitals to be purchased in this AU is 5 years.

City of Culver City Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-2017-163 119-00 These funds are being utilized for this multi-phased project, with eventual 11.92.02 $ 433,115 Beach - Anaheim replacement of amenities at approximately 185 bus stop locations along our Culver CityBus service routes, including some reconstruction/modification at certain stops. The project activity is implemented by service segment/corridor based on the most immediate need. The activity within this grant is a part of Phase 2 of the program; these funds will replace an estimated 25 stops at locations being evaluated for priority replacement.

City of Culver City Los Angeles - Long 60020 CA-2017-163 119-00 his grant will provide funding toward replacement and improvements to 11.92.02 $ 300,000 Beach - Anaheim approximately 25 of the existing Culver CityBus bus stops, identified as part of Phase 2 of our comprehensive Bus Stop Replacement Program. These improvements include replacement of shelters, benches, and trash receptacles due to wear & tear from continued use and exposure from elements, and associated construction work associated with site preparation and installation of this equipment. These bus shelters and associated equipment were installed between 1998 and 2003 and are showing significant wear and tear. We are able to operate and maintain these improvements in a state of good repair for their useful lives. Additional funding for this Phase 2 of the multi-phase project is allocated in grant CA-2017-163.

Sunline Transit Agency Indio - Cathedral City 63180 CA-2017-067-00 119-00 Contract award date is scheduled for 4/25/ 2018 with work to commence 11.93.02 $ 20,000 on 5/30/2018 and project is scheduled for completion on 11/1/2019. Sun line intends to use this funding towards the construction of shelters, shelter locations and the purchase of bus shelter amenities, including but is not limited to lighting, benches, trash containers, kiosks, schedules, etc. Aside from the heat protection, the lighting on the shelters will also aid in the safety of passengers during evening hours.
