IMPORTANT NOTICE OF END OF LIFE NOTIFICATION

Dear FUJIFILM North America Customer: FUJIFILM North America Corporation (“FNAC”) values your continued business and loyalty. FNAC endeavors to maximize Customer value by optimizing product quality and support. However, eventually all products reach the end of their useful life and/or ultimately become obsolete as changes occur in technology, innovation and market demand.

This Notice is provided in accordance with the FNAC End of Service Life Policy located at http://www.fujifilmusa.com/eosl/fnac/pdf/042915_FNAC_Printing_Equipment_EOL_Policy.pdf and is intended to inform and provide notice to you of the following:

1. Lexmark Models Color Laser C920; Mono MFP X203, X204; Color MFP X772e; and 2. InfoPrint IPS-4898, IBM InfoPrint 1664 MFP (MT 4898); and 3. Ricoh IBM InfoPrint Mono Laser MFP 1410 MFP (MT 4541); Option M35 MFP Option (MT 4890); and Option M40 MFP Option (MT 4896) models 111, 311, 211;

These Products are Limited Support effective Jan 1, 2020. As of February 1, 2020 these products shall be End of Service Life.

This Notice also serves as a public notice that if you have a valid and current contract with FNAC for service and support (a “Service Agreement”) then so long as you follow the terms and conditions of such Service Agreement FNAC will continue to honor it. However, FNAC will not renew or honor an auto renewal of any Service Agreement as of the date of this Notice. In addition, service and parts are limited to a commercially reasonable effort basis during the Limited Support period and are no longer available as of February 4, 2020.

1. Printronix / Ricoh SureStak / Power Stacker. Printronix model P7210, P7215 and P7220 models; and Ricoh 6500-V10, 6500-V15, and 6500-V20 cabinet models with installed SureStak / Power Stacker.

These Products are Limited Support effective January 1, 2020.

This Notice also serves as a public notice that if you have a valid and current contract with FNAC for service and support (a “Service Agreement”) then so long as you follow the terms and conditions of such Service Agreement FNAC will continue to honor it. However, new Service Agreements may only be renewed at FNAC’s sole discretion. In addition, service and parts are limited to a commercially reasonable effort basis. Available service parts will be prioritized to customers with existing, paid and valid Service Agreements and in FNAC’s sole discretion.

These models can be identified by referring to the model identifier label located on the outer casing of the equipment.
