Covid-19 Ticketing and Travel Update – Nui Effective from January 20, 2021

Dear Colleagues/ Ia Orana Air Tahiti Nui has revised its policy regarding ticket reissuance, waivers and schedule changes for a variety of travel dates. Please see details below. Flights between LAX and (TN007/008) for March 2021, have been cancelled due to government travel regulations in effect. Flights between LAX-PPT are operating and have been since July 2020.

Date Change and Ticketing: LAX-PPT ROUTE For all tickets originally scheduled for travel 12 March 2020 – 27 March 2021, and impacted by a flight cancellation or schedule change may rebook as follows: Application: LAX-PPT route. • New travel dates may commence on/before 31 December 2021. • Ticket must be reissued for new travel dates by 5 April 2021, or before ticket expiration -whichever comes first. • Change fee is waived. • Any seasonality fare difference and tax difference must be collected. • Rebooking should be done in the original ticketed, booking class – if the original booking class (RBD) is not available, okay to rebook up to the next two higher classes (RBD) without surcharge. Note – must be in the same cabin. i.e. Economy cannot move to Premium, Premium cannot move to Business. Please call Air Tahiti Nui for flight inventory review. • If OAL on the same ticket as part of a through fare, rebook in the same RBD. Seasonality surcharges and higher RBD charges will apply. • Waiver: 2020LAX20087/COVID19 – enter in Endorsement box. • Original ticket fare rules apply for cancellation and refund.

LAX-AKL, LAX-CDG and NRT ROUTE - For all tickets originally scheduled for travel on these routes only and impacted by a flight cancellation may rebook as follows: Application: LAX-AKL/SYD, LAX-CDG and PPT-TYO routes. • New travel dates may commence on/before May 31, 2022. • Ticket must be reissued for new travel dates by 5 July 2021, or before ticket expiration -whichever comes first. • Change fee, reissue fee, seasonality surcharge, difference up to two RBDs is waived. • Any tax difference must be collected. • Rebooking should be done in the original ticketed, booking class – if the original booking class (RBD) is not available, okay to rebook up to the next two higher classes (RBD) without surcharge. Note – must be in the same cabin. i.e. Economy cannot move to Premium, Premium cannot move to Business. Please call Air Tahiti Nui for flight inventory review. • If OAL on the same ticket as part of a through fare, rebook in the same RBD. Seasonality surcharges, taxes, YQ, RBD and higher RBD charges will apply. • Waiver: 2021LAX20026/COVID19 – enter in Endorsement box.

For all tickets issued 18 March 2020 – 31 March 2021, for travel 01 July 2020 and 30 June 2021 and not impacted by a flight cancellation or schedule change may rebook as follows: Application: All Air Tahiti Nui routes: • One date change, reissue fee is waived, and new travel commences by 31 December, 2021. • Must reissue the ticket prior to expiration or on before 30 June 2021. • Rebooking must be done in the original ticketed, booking class. • Collect any additional taxes and high season/fare surcharges. • Apply 2020LAX20087/COVID19 – enter in Endorsement box. • Normal fare rules apply except: Min/Max stay and stopover conditions are waived.

Covid-19 Test, for tickets issued 18 March 2020 - 31 March 2021: In case of positive or late/incorrect test results for travel July 2020 - 30 June 2021 & in case of confinement in country of origin: • Full refund is permitted, based on Denied Boarding Rules, upon submission of a copy of the Covid-19 test result/incorrect test to ATN. • Full refund due to confinement in country of residence.

Ancillary Items Purchased: • Ancillary products purchased on any itinerary are transferable to the new itinerary, subject to availability. • The refund of Ancillary items is tied to the type of ticket purchased. If the ticket is nonrefundable, Ancillary items are also nonrefundable.

Note – Rules are subject to change as the situation evolves.

Change of Destination: • Permitted on TN operated flights only. • If fare/taxes are higher, collect and show new fare on reissued ticket. • If fare/taxes are lower, refund to pax via EMD-S DEPO and reissue the ticket with the applicable fare. • Waiver must be obtained from ATN and placed in the endorsement box of the new ticket.

For all tickets originally scheduled for travel 12 March 2020 -27 March 2021, and impacted by a flight cancellation or schedule change with travel on or after 01 January 2022: Application: All Air Tahiti Nui routes, flight cancellation for travel commencing on or after 01 January 2022: • Original ticket fare rules apply.

Flight Schedules and Operations:

Air Tahiti Nui informs you that effective from March 18th, 2020 through March 31, 2021 the Company is not able to operate its normal flights between LAX and Paris and LAX and Auckland, . International travel and safety measures taken by the Presidency of , High-Commissioner of the French Republic in French Polynesia, as well as restrictions in the United States, New Zealand, and the European Union, only allow residents entrance, quarantines and restriction of domestic and international flights. LAX-Tahiti flight operations resumed from July 15th, 2020, subject to Government directives and entry conditions to French Polynesia. During Covid-19, schedules are subject to change and all passengers must reconfirm their reservation at least 72 hours prior to departure, if not earlier.
