BRODOSPLIT, Split U Brodosplit-Brodogradilištu d.o.o. 30. travnja 2010. godine, Novogradnja 466, Primopredaja bulk carriera Peristil za Jadroplov handy bulk carrier (brod za prijevoz rasutih tereta), službeno je predana domaćoj brodar- skoj tvrtki Jadroplovu.Uime naručitelja, pri- mopredajnu dokumentaciju potpisao je pred- sjednik Uprave Jadroplova Stjepan Papić, a uime Brodosplita Branimir Kovačić, direk- tor Sektora projektiranja i komercijale. No- vogradnja 466 prvi je od dva bulk carriera koje je splitsko brodogradilište ugovorilo za domaćega brodara. - Posao smo započeli u dobrim vre- menima, a kad je nastupila kriza brojni su dušebrižnici posumnjali da će splitski škver uspjeti završiti ovaj posao. Ali mi nismo i drago nam je da domaći škver gradi za domaćega brodara, kazao je po potpisivanju primopredajne dokumenta- cije čelnik Jadroplova Stjepan Papić. - Istina je da je izgradnja broda dogo- vorena u dobrim vremenima. Sad je teže, ali borimo se i izdržat ćemo, složio se Branimir Kovačić iz Brodosplita, te izra- zio uvjerenje kako će Jadroplov biti zado- voljan prinovom u svojoj fl oti. Dana 3. svibnja 2010. godine Novo- gradnja 466 svečano je krštena imenom Peristil. Kuma broda, prvog od dva bulk carriera koje splitsko brodogradilište gradi za domaćega brodara Jadroplov, proslavljena je splitska atletičarka Blanka Vlašić.
