WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (U95602 Cleobury Mortimer (Houghtonspole Bridge), Bayton) (7.5 Tonnes Gross Weight Restriction) Order 2019 Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit heavy vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight from proceeding along that part of U95602 Cleobury Mortimer (Houghtonspole Bridge), Bayton from its junction with U95602 and C2096 in Worcestershire to its junction with Lion Lane and Cleobury Road in Shropshire. The Order will contain exemptions to allow access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant map, Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, WR14 3AF and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall to be received by 12 September 2019 (C2097 Kyre)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2097 Kyre from its junction with B4214 Kyre to its junction with the Herefordshire County. Reason: New Customer Water Connection. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U95203 Bockleton, U95203 Middle Common, C2088 Bockleton, C2088 Bockleton Road, A4112 Oldwood Common, A4112 Oldwood, A4112 Oldwood Road, B4214 Bromyard Road, B4214 Sutton, B4214 Kyre and vice versa. (A456 Newnham Bridge, Lindridge) (Temporary 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 Proposed order: to impose a temporary 20mph speed limit on that part of A456 Newnham Bridge from its junction with C2093 Newnham Bridge to its junction with C2091 Eastham. Reason: New/Replacement Water Main. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 103 days Commencing: 9 September 2019. (U95616 Menith Wood, Lindridge)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of U95616 Menith Wood from its junction with A443 Stockton to its junction with U95616 Menith Wood to Page Grove. Reason: Lay New Ducting. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U95616 Menith Wood, C2192 Pen Hall Lane, C2192 Pensax Common, C2024 Stockton, A443 Stockton and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months.
