There are mainline train links direct from London to Portsmouth Harbour railway station, which is right next to the Gosport Ferry pontoon. Then it’s simply a short five minute scenic ferry trip across the harbour to Gosport. Come by yacht, and there’s a choice of three excellent, deep water, fully equipped marinas.
