Made-in-Shuangliu Solar Cell off Production Line After 7 months’ construction and two months’ equipment installation and adjustment, the first made-in-Shuangliu solar cell produced by Tongwei Solar was off production line in Shuangliu Southwest Airport Economic Development Zone. The Shuangliu 5GW high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project, the biggest scale in the world, was officially started on Nov. 18th, 2015, with total investment of RMB 5 billion. First Government-invested Fund set up On June 26, Qianhai Industrial fund, the first government-invested fund was officially set up in Chengdu.
