2 | NOVEMBER 2015 NOTICE BOARD

WOOFTASTIC TIME AT WOOFSTOCK! It was all wagging tales and wet noses at this year’s Woofstock in the Toronto beaches and CKC was there to greet the dog-loving crowds and spread the word about the benefits of purebred dogs and responsible dog ownership.

This year, we were pleased to offer Canine Good Neighbour testing throughout the weekend and CGN Evaluator- extraordinaire, Naomi Kane, was busy from start to finish as dogs of all kinds were taken though the twelve important steps and all dogs but one passed with flying colours!

We were thrilled by the positive, public interaction with our Canadian indigenous Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retreivers at the CKC booth, who took in all the praise and petting that passers- by had to offer. Our Toller breeders: John Hobden, Barb Rudolph and Angela Sokol were on hand to answer any questions and impressed a good number of attendees with their passion and deep knowledge of the breed.

Many thanks to all of our volunteers. We couldn’t have done it without you. Hope to see you all at the next show! MILESTONES We regret to announce the passing of the following member. The Canadian Kennel Club wishes to extend condolences to family and friends.
