June 8 Louisville W 4-3 June 9 Louisville L 9-4 The inning began with Abiatal Avelino standing at second base as the pace-of-play runner. Bruce Caldwell notched a single to left field and June 10 Louisville Cancelled set up Kyle Higashioka’s run-scoring double to make it 4-3. Runners were at second and third when Mark Payton drilled a sacrifice fly to June 11 Rochester W 10-3 left-centerfield to plate Caldwell and push Higashioka to third base. June 15 @ Syracuse 7:05 PM June 16 @ Syracuse 7:05 PM After Syracuse tied the game on a sac fly in the bottom of the first, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre regained the lead in the second. Billy McKinney June 17 @ Syracuse 1:05 PM walked and was balked to second base. Avelino reached on a fielder’s choice and McKinney was awarded third base on defensive June 19 Lehigh Valley 7:05 PM interference. A Caldwell fielder’s choice brought in McKinney for a 2-1 edge. Tomlinson left it in his will that his estate should be turned into public buildings for the city after his wife also passed. It read " He passed on November 14, 1870. His wife made a contract in 1871 by which the city would take ownership of the property and she would receive $7,000 per year until her death. Tomlinson Hall was then constructed in 1885–86. The approximate cost of the building, with running water and heating, was $137,500. On January 30, 1958, a four- alarm fire engulfed the building. Despite public dissent, the building was razed on July 8, 1958 as it could not be saved. It was not reconstructed. Sunset Terrace: With the end of prohibition in the United States, several night clubs and taverns sprang up along Indiana Avenue after 1933. The Sunset Terrace was one of the many properties within the area owned by brothers Denver and Sea Ferguson.

Prudent Engineering In coordination with: Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CENTRO) Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council The I‐81 Challenge Executive Summary of the Syracuse Transit System Analysis I. Introduction The Syracuse Transit System Analysis (STSA) presents a summary of the methodology, evaluation, and recommendations that were developed for the transit system in the Syracuse metropolitan area. The recommendations included in this document will provide a public transit system plan that can be used as a basis for CENTRO to pursue state and federal funding sources for transit improvements. The study has been conducted with funding from the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) through The I‐81 Challenge study, with coordination from CENTRO, the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council (SMTC), and through public outreach via The I‐81 Challenge public participation plan and Study Advisory Committee (SAC). The recommendations included in this system analysis are based on a combination of technical analyses (alternatives evaluation, regional modeling), public survey of current transit riders and non‐riders/former riders, meetings with key community representatives, and The I‐81 Challenge public workshops. The STSA is intended to serve as a long‐range vision that is consistent with the overall vision of the I‐81 corridor being developed as part of The I‐81 Challenge. The STSA will present a series of short‐term, mid‐term, and long‐ term recommendations detailing how the Syracuse metropolitan area’s transit system could be structured to meet identified needs in a cost‐effective manner.

In total, the new player development system includes 179 teams across 17 leagues in 43 states and four provinces. The long-time Triple-A structure of the International and Pacific Coast Leagues have been replaced by Triple-A East and Triple-A West. Triple-A East consists on 20 teams; all 14 from the International League, plus teams moving from the Pacific Coast League, the Southern League and the independent Atlantic League. Triple-A West is comprised of nine Pacific Coast League teams and one addition from the Atlantic League. Morgan Chief Fiscal Officer Tara Venditti Deputy Director, Budget Administration The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) presented a Distinguished Budget Presentation Award to Onondaga County, New York for its Annual Budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2014. In order to receive this award, a Governmental Unit must publish a budget document that meets program criteria as a policy document, as an operations guide, as a financial plan, and as a communications device. This award is valid for a period of one year only.
