The loss 22 at Ole Miss* SEC Network 7:30 p.m. snapped an eight-game home winning streak, which was the longest since 2014. It was the second 25 at Mississippi State* SEC Network 8 p.m. straight loss for Alabama (dropped a road game at LSU on Jan. 29), marking the first time UA has dropped consecutive games since doing so in the first two rounds of the Battle 4 Atlantis when it fell to then-No. 29 SOUTH CAROLINA* SEC Network 7:30 p.m. 6 North Carolina on Nov. 27 and Iowa State on Nov. 28. MARCH • The Tide enters Tuesday night’s contest ranked No. 4 in the nation in scoring offense at 82.2 points per game and is No. 8 in three-point field goals made per game at 10.2 (as of 2/2), leading the league in both 3 VANDERBILT* SEC Network 7:30 p.m. areas. UA is tied for second in the nation in fewest games played against teams ranked above 200 in the NET, which also 1 Battle 4 Atlantis (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) includes three additional SEC teams (Arkansas, Florida and Mississippi State). West Virginia leads the 2 Battle 4 Atlantis (Grand Paradise Island, Bahamas) nation and has played only one game versus a team with a 200-plus NET ranking 3 Game will be played at the BJCC (Birmingham, Ala.) • It was announced prior to the Arkansas game that junior Herbert Jones fractured his left wrist and is 4 Rocket City Classic (Huntsville, Ala.) out indefinitely, while graduate senior Beetle Bolden missed his second straight contest due to illness. 5 Big 12/SEC Challenge When factoring in the ACL injuries prior to the season to forwards James Rojas and Juwan Gary – both 6 SEC Tournament (Nashville, Tenn.) of which were expected to play significant minutes this season – along with transfer Jahvon Quinerly’s NCAA waiver denial, the Tide was down to seven scholarship players who were active for that contest. In all, injuries and illness have cost UA players a total of 48 games this season. * Southeastern Conference game • According to Ken Pomeroy’s “Luck” statistic, the Crimson Tide ranks 327th out of 353 D-I teams. The BOLD indicates home game category takes into account “the deviation between a team’s actual winning percentage and what one Rankings listed are AP/Coaches would expect from its game-by-game efficiencies. Essentially, a team involved in a lot of close games should not win (or lose) all of them. Those that do will be viewed as lucky (or unlucky).” #ROLLTIDE PAGE 1 UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA / CRIMSON TIDE / #ROLLTIDE / #BLUECOLLARBASKETBALL 2019-20 OVERALL RECORDS • 12-9 / SEC • 4-4 / HOME • 8-2 / AWAY • 2-5 / NEUTRAL • 2-2 PREVIOUS GAME STARTERS HIGHLIGHTED IN SHADED BOX LAST GAME: 11 pts, 2 rebs, 3 blks vs. Arkansas SEASON HIGHS JAVIAN DAVIS NOTES: Sat out the 2018-19 season as a redshirt ... leads UA in FG%, F • 6-9 • 242 • R-Fr. • Canton, Miss. ranks 4th on team in blocks and steals ... made first collegiate start & had Pts: 19 vs. Florida Atlantic (11/11/19) 19 pts & 9 rebs vs. FAU ... 11 pts and season-high 3 blks vs. Arkansas ...
