This document is designed to provide all details of the 2021 Men’s Night season. This document is fluid and is subject to change at the discretion of the Men’s Night Committee. It is to be shared with Shop Staff and Men’s Night Participants.

2021 MEN’S NIGHT COMMITTEE Ryan Tofani Roy Pinsent Steve Romano Mike Helmer Dan McIntosh Peter Rode Chris Green Head Golf Professional, Ryan Tofani and your 2021 Men's Night Committee are happy to announce the start of the Men's Night season on April 7th. It should be no surprise that Men's Night will look a little different at the start of this season, hopefully just for a short time! In addition to the club's COVID-19 Safety Plan, the following policies must be followed. Men’s Night COVID-19 Plan:

• Cash will not be accepted for the payment of Men’s Night entrance fees. • Cash will only be accepted for “GROSS SKINS” • Men's Night will be an 18-hole first start, intervals will be 9 minutes. • First tee time is 11am and the last tee time is 5pm • There will be on-course "competitions" (IE: Closest to the Pin, Long , Straight Drive, etc) • There will still be Net and Gross divisional prizes being paid out by credit book or gift cards • There will be no "pre or post game socializing" or "tailgating" (strictly enforced) • All competitors must continue to follow the club's strict COVID-19 Safety Plan • Reminder that alcohol is not permitted to be brought to Chilliwack .

MEN’S NIGHT RULES, COMPETITIONS AND PRIZES Men’s Night Season:

• Opening Day: First Wednesday of April • Wrap Up: First Wednesday of October

Men’s Night Schedule:

• Men’s Night is an 18 Hole competition o 18 Holes Tee Times • Man is on the last Wednesday of each month

Men’s Night Entrance Fee:

• $16 per player (no tax) • $20 for Optional Gross Skins Game (when cash is accepted)

Guest Fees:

• $59 (plus GST) • Includes Green Fee and Men’s Night Entrance Fee • Note: Guests are not included in FedEx Cup • All guests must play in the “Guest Division” (even if they have a Golf Canada index) • Guest division will have net and gross prizes • A guest is encouraged to play with a member; however, this is up to the discretion of the Golf Shop staff/Head Golf Professional

Handicap Requirements: Member participants must meet the following criteria:

• Members must have a valid and accurate Golf Canada index • Members must have a minimum of 8 recorded rounds of golf in the past 10 months • Members must record all recent rounds of golf with Golf Canada • The Men’s Night Committee and CGC Committee will review entered scores each week • All Men’s Night scores must be entered within 24 hours (all scores for that matter) • Failure to meet the above expectations will result in the member being required to participate in the Guest Division Page 2 of 7

• Weekly Registration/Sign-In: • Registration is in the Golf Shop • Flights will be recorded in Golf Genius Scoring Application • Golf Shop staff record name and verify handicap • Golf Shop collect fee and process through POS • Optional Gross Skins Game money is also collected • Cash is not accepted (CC, Debit Only or Member Account Charge) Cash only for Gross Skins. • Registration numbers are verified and counted after the last registrant and compared to scoring results to ensure numbers match

Allocation of Entrance Fee:

• $9 Weekly Gross and Net Prizes per Division • $2 Weekly Net Skins • $2 FedEx Cup (Only applicable for Members) • $2 End of Season Dinner Banquet • $1 Progressive Blind Net Skins

Weekly Prizing:

• Four Handicap Flights o +Handicap-5 o 6-9 o 10-13 o 14+ o Guest Flight • One Guest Flight (with or without a Golf Canada index) • Gross and Net Prizes per Division • Two Gross and Two Net Prizes are awarded per flight, Guest Division can go up to three based on amount of Guests. • Net Skins are awarded. • On Course Competitions per Flight: 1 KP, 1 LP, 1 (Alternate: LD, SD, KP 2nd) • Optional Gross Skins game awarded • FedEx Cup points are awarded each week (see below for more information)

Scoring:

• Scoring is completed using Golf Genius software • All Men’s Night participants are entered into the system and a profile is created • Golf Genius is used to track weekly and season long results • Golf Genius numbers (# of golfers) are compared to registration number on Flight sheets and to POS reports. Determine if anyone is missing from registration. These numbers must all match! • Reports are generated and posted in the Men’s Locker Room and online

Iron Man:

• All participants play from the Gold • Hole #13 – the Gold tee is moved up to the normal Blue tee box area • The Low Gross Winner of each flight wins a “seat” in the season end shoot-out

Season End Wrap Up Party:

• First Wednesday of October • Dinner, Door Prizes, Prize Package Draw’s, 50/50 Draw • Dinner Menu: determined by HP, GM, Chef • Dinner is subsidized based on number of Men’s Night played in during the season o 24+ GAMES: Free o 19 TO 23 GAMES: $10 o 14 TO 18 GAMES: $15 o 9 TO 13 GAMES: $20 o 4 TO 8 GAMES: $30 o 0 TO 3 GAMES: $40 • Well over $15,000 in prizes to be won • Everyone who attends will receive one raffle tickets for each Men’s Night they’ve played in • Cash for 50/50 • 4PM Shootout begins • 6PM Registration & Cocktails • 7PM Dinner

Men’s Night FedEx Cup A season-long PGA Tour FedEx Cup style points race. Divisions are broken down into the following categories: + Hadicap-5, 6-9, 10-13 & 14+ Handicap (there is no guest division for the FedEx Cup). Each week you play, depending on your finish within your division you will earn points just like the PGA Tour. The top 10 positions each week earn valuable points; 50 points will be awarded for each week you participate should you finish outside the top 10. FedEx Cup points are based on Net Results.

First Wednesday in August your current handicap will determine the division you will be locked into for the remainder of the season. Our FedEx Finale with Bonus Points will take place last week of September at which point in time we will determine our overall divisional winners. Men’s Night Entrance Fee of $16 includes: entrance into the FedEx Cup, On Course Competitions (once the COVID situation is over – draw prizes in the meantime), Weekly Net & Gross Payouts by Division, Net Skins, End of Season Prizes, Wrap Up Dinner Banquet (the more you participate the lower your price). An optional $20 Gross Skin game will also be available each week. All prizes are paid out by credit book or gift cards for guests. Guests can participate in all prizing except for the season-long FedEx Cup. Note: Golf Shop will not be accepting cash for entrance fee. Guests are encouraged to participate in Men’s Night each week. Guest price is $59 + GST and includes green fee and entrance fee into the Men’s Night prizes. FedEx prize amounts are based on % of the total purse by division. The number of players in each division will be tracked over the course of the season to determine payout amounts. FedEx Cup standings and Men’s Night results are updated on a weekly basis and will be available online and in the Men’s Locker Room. The Men's Night Committee is very pleased to introduce and thank our fellow CGC Members, Mr. Peter Rode & Mr. Chris Green for being the 2021 Men's Night League Title Sponsors. Peter owns SHINE-A- BLIND Window Coverings, Cleaning and Repairs and has generously sponsored a season long contest where one lucky Men's Night Participant will win their 2022 Full Play Dues, Chris owns C.R. Green Heating & Cooling and has offered a fully custom fit set of Callaway Golf Clubs to one lucky winner with a $3,000 Value. Thanks to both of these gentleman for stepping up. How do you win, you ask? It is simple, all you have to do is participate in Men's Night. Each time you pay your entrance fee and participate in Men's Night you will receive a ballot for the Membership Draw; complete this ballot and your name will go into the season finale draw at the wrap up party (you must be in attendance to win). If you spend a minimum of $10 in the lounge after Men’s Night you will receive one ballot for C.R Green Heating & Cooling’s prize package. The final draw will take place at the year end banquet. It is the responsibility of each person to complete and enter their ballots each week. A ballot box will be available in the Golf Shop and in the Creekside Lounge. Staff are not permitted to complete ballots for competitors. The committee would like to thank Peter & Chris for there support of Men's Night and for providing this generous prizes. Ballots: • Ballots are pre-printed

• Ballots are to be closely monitored and controlled

• There are three ways a Men’s Night Participant can receive a ballot: o #1 Participate in Men’s Night o #2 Enjoy a $10 minimum spend in the Lounge Following Men’s Night

• We will have 2 ballot draw boxes available o One in the Golf Shop o One in the Lounge

• Golf Shop staff will provide a ballot to each golfer that pays and registers for Men’s Night

• Lounge staff will provide a ballot to each Men’s Night Golfer that purchases more than $10 after golfing in Men’s Night.

• It is very important that participants are aware that it their own responsibility to complete the ballot and enter the ballot into the draw box.
