Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Spaghetti & Tomato Meatball Lasagna Pizza Lasagna Chicken Meatballs with with Subs with Soup and with Parmesan Steamed Cheese veggie sticks With salad Salad Veggies Crouton and fresh Homemade With slices spinach salad

Day 1: Prep Day AND Spaghetti and Meatballs with Salad (I suggest doing this on the weekend or a day of the week you have a few hours to devote to the process—just start your week of meals on that day!) This would take me under 2 hours from start to finish—that includes length of cooking time, but may take beginners a bit longer.

1. Start by making the for the homemade garlic bread (and TRIPLE the recipe—unless you plan to use bread to make the cheese crouton for Meal 2, then only DOUBLE the recipe.) Set your bread maker to the dough cycle or mix and knead dough on your own and allow one complete rise cycle before dividing the dough into thirds. 2. Throw everything into a large stock pan for homemade spaghetti sauce and DOUBLE the recipe and bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer. 3. While sauce is cooking, wash all produce using for the week. Do not chop avocadoes, onions, or tomatoes until day using to keep fresh. Read HERE for how to wash produce. 4. Store spinach with a dry paper towel to keep fresh and romaine lettuce with a dry paper towel dried thoroughly already chopped for use on day 5. 5. your 2lb bag of carrots and dice 2 large carrots for Lasagna soup, set aside. The remaining carrots cut into sticks for eating with meatball subs and lunches throughout the week. While you have your peeler out, peel the (s) for the salad and to serve with Meatball subs, but wait to chop until that day. 6. Chop the bunch of fresh . 7. Dice 1 onion for the lasagna soup. 8. Prepare The Best Meatballs 9. While the sauce and meatballs are cooking, brown your sausage for the Lasagna Soup with the diced carrots and diced onion. Cool and store for use on Day 3. 10. Get a pan of water boiling for your favorite pasta. 11. Shred the mozzarella and Colby jack cheese to use throughout week. 12. Prep The World’s Easiest Lasagna, using the sauce that has been simmering. 13. By now the water should be boiling for your pasta, drop in and cook according to package directions. 14. Steam a bag of your favorite veggies. 15. Drain the pasta and mix with ¼ of sauce and ½ meatballs and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired. 16. Give yourself a hug and eat like a pig. 17. Your bread dough should be done rising now, if not before you sat down to eat. Divide dough in thirds. Place one third in a greased loaf pan and cover with a kitchen towel (this is for the bread. Place in fridge until morning. Place the each in separate gallon size bags with 1 teaspoon oil in bag. Store dough in fridge. 18. Enlist someone else to do dishes 

Day 2: Tomato Soup with Cheese Crouton In the morning, place the bread dough that is in the loaf pan on the counter to rise all day (with the towel still on it.) In the evening, make the soup and bake the bread at 350 for 25 minutes. Once the bread has cooled slightly, slice and that cheese will melt easily on the bread! Make a spinach salad (reserving 1 cup for soup on Day 4). Toss spinach with sliced avocado, red onions, 1 tomato and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and .

Day 3: Meatball Subs Using reserved meatballs and ½ of the reserved sauce, top hot dog buns with meatballs and slices of mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is melted. Another option is to serve with sautéed onions and peppers as well—yummy, but not necessary! Serve with carrot & cucumber sticks and some fresh fruit.

Day 4: Lasagna Soup In the morning, place one of the bags of bread dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and place dough in a warm place. Allow dough to rise throughout the day. Either make the lasagna soup while the bread is that night or put the crock-pot to work. Put all the ingredients but cheese, pasta, and spinach in crock-pot and let simmer on low 6-9 hours while you go about your day. An hour or so before you want to eat, heat your bread at 375. Follow the instructions for the homemade garlic bread. Divide dough in half and shape into logs. Brush with oil and seasonings and bake for 20-25 minutes. Make the soup if you did not put in crock pot. If you choose to put the ingredients for soup in crock-pot, crank the crock-pot to high and drop in pasta and spinach for 30 minutes. Serve with cheese. How easy was that?!! *Instead of canned tomato sauce in soup, use ½ cup reserved homemade tomato sauce.

Day 5: Pizza Bread Take the last of the reserved bread dough out of the fridge and place in large greased mixing bowl and cover with a kitchen towel in the morning or at least a few hours before use. Prep with pizza toppings and bake as directed per recipe. Serve with a simple salad made of the romaine lettuce you have chopped and chop up the washed tomatoes and peeled cucumber. Make a quick all natural salad dressing: Combine ¼ cup olive oil with ¼ cup balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and 1 tsp and 1 tsp pepper. Dress as you serve the salad and reserve half the salad for Day 6.

Day 6: The Easiest Lasagna Ever I promise you this is easier than picking up a pizza! Throw prepped lasagna into the to let bake. Enjoy some snuggles with your family. Half of dinner is in the oven, and the other half, the salad, is in the fridge made the night before!

Day 7: Chicken Parmesan Salad Follow the directions to make the dish. If you are not using the fresh tomato sauce, serve with the homemade sauce reserved from earlier in the week. *This dish has the most prep of any night with the raw chicken, but it is not hard, just best to bread chicken right before baking!
