A Few Words on Stainless Steel Wire Brushes . . . Originally given a bad rap because their s�ﬀ bone-cement bristles damaged surgical instruments, today’s updated and improved stainless steel brushes are designed to bend and automa�cally remove baked-on debris and stains that nylon brushes can’t handle.

When cleaning your surgical instruments, start with a nylon brush, then use a stainless brush to remove any remaining debris or staining.
