Services The main services connected are electricity and water. Drainage is by way of a shared sceptic tank, which is emptied on a six-monthly basis. Central heating is provided by an oil-fired system, with the Worcester Danesmore boiler situated in the Utility Room and a 600-gallon oil storage tank to the rear.
