Reporting to the Headmaster and forming part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) the key focus of the role will be to develop and implement a growth strategy and tactical school development plan that ensures attraction, recruitment and retention of students. This is a pivotal ambassadorial role combining both strategic and operational aspects.

This dynamic and exciting role will most likely be suited to an experienced professional from within the Independent schools’ sector with a proven track record within an admissions context or a professional sales and marketing environment.

The post holder will have the responsibility for leading the Admissions Teams to ensure a seamless student journey through setting relevant policy, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards, and ensuring their delivery to all prospective students, and their influencers, developing and building on the School’s reputation.

Salary: Based on the Senior Leadership Scale, commensurate with experience

Hours: The post holder will be expected to work such hours as may be reasonably required of them or as may be necessary for the proper and efficient performance of their duties. These could be extensive with out-of-hours work demands, and include attendance at all school events including those after school and at weekends. Overtime and time in lieu are not applicable to this role.

Holidays: 22 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service. All holidays must be taken within school holiday periods.
