After due consideration of the documents submitted by the project proponent and the presentation made before the SEAC on 13 th May 2008, TORs were issued. Project Proponent submitted final EIA & Public hearing report vide letter no HSAPPL/EC/CFE/2008 dt 11/03/2009 to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority of Madhya Pradesh. Expert Appraisal Committee of M P considered the proposal on 24 th October 2009 and 29 th January 2010 for granting Prior Environmental Clearance. 2.
