Congress is hereby given to the States of West Virginia and Virginia Compact. to the compact entered into by the laws of West Virginia (enrolled Senate bill Numbered 275, 1959, approved 11, 1959) and by the law^s of Virginia (chapter 44 of the law^s of Virginia, 1959, approved 24, 1959) establishing the boundary between Monroe County, West Virginia, and Alleghany County, Virginia, as was agreed upon by the commissions appointed by such States and adopted by the respective legislatures. Any law, regulation, map, docu­ ment, record, or other paper of the United States in which such dam and reservoir are referred to shall be held to refer to such dam and reservoir as the "General Edgar Jadwin Dam and Reservoir."
