THE PARTNERSHIP: COMING TOGETHER FOR NEW HAMPSHIRE This public/private partnership leverages the strengths, capabilities and expertise of both organizations. When NHPBS lost state funding, it placed its weekly public affairs show on hiatus. When Binnie Media relinquished its television broadcast spectrum to the FCC, it lost its local news presence.

Bringing back a local public affairs show has always been a goal for NHPBS, but raising the estimated $250,000 required to produce the program annually was a challenge. By splitting the costs and responsibilities across two entities, it’s a win-win for both organizations
