MARKET VIEW Financial spreadbetters expect London's FTSE to open 23 points lower at 7,439, Frankfurt's DAX to open 18 points down at 13,281 and Paris' CAC to open 12 points lower at 5,832.

Oil prices climbed more than 1% on, boosted by news that OPEC and its producer allies are weighing further output cuts to counter a potential squeeze on global oil demand resulting from China's fast-spreading coronavirus.
