the growers Winemakers and partners Dani Sánchez and Toni Coca met at the begining of their careers, working together in the Priorat region fifteen years ago. They both went on to start their own - Azul y Garanza in Navarra (Dani) and Coca i Fitó in Montsant (Toni). They recently launched the DiT Celler proyect together, combining their strengths and knowledge to make the first organic in the D.O. Montsant and D.O. Terra Alta. their land | Terra Alta As the name indicates (Terra Alta = High Land), the DO is in the mountains located in the western part of the Tarragona province (). It is an area of great natural beauty and featured in many of Picasso’s works, painted during the summers that he spent here. The climate is characterized by hot summers and very cold winters as well as the wind that sweeps through from the Valley, keeping the vines healthy.

The for Cabirol Blanc are old vines planted in Batea, in the highest slopes of the "Vall Major." This valley has soils rich in calcium that impart nice acidity and freshness to the wines. The weather can get quite warm in summer time, but every summer afternoon a wind coming from the called "Marinada" cools down the temperature. Cabirol is the Catalan name for a wild goat which lives in the mountains surrounding the vineyards. the 60% Garnacha Blanca & 40% Macabeu Organic vines aging from 30-65 years on limestone and clay soils at 500 meters. Vinification and brief aging in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol: 14% in the glass Fresh scents of stone fruits (think pears and apricots) on the nose with hints of almond, apple, and guava on the palate. A wine that possesses succulence and complexity naturally, without or lees influence.
