MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL • The Card may be renewed at any Participating Restaurants. • Renewed membership will be valid for 1 year. • The renewal fee will be at S$5, payable by cash or credit card only. • Members are entitled to a free renewal for the next year with S$800 spending within the current year. • Members can renew from the month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence after expiry of previous cycle. • New membership cycle will commence from the date of renewal if renewal of Card is performed after Card’s expiry. .

Fundus photography: it is an advanced digital retina photography capturing an image of the back of the eye. Non-contact Tonometer (NCT): it is a diagnostic tool to measure the intraocular pressure (IOP) inside a patient’s eyes to determine patient’s risk for developing glaucoma, a disease that causes blindness by damaging the nerve in the back of the eye.

    Annex B: “Christmas Blooms in Singapore” by Orchard Road Business Association INTRODUCTION For the last 27 years, Christmas Light-Up @ Orchard has been a signature event which locals and tourists look forward to. This iconic annual event was created by Singapore Tourism Board, but since 2009, Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) has directed the Light-Up on Orchard Road, as part of Singapore’s year-end ‘Christmas in the Tropics’ celebrations. The theme this year is ‘Christmas Blooms in Singapore’, and this 2011 Light-Up on A Great Street will run from Saturday 19 November 2011 to Monday 2 January 2012. Hitachi is again the Main Sponsor of Christmas Light-Up @ Orchard (CLU) 2011, and Hitachi has played this role for a total of 21 years. ORBA is also delighted to once again have the support of Visa as the Official Card, and Tiffany & Co. as the Official Jeweller of the event.
