1. The Undoing – HBO (drama)
The Undoing is an upcoming American drama miniseries. Based on the 2014 novel You Should Have Known by Jean Hanff Korelitz, the miniseries is set to premiere on HBO on October 25, 2020. The series stars Nicole Kidman is written and produced by David E. Kelley and directed by Susanne Bier. Grace Sachs is living the only life she ever wanted for herself. She's a successful therapist, has a devoted husband and young son who attends an elite private school in New York City. Overnight a chasm opens in her life: a violent death, a missing husband, and, in the place of a man Grace thought she knew, only a chain of terrible revelations. Left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and herself. 2. WandaVision – Disney+ (sitcom)
WandaVision is an upcoming American streaming television miniseries created for Disney+ by Jac Schaeffer, based on the Marvel Comics characters Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision. It is set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), sharing continuity with the films of the franchise. The series takes place after the events of the film Avengers: Endgame (2019). WandaVision was produced by Marvel Studios, with Schaeffer serving as head writer and Matt Shakman directing. Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany reprise their roles as Maximoff and Vision, respectively, from the film series. Teyonah Parris, Kat Dennings, Randall Park, and Kathryn Hahn also star. By September 2018, Marvel Studios was developing a number of limited series for Disney+, centered on supporting characters

Schaeffer was hired in January 2019, the series was officially announced that April, and Shakman joined in August. Filming began in Atlanta, Georgia in November 2019, before production was halted in March 2020 due to the COVID- 19 pandemic. Production resumed that July in Los Angeles. 3. Foundation – Apple TV (science-fiction)
Set in the far future, the show, like the novels, will follow as Hari Seldon the inventor of a new predictive science called psychohistory, who uses it to try and both slow and limit the impact of what he sees as the inevitable collapse of the Galactic Empire. Of course, this makes some people rather nervous, not the least of which is Hari, who’s not only smart enough to invent a new kind of science, but also to know how the people in power will react to it. But while the novels are decidedly hard science-fiction stories, short on action and long on intellect, Apple+’s description of Foundation makes it sound like the show might be a bit less literary. According to their press materials, the show “chronicles a band of exiles on their monumental journey to save humanity and rebuild civilization amid the fall of the Galactic Empire,” which suggests this series will follow the spirit of the novels more than the letter.

The series is based on the 1983 novel of the same name by Walter Tevis. It is scheduled to premiere on October 23, 2020 on Netflix. Eight-year-old orphan Beth Harmon is quiet, sullen, and by all appearances unremarkable. That is, until she plays her first game of chess. 5. Stylish with Jenna Lyons – HBO MAX (fashion reality show)
After her departure from J.Crew back in April 2017, Jenna Lyons is back with her second act. The style executive entered into a deal with HBO Max to star in a fashion-focused series called "Stylish with Jenna Lyons," set to premiere on November 26. The series will include eight episodes in total, taking viewers along for the ride as Lyons creates her beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand. The camera will follow as Lyons works on her new eyelash company, styles clients, renovates homes, designs her new office, and everything in between. Once called “the woman who dresses America” for her work with J.Crew, Lyons explains in the show’s trailer that the show prides itself on authenticity. “You get to see when I get it right and when I screw it up,” she shares. Lyons will also reveal her management style as she tests creative associates for her team, but she won't follow the "Devil Wears Prada" archetype. Tom Austen and Sydney Lemmon respectively star as Daimon and Ana Helstrom, the children of a powerful serial killer, who hunt the worst of humanity. Elizabeth Marvel, Robert Wisdom, June Carryl, Ariana Guerra, and Alain Uy also star. Helstrom was officially announced with a series order at Hulu in May 2019, planned as the first series in Marvel Television's Adventure into Fear franchise. Filming took place in Vancouver from October 2019 until March 2020. Oversight of the series was moved to Marvel Studios in December 2019 when Marvel Television was folded into that company.
