CATS (Campaign Against The Smell)

As many residents may be aware and have seen in the local press there have been complaints within the village regarding a persistent smell.

After a series of meetings CATS are now pleased to announce that the LA (North West District Council Environmental Health) will be pursuing the matter afresh. The next CATS meeting is scheduled for 5.30pm on the 5 th October at the Parish Boardroom located at the Bosworth Road cemetery. All residents are invited to attend and hear from LA Officers.

The LA needs residents to report incidents of odours stating where they encountered the smell and a description of the smell detailing the level of intensity. The more people reporting these incidents, the better the chance of resolution.

To find out more about this problem you can find CATS on Facebook/Twitter or on the following website:-
