THE RITES OF AL

FORWARD

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my colleagues at Al Azhar University for putting up with me during those grueling years of study in Cairo. Special thanks to Mr. Gomma , Sheik Mahmood from Shuhadda, Dr. Saeed from Boosna Masjid, the every inspiring Asaad, Muhammad Luhadain, Leo Zagami, and the many adepts of wisdom that I have crossed paths with over the years. Stone sharpens stone, as the saying goes. My adventure into Islam started some 6 years ago when I bought my first copy of AL- from a local bookstore and started whole heartedly studying the intricacies of this religion and the sayings or () of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS). Growing up in a Christian family, I was ritualistically implanted with the ideas of inherent sin at birth, salvation from belief in Christ, Communion, and the congregational favorite, Baptism. I spent the years in my early twenties devouring hundreds of books on spiritualism, science, theology, etymology, Apocrypha, Freemasonry, and the list goes on and on. My grandfather being a 33 degree freemason raised my eyebrows to the possibility of a deeper knowledge existing pertaining to the mind and spirit of man. After gaining access to the inner circles and keepings of Freemasonry I turned my studies to medicine and wittingly went back to school to study pharmaceuticals. What I found out during this period of time was appalling and disheartening to say the least. I honorably walked away from this career choice after investing a whole year into the study of medicine and pharmacology. What I found out was not with out good merit and fortune. My own health was hanging in the balances and I used the information that I had come across during my homeopathic research (ORMUS, Trace Minerals, Polysaccharides, Aloe Vera, Macrobiotics) to heal my lymphatic irregularities. Then after the horrific incident of 911 I began to see a of information streaming through the media about Islam. I can still remember seeing images of grown men with their children prostrating in prayer, and how perfect it looked as they bowed and prayed in unison. How could it be that a religion apparently so beautiful and aesthetic could manifest such unconscientious acts of murder? It was an itch I had to scratch as I consumed the whole Quran 2 times in 2 weeks, and began intense research into the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad ( Ahadith). I would find all the answers I was looking for, and much, much more. This book is a inside look of what I have found throughout my past 6 years since converting to Islam. Topics range from the nature of , Purpose, Self Knowledge, Medicine, the true nature of Magic, Psychology, and some of mysteries such as REX MUNDI (The Green Man) Wisdom of Aesop, Unknown facts about the Anti Christ, and Judgment day, The nature of , Gog and Magoog, and the Wisdom of the Great King . This book solves the problem of the Christian Trinity, and the nature of Jesus Christ himself. I was recently talking to my mother, who is still a Christian, and she told me about how she had gone to so many counseling sessions with so many Psychologist to help resolve so many of the family problems and character issues of my step father, and my half brothers and sisters. I told my mother that in the Arab world, for the , there doesn't exist such an idea of going to see a psychologist to help remedy the problems. These problems are all addressed through the of the prophet Muhammad ( SAWS). If your a person that wishes to take a chance and read a book that might really challenge your belief system, and are open to bettering your life, then this book is for you. I present to you at this time, THE RITE OF ISLAM.

QURAN Chapter 41 verse 53:

Soon we shall show them our signs, in the horizons and inside their own self (souls), until it becomes clear to them that He is the Truth (GOD).

Chapter One- TAWHEED ONENESS OF THE G.A.O.T.U (Great Architect of the Universe)

The first and most important concept in ISLAM is what we call the TAWHEED. This can be translated to co notate the ONENESS of GOD. This is fundamentally the most important component of the ISLAMIC faith. The idea of one universal creator is no new philosophic postulation. The reason that this concept is so important and stands as the backbone for monotheistic religions is evident. It simply cuts through the fat of the vast superstitious ideas and imaginations of purported gurus, and masters that lay claim to the possession of power through omens, objects and things that has been created. One thing that is for sure is that no man has the power to create something from nothing. Granted, we can take DNA splice it up, alter living things, and manipulate things within certain scientific parameters. Though there are claims that we have broken the codes to the human genome, and now possess the keys to immortality, we have yet to see any workable methods to extent our lifespan indefinitely. The science community may stand on the precipice of something big in the near future, but we would all agree that mans life is limited, and that there must be a purpose in the grand scheme of things. Before we start to get deep into the ideas of the nature of GOD and his endless attributes, we must first come to grips with the great etymological problems that we are confronted with when we say the word, "GOD." To address any problem we must first go to the source of the matter and peal away the labels in order to get to the core of the onion. It might make us upset, and we may cry from the stinging layers and spores of truth that reach our eyesight, but it is a reoccurring issue that should be cleared up once and for all. Any one that has tried to confront this GIANT of a question has probably read vast volumes of ancient history books, and turned to experts like Zachariah Sitchen and his Earth Chronicles series. We now have many theories on just what took place during the dawn of mankind. I will not try to recap the intricate translations and variations that I have come across during the years, but will rather lay out the cards in front of you, in hopes of exposing some of the aces.

In hopes of defusing some of the ignorant misconceptions that I have heard over the years that Muslims don't worship the same GOD that the , and worship, I will dedicate a few paragraphs to this subject to make sure that we are all working on the same playing field. Muslims call GOD (). There are also other variations such as (ILAH) or (IL). As most people know the Arabic and Hebrew languages work off of root letters in forming their words. The vowels are not written in most cases, but are known by the reader. Now in the Hebrew language we have (EL) or (ELOHIIM) etc. The Jesus Christ used the Arabic variation since he spoke in the native Aramaic language, which is the father of the now Arabic language. Coptic Egyptian Christians in Cairo call GOD (ALLAH). We can see clearly that (EL) in the Hebrew language and (IL) from the Aramaic language are the correct names of GOD according to the ancient scriptures in the simplest form. Of course we have YAWEH as the tetragamatron. This word correctly translated means, ( I am that I am, or I am that I want to be.) This word has let many Christians into much confusion and should be studied closely so as not to misconstrue the meaning of this phrase.

Now we have to answer the question- where does the word GOD come from? I have heard from some inner Masonic circles that it is a acronym for three words. Gomo Oz Dubaz (Beauty, Knowledge, and Power). This word was made up for the English language so that the universal idea of One GOD could be implemented easily into our language.

Etymology of the Word "God" (Anglo-Saxon God; German Gott; akin to Persian khoda; Hindu khooda). God can variously be defined as: the proper name of the one Supreme and Infinite Personal Being, the Creator and Ruler of the universe, to whom man owes obedience and worship; the common or generic name of the several supposed beings to whom, in polytheistic religions, Divine attributes are ascribed and Divine worship rendered; the name sometimes applied to an idol as the image or dwelling- place of a god. The root-meaning of the name (from Gothic root gheu; Sanskrit hub or emu, "to invoke or to sacrifice to") is either "the one invoked" or "the one sacrificed to." From different Indo-Germanic roots (div, "to shine" or "give light"; thes in thessasthai "to implore") come the Indo- Iranian deva, Sanskrit dyaus (gen. divas), Latin deus, Greek theos, Irish and Gaelic dia, all of which are generic names; also Greek Zeus (gen. Dios, Latin Jupiter (jovpater), Old Teutonic Tiu or Tiw (surviving in Tuesday), Latin Janus, Diana, and other proper names of pagan deities. The common name most widely used in Semitic occurs as 'el in Hebrew, 'ilu in Babylonian, 'ilah in Arabic, etc.; and though scholars are not agreed on the point, the root-meaning most probably is "the strong or mighty one." "god (g?d). Also 3-4 godd. [Com. Teut.: OE. god (masc. in sing.; pl. godu, godo neut., godas masc.) corresponds to OFris., OS., Du. god masc., OHG. got, cot (MHG. got, mod.Ger. gott) masc., ON. go , gu neut. and masc., pl. go , gu neut. masc. in) قir masc.; Sw., Da. gud), Goth. gu later Icel. pl. gu) a, guda neut.). The Goth. and ON. wordsقsing.; pl. gu always follow the neuter declension, though when used in the Christian sense they are syntactically masc. The OTeut. type is therefore *gu?om neut., the adoption of the masculine concord being presumably due to the Christian use of the word. The neuter sb., in its original heathen use, would answer rather to L. numen than to L. deus. Another approximate equivalent of deus in OTeut. was *ansu-z (Goth. in latinized pl. form .s- in personal names, ésa genitس .anses, ON. ?ss, OE pl.); but this seems to have been applied only to the higher deities of the native pantheon, never to foreign ; and it never came into Christian use. The ulterior etymology is disputed. Apart from the unlikely hypothesis of adoption from some foreign tongue, the OTeut. *gubom implies as its pre-Teut. type either *ghudho-m or *ghut - m. The former does not appear to admit of explanation; but the latter would represent the neut. of the passive pple. of a root *gheu-. There are two Aryan roots of the required form (both *glheu, with palatal aspirate): one meaning ‘to invoke’ (Skr. h?), the other ‘to pour, to offer sacrifice’ (Skr. hu, Gr. ?????, OE. yéotan YETE v.). Hence *glhut -m has been variously interpreted as ‘what is invoked’ (cf. Skr. puru-h?ta ‘much-invoked’, an epithet of Indra) and as ‘what is worshipped by sacrifice’ which occurs in the sense ‘sacrificed to’ as well as in ,لcf. Skr. hut) that of ‘offered in sacrifice’). Either of these conjectures is fairly plausible, as they both yield a sense practically coincident with the most obvious definition deducible from the actual use of the word, ‘an object of worship’. Some scholars, accepting the derivation from the root *glheu- to pour, have supposed the etymological sense to be ‘molten image’ (= Gr. ?????), but the assumed development of meaning seems very unlikely.

There is one more fine point to touch on before we proceed into the importance of the Tawheed and the Wisdom of this concept in the Islamic faith. Those ancient beings from Samaria seemingly had vast knowledge and long life spans, according to the findings of the scholar Zachariah Sitchen. These beings called Anunnaki, or the Nephilam Giants (those that fell to the earth) were mentioned in the story of Genesis and also vast clay tablets that have been translated from the cuneiform language. These beings were seen as supermen and told stories of genetic alterations to create slave men for the need of mining earth gold for their planet Niburu. The two primary chieftain Annunaki were Enki and Enlil. Many scholars have made them out to be Enlil (EL) and Enki (The One that genetically altered men in the Eden, and was known by the sign of the winding serpent or the double helix.) These stories are staggering to the intellect and could easily lead one to believe that Mankind was created by Enki, and was ruled by Enlil (EL) and their ruler ANU. As more and more of the Anunnaki race from Sumer inhabited the earth and cohabited with humans, they became to be seen as GODS to the people and were worshipped by the common people at that time. Now the question stands- was the EL from the Annunaki the same EL from the stories of , , , and Solomon. The answer is simply NO HE IS NOT. The reason is logical, and also some proofs have been put forth. Firstly, the Annunaki lived by laws and worshipped One Universal God. Secondly, they were able to come to earth, and alter the matter that was there in front of them, such as the Apes and Primitive species. They had great powers and were referred as the RENOWNED GREAT MEN OF OLD in the book of Genesis. In the book of PSLAMS a verse to and SOLOMON at that time reads, " I am the GOD of the GODS," and, "They shall be judged as mere men on the day of Judgment." Some may ask, "why would GOD point out this verse to us since it is obvious that there could only be ONE ALMIGHTY CREATOR?" The answer is that the people at that time were still paying tribute to the Annunaki and their lineage's, worshipping them as GOD. From a normal mans perspective these beings could do supernatural things. They had flying machines, advancements in computer devices and weaponry, and the ability to outlive any homo sapiens in existence at that time. Then how did the men of old live so long such as Methuselah and the early offspring of ? Genesis tells us that these Annunaki took wives amongst the offspring of early man and they had children that were half Annunaki such as the legend of Gilgamesh. All the Prophets from Adam to Jesus Christ prophesied the idea of one GOD, and this was the central message that was to be conveyed to the people. Allah has mentioned in the Qur’an that He sent messengers and guides among all people. “Indeed, we sent in every community a messenger… “ (al-Nahl 16:36). “There was not any community except a Warner lived among them.” (Fatir 35:24). However, the Qur’an has not given us the names and stories of all the messengers and guides who were sent by Allah to various nations and groups. We have only 25 prophets and messengers who are mentioned in the Qur’an by name. About other prophets and messengers Allah said, “We have told you the story of some Messengers and of others We have not …” (al- Nisa’ 4;164) We Muslims believe in Allah’s Prophets and Messengers who came before Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon all of them. Prophet Muhammad was the Last Prophet and Messenger of Allah. After his coming there will be no new Prophet or Messenger. (We accept that Jesus - peace be upon him - will come again, but he will not be a new Prophet.) We mention by names only those Prophets and Messengers whose names are given to us in the Qur’an and authentic . But those whose names are not mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah we do not say definitely that they were Allah’s Prophets or Messengers. Imam bin Hanbal in his Musnad has mentioned a Hadith (no. 21257) that Allah sent 124, 000 Prophets (Anbiya’) and from among them 315 were the Messengers (rusul).

CHAPTER TWO- THE NATURE OF GOD (INTRICICIES)

Try sparking up a conversation about GOD these days and you will get a endless litany of ideas and personal interpretations. When I converse with most self professed Christians of any denomination I usually get the warm statement," GOD is love." This being a wonderful quality of GOD does not in any way encapsulate a perfect picture of GOD. Other Christians I have spoken to looked intoxicatingly into my eyes and proclaimed, "Jesus is GOD." Christians and Muslims share many common beliefs but this idea is where they vastly differ. The Quran has gone to great lengths to clear up the misconception that Jesus Christ the Messiah was GOD incarnate. The Quran is adamant on this subject and proclaims in verse 4:171 , go not beyond the bounds in your religion, and say not as to God but the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only the Messenger of God, and His Word that He committed to Mary, and a Spirit from Him. So believe in God and His Messengers, and say not, 'Three.' Refrain; better is it for you. God is only One God. Glory be to Him -- That He should have a son! To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth; God suffices for a guardian. For Jews and Muslims this concept is fortified by logic and the understanding of the very nature of GOD. In the Quran GOD gives us a hundred attributes of himself in order that we might further our understanding of his nature. In the Royal Arch degrees of freemasonry the candidate is to further his meditation and try to come to terms with with nature of GOD. We understand from an Islamic and Jewish perspective that GOD sits in his heavenly thrown, and the of GOD stand in rows and worship him day and night. Some of GODS attributes are: THE ALL SEERER, THE ALL KNOWER, THE ALL HEARER. Thus Gods presence is everywhere at once, but GOD himself is not an abstract or non physical entity. He controls all things from his ISTAWA (Heavenly Throne). Many Taoist, Buddhist, Hindu's, Sikhs etc. explain GOD as an invisible force that has no apparent nature. According to the religious scriptures of the Prophets this is a misnomer. We learn from the that GOD has created man in his own image. From the Islamic Hadiths (sayings) of the Prophet Muhammad we learn that on the day of judgment GOD will reveal his shin bone, and this will be a sign for the Muslims to make prostrations. Thus GOD has as physical makeup but can not be limited to any form. In the TORAH he proclaims, I AM THAT I WANT TO BE, from where we get the word YAWEH, which is only the acronym from which people have adopted as an official name. Now we can see why when Christians proclaim that Jesus is GOD Jews and Muslims reject this claim adamantly. Since GOD was on his throne during the Kingship of Jesus the prophet hood on earth, one can not say that Jesus is GOD and make any logical sense. We understand that Jesus was the Spirit from GOD, and his Word. This is where Muslims draw then line concerning Jesus and the nature of GOD. In John 5 verse 41 we read Jesus saying, " I do not accept glory from human beings. 42 But I know that you do not have the love of God in you." and in verse 44 we read, " How can you believe when you accept glory from one another and do not seek the glory that comes from the one who alone is God?" In John Chapter 7 verse 16-18 Jesus explains, " "My teaching is not mine but his who sent me. 17 Anyone who resolves to do the will of God will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own. 18 Those who speak on their own seek their own glory; but the one who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and there is nothing false in him." Jesus makes clear time and time again that the mystery is that he is the Spirit and Word of Truth from GOD, but those that don't understand the nature of GOD could easily fall victim to the idea that Jesus is THE ALMIGHTY GOD. We see that while Jesus was talking to the woman in Samaria in John 4 verse 21-22 we read, "Jesus said to her, "Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in . 22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, for salvation is from the Jews. In Chapter 14 verse 28 we read, "You heard me say to you, 'I am going away, and I am coming to you.' If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I. To truly understand and interpret what was going on and who Jesus the Messiah really was, we must keep in mind that he bowed down and worshiped GOD in prayer. From this act we can conclude that Jesus the Spirit of GOD and the Word of GOD still worshiped the ALL MIGHTY GOD IN HEAVEN. The distinction being that Jesus Christ the Messiah has a soul. Although his spirit was from GOD and his Word was from GOD he still held the status of man, and had a soul of his own. Thus we can see that his true (SELF) was separate from GOD as seen through his acts of worship toward the ALMIGHTY CREATOR. In his statement to the Samarian woman that salvation was from the JEWS, we can understand the importance of the LAW OF GOD, and the understanding of his nature. Jesus himself told the people that the one who broke the smallest commandment of the LAW would be the least in the order of things. Jesus and the disciples practiced according to Jewish law and customs praying three times a day and keeping to the commandments of Moses. This idea that the law would vanish after Jesus' apparent death is false. James the brother of Jesus would get in many disputes over the idea of FAITH and WORKS. Jesus was adamant about telling the Jews they should know him by his WORKS and in keeping with the commandments of MOSES. In close examination the ideas and epistles of the apostle Paul are conflicting with the teachings and lifestyle of Jesus Christ the Messiah. Paul was an outsider that somehow was thrown into the forefronts by the Nicean council, and their ideas on what was an acceptable religion to follow. What happened to the close disciples of Jesus and their writings? We can look at some of the Apocryphal texts and many of the writings warn of a FALSE TEACHER that would abandon the Laws of GOD and the true teachings of his inner circle. James and Paul fell into great disputes, and some scholars have gone as far as to lay blame on Paul for the eventual death of James the Just, the beloved disciple of Jesus, who carried with him the truest interpretations of the words of Jesus. We learn in the Quran miracles that coincide with some of the Apocryphal texts concerning Jesus as a baby. We read in the Quran from Chapter 5 verse 110 , "When Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favor unto thee and unto thy mother; how I strengthened thee with the , so that thou spakest unto mankind in the cradle as in maturity; and how I taught thee the Scripture and Wisdom and the Torah and the ; and how thou didst shape of clay as it were the likeness of a bird by My permission, and didst blow upon it and it was a bird by My permission, and thou didst heal him who was born blind and the leper by My permission; and how thou didst raise the dead by My permission; and how I restrained the Children of Israel from (harming) thee when thou camest unto them with clear proofs, and those of them who disbelieved exclaimed: This is naught else than mere magic." In the Gospel of John 16 verse 12-14 we are told that," "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own, but will speak whatever he hears, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, because he will take what is mine and declare it to you." I have made all the pronouns in these sentences bold to drive home the point that Jesus was referring to a human being, not his own spirit. In the Quran Chapter 61 verse 6 we read, "And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is AHMED (Muhammad). Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: This is mere magic." Let us examine closely another verse from the Bible while the were questioning . In John Chapter 1 verse 19-25, "This is the testimony given by John when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, "Who are you?" 20 He confessed and did not deny it, but confessed, "I am not the Messiah." 21 And they asked him, "What then? Are you ?" He said, "I am not." "Are you the prophet?" He answered, "No." 22 Then they said to him, "Who are you? Let us have an answer for those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?" 23 He said, "I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness," Make straight the way of the Lord,'" as the prophet Isaiah said. 24 Now they had been sent from the Pharisees. 25 They asked him, "Why then are you baptizing if you are neither the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the prophet?" Who was the prophet the high were referring to? From the writings of the Torah we know that Jews were awaiting the arrival of another Prophet that was prophesized in their scriptures. "The Lord said to me [Moses]: ‘What they say is good. I will raise up for them a Prophet like you among their brothers; I will put My words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to My words that the Prophet speaks in My Name, I will Myself call him to account.’ (Deuteronomy, 18.17-9) Again from the Quran we read, " We have sent to you a Messenger as a witness over you, even as We sent to Pharaoh a Messenger. (al-Muzzammil, 73.15) and again from John, "I will not speak with you much longer, for the Prince of this world is coming. And I posses nothing of him. (John, 14.30) These verses stand as a opening point for Christian and Muslim dialogue and debate. What we know for sure is that the nature of GOD from the Torah and Quran is unlike anything that he has created. The freemasons have come to terms with this and have allocated the name for GOD as THE GREAT ARCHITECT from which they get the G on their compass that represents Geometry and Gnosis signaling their ability for architecture. What we know for sure is that the leaders of these Masonic organizations that supposedly hold the keys of knowledge all acknowledge ONE GOD THE DIETY. Jesus himself told us to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. Thus one needs to eradicate their own fears and judgmental ness to become wise as serpents, and look them in the eyes with fearlessness. The reason the idea of one GOD is so quintessential to the Jewish and Muslim faiths is that worshipping idols or other things beside GOD is the greatest of sins that surpasses all other follies. One hadith (saying) from the prophet Muhammad tells us, " Book 039, Number 6731: Abu Musa reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: There is none to show more patience at listening to the most irksome things than Allah, the Exalted and Glorious. ' Partnership is associated to Him (). and (fatherhood) of a child is attributed to Him, but in spite of this He protects them (people) and provides them sustenance. "We read in Chapter 4 verse 48 ,"Lo! Allah forgiveth not that a partner should be ascribed unto Him. He forgiveth (all) save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners to Allah, he hath indeed invented a tremendous sin." We learn more about the nature of GOD from this verse in the Quran (Chapter 2 verse 255) "Allah! There is no Allah save Him, the Alive, the Eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh Him. Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave? He knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save what He will. His throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is the Sublime, the Tremendous." Thus with proper wisdom and discernment we can start our personal venture into the true nature of GOD and hope through prayer and meditation to over turn unturned stones and peek into the treasure trove of maxims that will be presented in this book. Concerning the nature of Jesus Christ, we read in the Quran (Chapter 3 v.49 And will make him a messenger unto the Children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah's leave. And I announce unto you what ye eat and what ye store up in your houses. Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if ye are to be believers. and Chapter 3 v. 55 (And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the . Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ. Chapter 3. v 59 Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is. When the Prophet Muhammad used to preach in the masjid concerning the nature of Jesus some of the priest would gather and contend that he was lying. A verse was revealed to the Prophet at that time ( Chapter 3 v. 61 "And whoso disputeth with thee concerning him, after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly (to our Lord) and (solemnly) invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie." Concerning the supposed crucifixion we read, "And because of their saying: We slew the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, Allah's messenger - they slew him not nor crucified him, but it appeared so unto them; and lo! those who disagree concerning it are in doubt thereof; they have no knowledge thereof save pursuit of a conjecture; they slew him not for certain. C.4v.157. and "O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion nor utter aught concerning Allah save the truth. The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His word which He conveyed unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and say not "Three" - Cease! (it is) better for you! - Allah is only One God. Far is it removed from His Transcendent Majesty that He should have a son. His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is sufficient as Defender. C4.v171.and "And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah - a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil). C5v.46. We now incur a warning against the ultimate transgression of idolatry, "They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah (himself) said: O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Lo! whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah, for him Allah hath forbidden . His abode is the Fire. For evil-doers there will be no helpers." We read in Chapter 5 verse 116, "And when Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Didst thou say unto mankind: Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah? he saith: Be glorified! It was not mine to utter that to which I had no right. If I used to say it, then Thou knewest it. Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I know not what is in Thy Mind. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Knower of Things Hidden? " We also read of the confirmation Jesus Christ gave his disciples of the spirit of truth that was to come in Chapter 61 verse 6, "And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is the Praised One. Yet when he hath come unto them with clear proofs, they say: This is mere magic." We will finish this chapter with a few verses from Chapter Mary 19 v.87-96 "None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous! At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious. For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a ( literal) son. Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. [6:103]" No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision: He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things."

CHAPTER THREE- (The Forces at Play)

In the Arabic language the word for is . His proper name in the Quran is . We also understand that he was one of the Djin or beings made from smokeless fire. The word or Djin is where we get the western word genie from. Let us look at the definition of Genie,(1655, "tutelary spirit," from Fr. genie, from L. genius (see genius); used in Fr. translation of "Arabian Nights" to render Arabic jinni, pl. of jinn "spirit," which it accidentally resembled, and attested in Eng. with this sense from 1748. n. A supernatural creature who does one's bidding when summoned. A jinni. [French génie, spirit, from Latin genius, guardian spirit; see genius.] Let us read what the informs us of these entities, (18 verse 50 And (remember) when We said unto the angels: Fall prostrate before Adam, and they fell prostrate, all save Iblis. He was of the jinn, so he rebelled against his Lord's command. Will ye choose him and his seed for your protecting friends instead of Me, when they are an enemy unto you? Calamitous is the exchange for evil- doers.) and 55 verse 15 (And the jinn did He create of smokeless fire.) The word Jinn differs from the word in the fact that some of these beings worship GOD and follow the straight path. Abdullah b. Mas'ud said in connection with the verse:" Those whom they call upon, themselves seek the means of access to their Lord," that that verse was revealed in connection with a party of who used to worship a group amongst the jinn; the jinn embraced Islam but the people kept worshipping them without being conscious of it. Then this verse was revealed:" Those whom they call upon, themselves seek the means of access to their Lord." We know that many fortune tellers and occultist use cold readings while readings someone fortune, but some of them actually commune with the djin and try to find secrets and information from amongst them. In a hadith we read, "Some people asked the Prophet regarding the soothsayers. He said, "They are nothing." They said, "O Allah's Apostle! Some of their talks come true." The Prophet said, "That word which happens to be true is what a Jinn snatches away by stealth (from the Heaven) and pours it in the ears of his friend (the foreteller) with a sound like the cackling of a hen. The soothsayers then mix with that word, one hundred lies." Many of the Djin are Chiefs and Leaders amongst themselves and worship Iblis or Shaitan ( Lucifer). Lucifer has been called the bright morning star, and giver of light. According to many stories he was the most beautiful of the Djin and possessed great knowledge and power. When GOD commanded him to bow down before his new creation (Adam) Iblis refused as his pride rose up inside himself, which led to his expellation from the Heavenly Abode. Many men and woman have sold their souls or self to the Jinn and make packs with them. We can understand from the stories of Solomon some of the great powers that some of the Djin leaders possessed. We read in Chapter 27 verse 17," And there were gathered together unto Solomon his armies of the jinn and humankind, and of the birds, and they were set in battle order;" When Solomon called to the Jinn and asked them which one could bring him Queen 's kingdom the fastest, a chief Djin responded," A stalwart of the jinn said: I will bring it thee before thou canst rise from thy place. Lo! I verily am strong and trusty for such work. (C.27v.39) The Djin were placed under the order of Solomon until his death and often complained to him of their slavery. One thing we know for sure is that the secret weapon of the Djin against humans is Whisperings and Suggestions. This is what some scholars have referred to as the Will-O-Wisps. They are able to manipulate a weak minded person very easily with various forms of mind games. We also have an indication that the greater level of knowledge a person has about them, the more they respect our space, and many of them fear us due to our to the ALMIGHTY GOD. Whether it is angels that drive them away, or the light and presence of GOD, we know from the Quran and other scriptures that the Djin become powerless in the face of ablution with water, and invocations. Their main goal is to distract a person from believing in GOD, and suppress a person's reflection on his own creation and purpose. At the highest levels their is to try to get us to commit an act of , or disbelief in GOD. This can take many forms, from seeking out magic, and fortune tellers, to associating in worship with GOD, making partners with GOD, believing that there is power and good fortune in objects and omens, etc. This main objective goes hand and parcel with them also trying to persuade us through suggestions to commit murder, fornications, back biting or gossip, adultery, rape, pedophilia, and the list goes on and on. The evil ones amongst the jinn created an enormous lie against GOD and said that GOD has a son, and they used to whisper this suggestion amongst the people after the time of Jesus. We read in Chapter 5 v.72 ,"They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah (himself) said: O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Lo! whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah, for him Allah hath forbidden paradise. His abode is the Fire. For evil-doers there will be no help." "They have taken as lords beside Allah their and their monks and the Messiah son of Mary, when they were bidden to worship only One God. There is no God save Him. Be He Glorified from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)!" C 9 v.31. Also we know that the Jinn race can reproduce like us, they eat and drink, they have their own livelihood, and they can latch on to us and some of the female jinn actually reproduce with the Man. This may seem rather strange, but we must understand that they are living in another dimension and are invisible to us. We also know that they can materialize and alter things in our three dimensional space and time. They also die and have life spans as humans do. They may seem to have powers and be superior to us in many ways, but quite the opposite is true from their perspectives. What we do know is that they have limitations, but are able to bite us, spit at us, and agitate us in many ways. The worst of them will come over you like a dark cloud and make you have an overwhelming feeling of anger, or lust, or jealousy etc. The best way to rid them from your presence is to make sure your clean and hygienic, and perform regular baths and ablutions, seeking refuge in GOD from their evil, and their whispers. Now is a good time to talk about Magic. We learn in the Quran from which the origins of Magic originated. We read in Chaper2 v 102 "And follow that which the falsely related against the kingdom of Solomon. Solomon disbelieved not; but the devils disbelieved, teaching mankind magic and that which was revealed to the two angels in Babel, . Nor did they (the two angels) teach it to anyone till they had said: We are only a temptation, therefore disbelieve not (in the guidance of Allah). And from these two (angels) people learn that by which they cause division between man and wife; but they injure thereby no-one save by Allah's leave. And they learn that which harmeth them and profited them not. And surely they do know that he who trafficked therein will have no (happy) portion in the Hereafter; and surely evil is the price for which they sell their souls, if they but knew." Magicians in those times used to conjure the jinn using many means, and would create talismans of rope and would tie knots into it and blow into the knots. They would also use a person's hair or personal effects and tie them in knots creating talismans and invoking the Jinn race to assist them in their mischief. Thus we can deduce that magic is the separation of the two opposite forces of Man and Woman. These forces can be described using the Yin and Yang model and the forces that hold together every planet, cell, organism, etc. The Jinn are assisting the Magician in the separation of these forces and then can allow for the reassembly of them as desired. From this many magicians have been successful in causing divorce and using this black art to separate husband and wife by the powerful force of the separation of the opposite nature of their spirits. Let us look at this Hadith: Volume 8, Book 75, Number 400: Narrated 'Aisha: that Allah's Apostle was affected by magic, so much that he used to think that he had done something which in fact, he did not do, and he invoked his Lord (for a remedy). Then (one day) he said, "O 'Aisha!) Do you know that Allah has advised me as to the problem I consulted Him about?" 'Aisha said, "O Allah's Apostle! What's that?" He said, "Two men came to me and one of them sat at my head and the other at my feet, and one of them asked his companion, 'What is wrong with this man?' The latter replied, 'He is under the effect of magic.' The former asked, 'Who has worked magic on him? ' The latter replied, 'Labid bin Al-A'sam.' The former asked, 'With what did he work the magic?' The latter replied, 'With a comb and the hair, which are stuck to the comb, and the skin of pollen of a date-palm tree.' The former asked, 'Where is that?' The latter replied, 'It is in Dharwan.' Dharwan was a well in the dwelling place of the (tribe of) Bani Zuraiq. Allah's Apostle went to that well and returned to 'Aisha, saying, 'By Allah, the water (of the well) was as red as the infusion of Hinna, (1) and the date-palm trees look like the heads of devils.' 'Aisha added, Allah's Apostle came to me and informed me about the well. I asked the Prophet, 'O Allah's Apostle, why didn't you take out the skin of pollen?' He said, 'As for me, Allah has cured me and I hated to draw the attention of the people to such evil (which they might learn and harm others with).' " Another kind of magic is the use of words and poetic wording in writings and speech. The rhyming of words seems to have great impact at the subconscious level. When engraved in the subconscious with music and instruments, sometimes it takes a lifetime and we still cannot remove the vapor of sounds that can reintroduce itself at any given moment. Volume 7, Book 62, Number 76: Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Two men came from the east and delivered speeches, and the Prophet said, "Some eloquent speech has the in fluency of magic (e.g., some people refuse to do something and then a good eloquent speaker addresses them and then they agree to do that very thing after his speech). " A good example of this would be the late enigmatic speaker Billy Graham. Many freemasons have also mastered this craft and use mentalist, hypnotic suggestion, and neurolinguistic programming to assist them in the art of persuasion. Before we move on to the next chapter I think it is important to note that a person that commits a sin from a Islamic perspective can gain a covering over his eyes, his heart, his sight etc. From this perspective we learn that when we do good deeds and repent GOD removes layers of these coverings according to his vast wisdom, and when walk toward him, so to speak, he runs toward us. The flip side of the coin is that when we commit sins and turn away from GOD, he also covers up our keenness, and can add ignorance to our ignorance if we don't submit to him in repentance and . These forces that we have discussed are forever plucking at our heart strings and influencing us in ways we sometimes don't know. It is worth mentioning that from the Islamic perspective there is no such thing as being born a sinner. The child is innocent of all sins until her reaches the age of consciousness and understands what is right and wrong. This age according to the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad is sometime around the age of seven. There does exist such thing as a curse, which is the parents and the wrong doings of the parent's mis guiding their children and leading them into disbelief and sin. Many times a curse can last generation after generation, and often times comes to an end when a person reaches a stage where he questions what he has been taught and seeks wisdom from GOD to find the truth of his affairs and purpose of his life. We will discuss more in detail about the idea Destiny, which is called Qadar in Arabic, and will look into the many secrets of knowledge and wisdom that the religion of Islam (submission) has to offer. In closing I would like to add that many times while speaking about , Jinn, Satan, Lucifer, etc. people begin to feel fearful, and are often fearful that evil things will befall them due to their superstitions and ideas dealing with karma, omens, and false assumptions about religions and sects that they have little knowledge about. We must learn not to fear anything other than GOD himself. This is the ultimate confidence amongst men. If we wish to seek wisdom we must learn to filter out what is useful and discard what is useless. Your knowledge of self or memory protocol is one of the most useful mental resources a person can use in order to steer him or herself into the calmer waters of repose.

Chapter Four - The Higher Purpose (Complexities and Conundrums)

For what reason has mankind been created? The question is posed in Chapter 75 v.36," Thinketh man that he is to be left aimless?" The answer is giving in Chapter 67 v.2 ,"Who hath created life and death that He may try you which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving." In the grand scheme of things we discover that mankind was created to worship his creator, and to test each individual in his morality and submission. Another question is put forth in Chapter 75 v36. "Thinketh man that he is to be left aimless?" To imagine that we were created with great calculation and with out purpose is madness. This kind of thinking is only for people that wish to create a mental diversion, or convenient rationalization for them selves. The fact that a great portion of today's people are conscious less of their actions doesn't give us a warrant to inherit such behaviorisms. Men of knowledge and math understand that this life we live is a miracle of articulation and far from random chance or chaotic evolutional theories. Those people that wish to disbelieve in their own creation and to take responsibility for their actions are hopeless escape artists. Let us analyze Chapter 96 v. 1-8. Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created- Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood: Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,- He Who taught (the use of) the pen,- Taught man that which he knew not. but man doth transgress all bounds, In that he looketh upon himself as self-sufficient. Verily, to thy Lord is the return (of all). The truth is that we are all on this earth for a short period of time, and our final destination is when we stand before our lord. Chapter 19 verse 66-69 Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" But does not man call to mind that We created him before out of nothing? So, by thy Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Evil Ones (with them); then shall We bring them forth on their knees round about ; Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious. and verse 77-85 Hast thou then seen the (sort of) man who rejects Our Signs, yet says: "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious? Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! Instead, they shall reject their worship, and become adversaries against them. Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). The day We shall gather the righteous to (Allah) Most Gracious, like a band presented before a king for honors," We can deduce from these scriptures that the purpose of our lives is worship GOD, follow his commandments and revelations, and work good deeds to make our societies more livable and to acquire a good record for the day of judgment The Creator also states in the Qur'an (translated): [42:36-38] So whatever thing you are given, that is only a provision of this world's life, and what is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who believe and rely on their Lord, and those who shun the great sins and indecencies, and whenever they are angry they forgive, and those who respond to their Lord and keep up prayer, and their rule is to take counsel among themselves, and who spend out of what We have given them." We have learned from all the Prophets of GOD that we shall one day be resurrected and judged according to our deeds. Just as a judge makes judgments during court hearings and trials, so will GOD one day judge us and bring us into account for our actions in this life. "Behold, two (guardian angels) appointed to learn (his doings) learn (and noted them), one sitting on the right and one on the left." 50.v17 "Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do), and Our messengers are by them, to record. " 43v.80 "Ye did not hide yourselves lest your ears and your eyes and your skins should testify against you, but ye deemed that Allah knew not much of what ye did. 41v.22 On the day of judgment each one of us will be given a book that was recorded by angels and will tell of our doings in this life. "And the Book (of Deeds) will be placed (before you); and thou wilt see the sinful in great terror because of what is (recorded) therein; they will say, "Ah! woe to us! what a Book is this! It leaves out nothing small or great, but takes account thereof!" They will find all that they did, placed before them: And not one will thy Lord treat with injustice. 18v.49 The purpose of our life takes on new meaning when we consider the ramifications of our actions in the grand scheme of things. Great detail is given concerning heaven and hell in the quran so that we might hope for the best and change our incorrect actions in fear of the hell fire. This is the beginning of wisdom, which is fear toward our creator and our responsibilities. This translates in piety and peaceful repose. Most of us grimace at the idea of doing good deeds just so we can avoid the hellfire, but this is just the beginning of belief. The prophet revealed that whoever worships GOD as one and believes that in Islam, and the message of the prophet Muhammad will be saved from the Hellfire out of mercy from our creator. Muslims do not rely on this fact, but strive toward love for our creator and enjoy the comfort and peace of his security and blessings. The Quran is recited during prayers and GOD through his mercy showers the believers with certainty of faith; light, mercy, repose, forgiveness and his angels. [41:44] "And if We (Allah) had made it a Qur'an in a foreign tongue, they would certainly have said: "Why have not its communications been made clear? What! a foreign (tongue) and an Arab!" Say: It is, to those who believe, a guidance and a healing; and (as for) those who do not believe, there is a heaviness in their ears and it is obscure to them; these shall be called to from a far-off place." Each prophet of GOD was given different talents and abilities during their prophet hood to have an acute impact upon the people of their corresponding era. For instance the Prophet Moses was given the ability of Magic from GOD because the pharaoh and his courts were specialists in magic and illusions. "Said the Chiefs of the people of Pharaoh: "This is indeed a sorcerer well-versed." 7v.109. Moses warned the Pharaoh and his chiefs that his magic was from the GOD himself and that he had been shown the correct way to purity and righteousness. The Pharaoh grew proud and proclaimed that he was the only GOD of and that he would no way listen to this well groomed sorcerer. In the Pharaoh's rebellion he refused to submit to GOD and chased MOSES as he was leading the into freedom. "(Their way is) as the way of Pharaoh's folk and those before them; they denied the revelations of their Lord, so We destroyed them in their sins. And We drowned the folk of Pharaoh. All were evil-doers." 8v.54 "Like Pharaoh's folk and those who were before them, they disbelieved Our revelations and so Allah seized them for their sins. And Allah is severe in punishment." 3v.11 GOD has chosen Moses and gave his a special trade set in order to warn the Pharaoh of his actions and but was refused. Now we must look at the Prophet Jesus Christ the Messiah. He was sent as a sign to the Rabbis and Jewish community. The Jews at that time were the great physicians and doctors and were the most knowledgeable in medicine and healing techniques. For this reason it makes sense that GOD endowed Jesus Christ with the ability to perform miracles and heal. This special ability corresponds with the nature of the people he was giving his message to. The Jews rejected Jesus Christ although Jesus prayed three times a day, as a Jew, observed the Jewish law of the Torah, ate accordingly etc. Jesus said, "Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." This was in order with showing his disciples that the law of GOD will stand until the last days. "And will make him a messenger unto the Children of Israel, (saying): Lo! Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if ye are to be believers." 3v.49. Though he kept will the law of GOD and showed them many miracles and signs they still refused him as a true prophet just as the pharaoh and his chiefs refused to believe in the message of Moses. Now comes the Prophet Muhammad, the seal of the prophets. Although Muhammad could neither read or write at the age of 40 when he received his first revelation from the . The Arabs that lived in the desert specialized in stories and oral traditions. The pride of the Arabs was their poetry and eloquent prose. It makes sense that the Quran was often referred to as poetry and was written in the highest form of the Arabic language. Since Muhammad lived for so many years as a normal man and had never had any exceptional abilities of speech, when he started to recite the revelation of GOD, many people were bewildered and astonished at this miracle of words that he recited verbatim without booklet or paper. "Volume 1, Book 1, Number 3: Narrated 'Aisha: (the mother of the faithful believers) The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah's Apostle was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright day light, and then the love of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion in the cave of Hira where he used to worship (Allah alone) continuously for many days before his desire to see his family. He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food like-wise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read. The Prophet replied, "I do not know how to read. The Prophet added, "The angel caught me (forcefully) and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read and I replied, 'I do not know how to read.' Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read but again I replied, 'I do not know how to read (or what shall I read)?' Thereupon he caught me for the third time and pressed me, and then released me and said, 'Read in the name of your Lord, who has created (all that exists) has created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous." (96.1, 96.2, 96.3) Then Allah's Apostle returned with the Inspiration and with his heart beating severely. Then he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said, "Cover me! Cover me!" They covered him till his fear was over and after that he told her everything that had happened and said, "I fear that something may happen to me." Khadija replied, "Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your Kith and kin, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones." Khadija then accompanied him to her cousin Waraqa bin Naufal bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza, who, during the Pre Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the writing with Hebrew letters. He would write from the Gospel in Hebrew as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to Waraqa, "Listen to the story of your nephew, O my cousin!" Waraqa asked, "O my nephew! What have you seen?" Allah's Apostle described whatever he had seen. Waraqa said, "This is the same one who keeps the secrets (angel Gabriel) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out." Allah's Apostle asked, "Will they drive me out?" Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said, "Anyone (man) who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you strongly." But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while. Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah Al-Ansari while talking about the period of pause in revelation reporting the speech of the Prophet "While I was walking, all of a sudden I heard a voice from the sky. I looked up and saw the same angel who had visited me at the cave of Hira' sitting on a chair between the sky and the earth. I got afraid of him and came back home and said, 'Wrap me (in blankets).' And then Allah revealed the following Holy Verses (of Quran): 'O you (i.e. Muhammad)! wrapped up in garments!' Arise and warn (the people against Allah's Punishment),... up to 'and desert the idols.' (74.1-5) After this the revelation started coming strongly, frequently and regularly." Concerning GOD and the nature of the Judgment day the followers of Muhammad asked, "Volume 9, Book 93, and Number 532s: Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: We said, "O Allah's Apostle! Shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" He said, "Do you have any difficulty in seeing the sun and the moon when the sky is clear?" We said, "No." He said, "So you will have no difficulty in seeing your Lord on that Day as you have no difficulty in seeing the sun and the moon (in a clear sky)." The Prophet then said, "Somebody will then announce, 'Let every nation follow what they used to worship.' So the companions of the cross will go with their cross, and the idolaters (will go) with their idols, and the companions of every god (false deities) (will go) with their god, till there remain those who used to worship Allah, both the obedient ones and the mischievous ones, and some of the people of the Scripture. Then Hell will be presented to them as if it were a mirage. Then it will be said to the Jews, "What did you use to worship?' They will reply, 'We used to worship , the son of Allah.' It will be said to them, 'You are liars, for Allah has neither a wife nor a son. What do you want (now)?' They will reply, 'We want You to provide us with water.' Then it will be said to them 'Drink,' and they will fall down in Hell (instead). Then it will be said to the Christians, 'What did you use to worship?' They will reply, 'We used to worship Messiah, the son of Allah.' It will be said, 'You are liars, for Allah has neither a wife nor a son. What: do you want (now)?' They will say, 'We want You to provide us with water.' It will be said to them, 'Drink,' and they will fall down in Hell (instead). When there remain only those who used to worship Allah (Alone), both the obedient ones and the mischievous ones, it will be said to them, 'What keeps you here when all the people have gone?' They will say, 'We parted with them (in the world) when we were in greater need of them than we are today, we heard the call of one proclaiming, 'Let every nation follow what they used to worship,' and now we are waiting for our Lord.' Then the Almighty will come to them in a shape other than the one which they saw the first time, and He will say, 'I am your Lord,' and they will say, 'You are not our Lord.' And none will speak: to Him then but the Prophets, and then it will be said to them, 'Do you know any sign by which you can recognize Him?' They will say. 'The Shin,' and so Allah will then uncover His Shin whereupon every believer will prostrate before Him and there will remain those who used to prostrate before Him just for showing off and for gaining good reputation. These people will try to prostrate but their backs will be rigid like one piece of a wood (and they will not be able to prostrate). Then the bridge will be laid across Hell. " We, the companions of the Prophet said, "O Allah's Apostle! What is the bridge?' He said, "It is a slippery (bridge) on which there are clamps and (Hooks like) a thorny seed that is wide at one side and narrow at the other and has thorns with bent ends. Such a thorny seed is found in Najd and is called As-Sa'dan. Some of the believers will cross the bridge as quickly as the wink of an eye, some others as quick as lightning, a strong wind, fast horses or she-camels. So some will be safe without any harm; some will be safe after receiving some scratches, and some will fall down into Hell (Fire). The last person will cross by being dragged (over the bridge)." The Prophet said, "You (Muslims) cannot be more pressing in claiming from me a right that has been clearly proved to be yours than the believers in interceding with Almighty for their (Muslim) brothers on that Day, when they see themselves safe. They will say, 'O Allah! (Save) our brothers (for they) used to pray with us, fast with us and also do good deeds with us.' Allah will say, 'Go and take out (of Hell) anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of one (gold) Dinar.' Allah will forbid the Fire to burn the faces of those sinners. They will go to them and find some of them in Hell (Fire) up to their feet, and some up to the middle of their legs. So they will take out those whom they will recognize and then they will return, and Allah will say (to them), 'Go and take out (of Hell) anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of one half Dinar.' They will take out whomever they will recognize and return, and then Allah will say, 'Go and take out (of Hell) anyone in whose heart you find faith equal to the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant), and so they will take out all those whom they will recognize." Abu Sa'id said: If you do not believe me then read the Holy Verse:-- 'Surely! Allah wrongs not even of the weight of an atom (or a smallest ant) but if there is any good (done) He doubles it.' (4.40) The Prophet added, "Then the prophets and Angels and the believers will intercede, and (last of all) the Almighty (Allah) will say, 'Now remains My Intercession. He will then hold a handful of the Fire from which He will take out some people whose bodies have been burnt, and they will be thrown into a river at the entrance of Paradise, called the water of life. They will grow on its banks, as a seed carried by the torrent grows. You have noticed how it grows beside a rock or beside a tree, and how the side facing the sun is usually green while the side facing the shade is white. Those people will come out (of the River of Life) like pearls, and they will have (golden) necklaces, and then they will enter Paradise whereupon the people of Paradise will say, 'These are the people emancipated by the Beneficent. He has admitted them into Paradise without them having done any good deeds and without sending forth any good (for themselves).' Then it will be said to them, 'For you is what you have seen and its equivalent as well.'" There are thousands of sayings or hadiths from the Prophet Muhammad with a certain uncanny knowledge and wisdom that could only be on the literary scale of a prophet of GOD. He would recite the whole Quran verbatim, which it in itself is a miracle. Most poets and sharp readers understand that it is easier to memorize writings that have a rhythm, rhyme scheme, scale etc. For this reason thousands and thousands of Muslims today have memorized the Holy Quran. When we couple this with the thousands and thousands of sayings memorized by his followers and written down in his lifetime, it leaves us with a multiplicity of knowledge and wisdom that few western scholars have read and examined thoroughly. Many people reading this right now are hearing those whispers inside themselves and are having a hard time in swallowing the idea of the last prophet of GOD being Muhammad. Just as the prophets before Muhammad warned their people that they were prophets and rejected them, so are the people today rejecting the signs. This is a cycle of disbelief that has been going on for thousands of years amongst the many generations from the past. Volume 6, Book 60, Number 7: Narrated Anas: 'Abdullah bin Salam heard the news of the arrival of Allah's Apostle (at ) while he was on a farm collecting its fruits. So he came to the Prophet and said, "I will ask you about three things which nobody knows unless he be a prophet. Firstly, what is the first portent of the Hour? What is the first meal of the people of Paradise? And what makes a baby look like its father or mother?'. The Prophet said, "Just now Gabriel has informed me about that." 'Abdullah said, "Gabriel?" The Prophet said, "Yes." 'Abdullah said, "He, among the angels is the enemy of the Jews." On that the Prophet recited this Holy Verse:-- "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel (let him die in his fury!) for he has brought it (i.e. Qur'an) down to your heart by Allah's permission." (2.97) Then he added, "As for the first portent of the Hour, it will be a fire that will collect the people from the East to West. And as for the first meal of the people of Paradise, it will be the caudate (i.e. extra) lobe of the liver. And if a man's discharge proceeded that of the woman, then the child resembles the father, and if the woman's discharge proceeded that of the man, then the child resembles the mother." On hearing that, 'Abdullah said, "I testify that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that you are the Apostle of Allah, O, Allah's Apostle; the Jews are liars, and if they should come to know that I have embraced Islam, they would accuse me of being a liar." In the meantime some Jews came (to the Prophet) and he asked them, "What is 'Abdullah's status amongst you? " They replied, "He is the best amongst us, and he is our chief and the son of our chief." The Prophet said, "What would you think if 'Abdullah bin Salam embraced Islam?" They replied, "May Allah protect him from this!" Then 'Abdullah came out and said, "I testify that None has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah." The Jews then said, "Abdullah is the worst of us and the son of the worst of us," and disparaged him. On that 'Abdullah said, "O Allah's Apostle! This is what I was afraid of!"

Concerning fate: Book 033, Number 6392: Hudhaifa b. Usaid reported directly from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) that lie said: When the drop of (semen) remains in the womb for forty or fifty (days) or forty nights, the angel comes and says: My Lord, will he be good or evil? And both these things would be written. Then the angel says: My Lord, would he be male or female? And both these things are written. And his deeds and actions, his death, his livelihood; these are also recorded. Then his document of destiny is rolled and there is no, addition to and subtraction from it. Concerning the revelation to pray:

Volume 9, Book 93, Number 608: Narrated Anas bin Malik: The night Allah's Apostle was taken for a journey from the sacred (of ) Al-Ka'ba: Three persons came to him (in a dreamy while he was sleeping in the Sacred Mosque before the Divine Inspiration was revealed to Him. One of them said, "Which of them is he?" The middle (second) angel said, "He is the best of them." The last (third) angle said, "Take the best of them." Only that much happened on that night and he did not see them till they came on another night, i.e. after The Divine Inspiration was revealed to him. (Fateh-Al-Bari Page 258, Vol. 17) and he saw them, his eyes were asleep but his heart was not----and so is the case with the prophets: their eyes sleep while their hearts do not sleep. So those angels did not talk to him till they carried him and placed him beside the well of Zam-Zam. From among them Gabriel took charge of him. Gabriel cut open (the part of his body) between his throat and the middle of his chest (heart) and took all the material out of his chest and abdomen and then washed it with Zam-Zam water with his own hands till he cleansed the inside of his body, and then a gold tray containing a gold bowl full of belief and wisdom was brought and then Gabriel stuffed his chest and throat blood vessels with it and then closed it (the chest). He then ascended with him to the heaven of the world and knocked on one of its doors. The dwellers of the Heaven asked, 'Who is it?' He said, "Gabriel." They said, "Who is accompanying you?" He said, "Muhammad." They said, "Has he been called?" He said, "Yes" They said, "He is welcomed." So the dwellers of the Heaven became pleased with his arrival, and they did not know what Allah would do to the Prophet on earth unless Allah informed them. The Prophet met Adam over the nearest Heaven. Gabriel said to the Prophet, "He is your father; greet him." The Prophet greeted him and Adam returned his greeting and said, "Welcome, O my Son! O what a good son you are!" Behold, he saw two flowing rivers, while he was in the nearest sky. He asked, "What are these two rivers, O Gabriel?" Gabriel said, "These are the sources of the and the Euphrates." Then Gabriel took him around that Heaven and behold, he saw another river at the bank of which there was a palace built of pearls and emerald. He put his hand into the river and found its mud like musk Adhfar. He asked, "What is this, O Gabriel?" Gabriel said, "This is the Kauthar which your Lord has kept for you." Then Gabriel ascended (with him) to the second Heaven and the angels asked the same questions as those on the first Heaven, i.e., "Who is it?" Gabriel replied, "Gabriel". They asked, "Who is accompanying you?" He said, "Muhammad." They asked, "Has he been sent for?" He said, "Yes." Then they said, "He is welcomed.'' Then he (Gabriel) ascended with the Prophet to the third Heaven, and the angels said the same as the angels of the first and the second Heavens had said. Then he ascended with him to the fourth Heaven and they said the same; and then he ascended with him to the fifth Heaven and they said the same; and then he ascended with him to the sixth Heaven and they said the same; then he ascended with him to the seventh Heaven and they said the same. On each Heaven there were prophets whose names he had mentioned and of whom I remember on the second Heaven, on the fourth Heavens another prophet whose name I don't remember, on the fifth Heaven, Abraham on the sixth Heaven, and Moses on the seventh Heaven because of his privilege of talking to Allah directly. Moses said (to Allah), "O Lord! I thought that none would be raised up above me." But Gabriel ascended with him (the Prophet) for a distance above that, the distance of which only Allah knows, till he reached the Lote Tree (beyond which none may pass) and then the Irresistible, the Lord of Honor and Majesty approached and came closer till he (Gabriel) was about two bow lengths or (even) nearer. (It is said that it was Gabriel who approached and came closer to the Prophet. (Fate Al-Bari Page 263, 264, Vol. 17). Among the things which Allah revealed to him then, was: "Fifty prayers were enjoined on his followers in a day and a night." Then the Prophet descended till he met Moses, and then Moses stopped him and asked, "O Muhammad ! What did your Lord en join upon you? " The Prophet replied," He enjoined upon me to perform fifty prayers in a day and a night." Moses said, "Your followers cannot do that; Go back so that your Lord may reduce it for you and for them." So the Prophet turned to Gabriel as if he wanted to consult him about that issue. Gabriel told him of his opinion, saying, "Yes, if you wish." So Gabriel ascended with him to the Irresistible and said while he was in his place, "O Lord, please lighten our burden as my followers cannot do that." So Allah deducted for him ten prayers where upon he returned to Moses who stopped him again and kept on sending him back to his Lord till the enjoined prayers were reduced to only five prayers. Then Moses stopped him when the prayers had been reduced to five and said, "O Muhammad! By Allah, I tried to persuade my nation, Bani Israel to do less than this, but they could not do it and gave it up. However, your followers are weaker in body, heart, sight and hearing, so return to your Lord so that He may lighten your burden." The Prophet turned towards Gabriel for advice and Gabriel did not disapprove of that. So he ascended with him for the fifth time. The Prophet said, "O Lord, my followers are weak in their bodies, hearts, hearing and constitution, so lighten our burden." On that the Irresistible said, "O Muhammad!" the Prophet replied, "Labbaik and Sa'daik." Allah said, "The Word that comes from Me does not change, so it will be as I enjoined on you in the Mother of the Book. " Allah added, "Every good deed will be rewarded as ten times so it is fifty (prayers) in the Mother of the Book (in reward) but you are to perform only five (in practice)." The Prophet returned to Moses who asked, "What have you done?" He said, "He has lightened our burden: He has given us for every good deed a tenfold reward." Moses said, "By Allah! I tried to make Bani Israel observe less than that, but they gave it up. So go back to your Lord that He may lighten your burden further." Allah's Apostle said, "O Moses! By Allah, I feel shy of returning too many times to my Lord." On that Gabriel said, "Descend in Allah's Name ." The Prophet then woke while he was in the Sacred Mosque (at Mecca). "For so who ever GOD guides no one can misguide, and who so ever GOD misguides no man can guide." The obvious question is asked, " why would GOD misguide someone." The answer is that when a person turns away from GOD then GOD makes easy for them their way of ignorance, just as when a person oppositely asks GOD to guide him, GOD opens up the ways of guidance and mercy. This is the balance beam that we are tight rope walking on.

Chapter Five- Revelations and Judgment Day (Revelatory Crisis)

One thing that Jews, Christians, and Muslims share is the belief in the day of Judgment.. This is the day that we will held in account for all the things we have said and did. No other religion has so many details about coming of this day than ISLAM. The Christian book of Revelations is a known account detailing things that are to come, and the most quoted in the western world. All three of these religions hold the belief in the coming of the Messiah in the last days. Islam and Christianity are the only two that believe Jesus Christ the Messiah has already come and ascended into heaven and will return to earth in the final wars between the believers and non-believers that will be led by the anti- Christ. I have heard much talk of the coming wars, and of course that famous number 666. Some researchers have said that mankind started off wrong eating the apple against GODS will and finish of on the wrong foot with the coming technology of the Apple computer systems and the wide known introduction of the computer implant chips. Many so called prophets and masters have been trying to predict who might be this anti-Christ false prophet that will lead the world against the true Messiah in the final confrontation of good and evil. All this has been cleared up in the Islamic faith and great detail and specifics have been given from the last Prophet of GOD Muhammad. Let us take a peek at the coming events that will effect all the nations of the world. The Anti-Christ or False Christ in Islam is called the Dajjal in Arabic.

Volume 4, Book 55, Number 553: Narrated Ibn Umar: Once Allah's Apostle stood amongst the people, glorified and praised Allah as He deserved and then mentioned the Dajjal (Anti-Christ) saying, "l warn you against him (i.e. the Dajjal) and there was no prophet but warned his nation against him. No doubt, Noah warned his nation against him but I tell you about him something of which no prophet told his nation before me. You should know that he is one-eyed, and Allah is not one-eyed." Volume 4, Book 55, Number 554: Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Shall I not tell you about the Dajjal a story of which no prophet told his nation? The Dajjall is one-eyed and will bring with him what will resemble Hell and Paradise, and what he will call Paradise will be actually Hell; so I warn you (against him) as Noah warned his nation against him." Book 001, Number 0296: It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) observed: When three things appear faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from his faith: the rising of the sun in its place of setting, the Dajjal, and the beast of the earth.

IRAQ and SYRIA Abu Nadhrah says: "We were sitting in the company of Jabir bin Abdullah (R.A.) when he said: 'Soon the people of IRAQ will neither receive any food (grain) nor any money.'" We asked, "Why would such a thing happen?" He replied, "Because of the non-Arabs." (i.e they will prevent food from going into Iraq, in the form of "sanctions" to this day.) He then said: "Soon the people of Shaam (SYRIA) will neither receive any money nor grain." We asked as to why this would happen. He replied: "Because of the Romans (Christians)."

Note: Rasulullah,Muhammed, (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam) has exhorted the regular recital of Suratul Kahf (THE CAVE) which will most certainly save one from the Evils of Dajjal. Hadhrat Imraan bin Husain (R.A.) relates that, "I heard Rasulullah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) saying: "Since the birth of Adam (A.S.) till the advent of Qiyamah there is no fitnah (evil, test) much greater that of Dajjal." Hadhrat Huzaifah (R.A.) says, Dajjal will be blind in his left eye. He will have very thick hair on his body and he will also have his own type of Jannat (Heaven) and (Hell) with him: Although his Jannat will appear as Jannat, in reality it will be Jahannam and likewise though his Jahannam will appear to be Jahannam, in reality it will be Jannat. (Hadith: Muslim) Imraan bin Husain (R.A.) says Rasulullah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "Those who hear about Dajjal should stay far from him. By Allah! A person will approach him thinking him to be a Believer, but on seeing his amazing feats he will become his follower." Ubadah bin Saamit (R.A.) once said, "I have explained Dajjal to you but I fear that you might not have understood. Maseeh Dajjal will be short, and his legs will be crooked. The hair on his head will be extremely twisted. He will have one eye (with which he can see, and this is the protruding eye about which other ahadeeth inform us) while his other eye will be totally flat. It will neither be deep (in its socket) nor protruding.

If you still have any doubt regarding him then remember that your Sustainer (Rabb,LORD) is not one-eyed. (Because Dajjal will eventually claim to be Allah). In a lengthy Hadith narrated by Abu Saeed (R.A.), Rasulullah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) is reported to have said: "Dajjal will come but it will be prohibited and impossible for him to enter Madina. He will set up camp in a barren land outside Madina. One person who will be the best of persons will confront him by saying: "I bear witness that you are the very Dajjal about whom Rasulullah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) has informed us." Dajjal will say to his followers, "If I kill this person and then revive him, you people will still doubt me?" They will reply, "No." He will then kill this person, (according to another narration he will split this person in two) and thereafter revive him. This person will say, "I am totally convinced more than ever before that you definitely are Dajjal." Dajjal will attempt to kill this person again but his efforts will now be in vain. (According to a hadith, after this incident, Dajjal will not be able to harm anyone.) Hadhrat Anas (R.A.) says that Rasulullah,Muhammed, (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "Dajjal will come and finally reach the outskirts of Madina. There will be three tremors. At that time, all the disbelievers and hypocrites will flee (from Madina). In this way Madina Munawwarah will be purified of all the evil hypocrites. Hadhrat Asma bint Yazeed (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam) once came to my house and there he spoke about Dajjal. He said that before the emergence of Dajjal there will be three spells of drought. In one year the skies will withhold one third of its rains, causing the earth to withhold one third of its produce. In the second year the skies will withhold two thirds of its rains, causing the earth to withhold two thirds of its produce. In the third year, the skies will withhold all its water and there will be no crops that year. All animals, be they hooved or toothed, will die as a result. The greatest evil of Dajjall will be to approach anyone and ask him: "If I bring your camel back to life, will you then believe that I am your Rabb?" This person will reply, "Most certainly." Thereafter Shaytaan,Satan, (from the many Shayateen who will always accompany Dajjal) will appear before this person in the form of his camel with a fat hump and fully laden udders. Likewise Dajjal will appear before another person whose father and brother have long passed away and ask him, "If I bring your father and brother back to life will you believe that I am your Rabb?" This person will reply, "Why not?" Shaytaan will once again take on the appearance of his brother and father... (Ahmad) Hadhrat Mughira ibn Shu'ba (R.A.) says that, "No one asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam) about Dajjal as much as myself. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam) said to me, "How can he possibly harm you?" I said: "People are saying that he will have with him a mountain of bread (provisions) and a river of water." Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam) said: "In the sight of Allah he is much more disgraced than that. (i.e. Allah knows full well that in reality Dajjal has nothing with him, and all that which appears to be with him is but deception). (Bukhari and Muslim). Other Ahadeeth regarding Dajjal inform us that: He will emerge between Shaam and Iraq, and his emergence will become known when he is in Isfahaan at a place called Yahudea. The Yahudis (Jews) of Isfahaan will be his main followers. Apart from having mainly Yahudi followers, he will have a great number of women followers as well. He will have with him fire and water, but in reality the fire will be cold water while that what appears to be cold water will in reality be a blazing fire. Those who obey him will enter "his Jannat, heaven" while those who disobey him will enter "his Jahannam, hell." There will be a thick fingernail-like object in his left eye. The letters "Kaa" "Faa" "Raa" will appear on his forehead and will be deciphered by all Mu'mineen regardless of them being literate or not. He will have a wheatish complexion. He will travel at great speeds and his means of conveyance will be a gigantic mule. It is said that he will play beautiful music which will attract the music lovers. Dajjal will lay claim to prophet hood. He will then lay claim to Divinity. He will perform unusual feats. He will travel the entire world. He will send down rains upon those who believe in him, which in turn will cause good crops to grow, trees to bear fruit and cattle to grow fat. He will cause drought to those who disbelieve in him, resulting in starvation and hardship for them. During those trying times the Mu'mineen (believers) will satiate their hunger through the recitation of Subhanallah(Glory to GOD) and La'ilaha Ilallahu(There is no GOD but the one GOD). The hidden treasures will spill forth at his command. He will stay on this Earth for a period of forty days; the length of the first day will be one year, the second day will be equal to one month, the third day will be equal to a week and the remaining days will be normal. He will be unable to enter Makkah because the Malaikah will be guarding the Holy City and nor will he be able to enter Madina because there will be Malaikah guarding each of the seven entrances to Madina; From Madina he will proceed towards Shaam where Imaam Mahdi will be stationed. Finally Isa (A.S.) will descend from the heavens and pursue him and eventually kill him at present day Lydda (Baad Lud). from: "Signs of Qiyamah" by Mohammed Ali Ibn Zubair Ali

Let us take a look at Chapter 75 Al Qiyamah ( THE RESURRECTION) from the QURAN

1. I do swear by the Resurrection Day; 2. And I do swear by the self-reproaching soul: 3. Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones? 4. Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. 5. But man wishes to do wrong (even) in the time in front of him. 6. He questions: "When is the Day of Resurrection?" 7. At length, when the Sight is dazed, 8. And the moon is buried in darkness. 9. And the sun and moon are joined together,- 10. That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?" 11. By no means! No place of safety! 12. Before thy Lord (alone), that Day will be the place of rest. 13. That Day will Man be told (all) that he put forward, and all that he put back. 14. Nay, man will be evidence against himself, 15. Even though he were to put up his excuses. 16. Move not thy tongue concerning the (Quran) to make haste therewith. 17. It is for Us to collect it and to recite it: 18. But when We have recite it, follow thou its recital (as promulgated): 19. Nay more, it is for Us to explain it (and make it clear): 20. Nay, (ye men!) but ye love the fleeting life, 21. And leave alone the Hereafter. 22. Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty);- 23. Looking towards their Lord; 24. And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal, 25. In the thought that some back-breaking calamity was about to be inflicted on them; 26. Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collar-bone (in its exit), 27. And there will be a cry, "Who is an enchanter (to restore him)?" 28. And he will think that it was (the time) of Parting; 29. And one leg will be joined with another: 30. That Day the Drive will be (all) to thy Lord! 31. So he gave nothing in charity, nor did he pray!- 32. But on the contrary, he rejected Truth and turned away! 33. Then did he stalk to his family in full conceit! 34. Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe! 35. Again, woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe! 36. Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)? 37. Was he not a drop of sperm emitted (in lowly form)? 38. Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did (Allah) make and fashion (him) in due proportion. 39. And of him He made two sexes, male and female. 40. Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead? Who are the Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj? by Mohammed Ali Ibn Zubair Ali

The Ya'jooj(GOG) and Ma'jooj (MAGOG) During the reign of Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) (JESUS) people will live an extremely peaceful life filled with prosperity and abundance. Then the wall which imprisons Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj will break and they will surge forth in large numbers. "But when Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj are let loose and they rush headlong down every hill" (Quran 21:97) Who are the Ya'jooj and Majooj? Zul Qarnain (A.S.) who was a pious and just Ruler traveled to many lands and conquered them, establishing justice and the Law of Allah therein. Allah Ta'ala provided him with all forms and material strength through which he was able to carry out his conquests and missions. He once carried out a mission in three directions, the far west, the far east, and then in a northerly direction. It was here that he came across a tribe of people who complained to him about the tribes of Ya'jooj and Majooj which inhabited the land behind two huge mountains and often emerged from behind these mountains to perpetrate acts of anarchy and plunder among them. They requested Zul Qarnain (A.S.) to erect a barrier between themselves and the tribes of Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj so that they could be saved from their atrocities. With the material strength at his disposal, Zul Qarnain (A.S.) enlisted their physical labor and set about erecting a high wall between the two mountains. The height of the wall or its exact length is unknown. What is known is that the height of this wall reaches that of the summit of both mountains. It is made with blocks or sheets of iron, which is further strengthened by molten lead. In this manner Ya'jooj and Majooj are unable to scale the wall, or cross it, except when it is the will of Allah. "And when the promise of my Rabb(LORD) approaches, He will level it to dust" (Quran 18:98) They are situated in a land of ice which is hidden from our gazes and the exact location of which is unknown. Though many interpretations do exist in this respect, none of these can be said to absolute. Ya'jooj and Majooj are human beings and according to a narration they are from the progeny of Yafith ibn Nooh (A.S.). Some Ahadith (talk of the Prophet Muhammad)... In a lengthy hadith by Hadhrat Nawwas ibn Sam'aan (R.A.) Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)(Muhammad) is reported to have said: "...Allah will send revelation upon Eesa (JESUS) (A.S.) that 'Such a creation of mine is now going to emerge that no power will be able to stop them. Therefore take my servants and ascend the Mount of Toor.' Then Ya'jooj and Majooj will emerge and surge forth in all their fury. When those from among them who constitute the former part of their army pass the lake of Tiberias (which is in northern ), they will drink up all the water of that lake and by the time those that constitute the latter part of that same army pass the lake, they will say, "There used to be water here (long ago). When they reach the Mount of Khamr in Jerusalem, they will arrogantly proclaim: 'We have conquered the people of the earth, now we will annihilate those in the sky.' So saying they will fire their arrows towards the sky. When the arrows return to the ground they will be blood stained. In the meantime, Eesa (A.S.) will be on the Mount of Toor with his followers. At that time the head of and ox will be as valuable as is a hundred dinars to you in this day. [This indicates the scarcity of provisions]. Faced with these hardships, Eesa (A.S.) and his followers will make unto Allah (to remove this calamity). As a result, Allah will cause sores to appear on the necks of each and every individual of these people which will cause their death suddenly. When Eesa (A.S.) and his followers descend from the Mount of Toor there will not be a single space on the land where the dead rotting bodies of these people is not littered, giving off a horrendous odor. Eesa (A.S.) and his followers will once more supplicate unto Allah as a result of which Allah will send down huge birds whose necks will be as thick as that of the necks of camels, and they will dump these bodies in a place where Allah wills. (According to a narration by Tirmidhi, they will be dumped at a place called Nahbal). Allah Ta'ala will then send down a heavy rain, the waters of which will flow in every part of the earth cleansing it thoroughly. It will rain for a period of forty days. The Muslims will then burn the bows and arrows of the Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj for a period of seven years. Allah will order the earth to yield forth its crops in abundance and there will be such blessing and prosperity that one will be sufficient for a whole group while the peel thereof will suffice to cast a shadow over them. The milk of one camel will be sufficient for many groups while one milk giving cow will be sufficient for a whole tribe. One milk giving goat will be sufficient for a whole family..." (Muslim) Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "On the day of Qiyamah(Resurrection and Judgment) Allah will say to Adam (A.S.) to pick out the Jahannamis(from the hellfire) from his entire progeny. Adam (A.S.) will ask: 'O Rabb, who are they?' Allah will say: 'Nine hundred and ninety nine of a thousand are Jahannami while the one is a Jannati (from the paradise).' On hearing this the Sahaba were overtaken by fear and they asked "O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), who will that one Janniti be?' Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: 'Do not grieve, the nine hundred and ninety nine will be Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj while you will be the Jannati."' (i.e. your numbers in relation to them will be one in a thousand). (Bukhari and Muslim) Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Umar (R.A.) says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "Allah Ta'ala divided mankind into ten parts. Nine tenths constitute Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj while the remaining tenths constitutes the rest of mankind." Hadhrat Zainab bint Jahsh (R.A.) says: "...once Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wassallam) awoke from such a sleep that his face was red and these words were on his tongue: 'There is none worthy of worship except Allah. Destruction is upon the Arabs on account of the evil which has come close to them. Today a hole as big as this has opened up in the wall of Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj.' ..and Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) indicated the size of the hole forming a ring with his index finger and thumb." (Bukhari and Muslim) Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (R.A.) narrates that every day Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj break (dig) through the wall erected by Zul Qarnain (A.S.) until they reach the end of it to that extent that they can actually see the light on the other side. They then return (home) saying that 'We will break through tomorrow.' But Allah Ta'ala causes the wall to revert to its original thickness and the next day they start digging through the wall all over again, and this process continues each day until as long as Allah wills them to remain imprisoned. When Allah wishes them to be released, then at the end of the day they will say, "If Allah wills, tomorrow we will break through." The following day they will find the wall as they had left it the previous day (i.e. it will not have returned to its original state) and after breaking the remaining part of it they will emerge." (Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah) Commenting on the above hadith, Allamah Ibn Arabi says, Three miracles are evident in this Hadith: 1.) It never occurs to these tribes that they must continue work during the night. After all, they are in such large numbers that they can easily delegate the work among themselves and work in shifts. But Allah does not allow this thought to occur to them. 2.) It never occurs to them that they can merely cross the mountains or scale the wall, which they can do through the aid of equipment and implements which they possess in large numbers. According to a narration by Wahab ibn Munabbah it is known that these tribes are agriculturists and artisans possessing various types of equipment. 3.) The thought of saying "If Allah wills" never enters their minds and it will only occur to them to say it when Allah wills that they be released. from: "Signs of Qiyamah" by Mohammed Ali Ibn Zubair Ali CONCERNING THE MAHDI Imam Mahdi (Descendent of Prophet Muhammad PBUH) by Mufti A.H. Elias and Mohammad Ali ibn Zubair Ali Who Is Imam Mahdi? Note: Please do not confuse Imam Mahdi with Hadhrat Isa (Jesus) Alayhis Salaam. They are two different persons, and both will come during the last days. According to Hadeeth, Imam Mahdi will appear first, and Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will appear during Imam Mahdi's lifetime. Furthermore, only Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will be able to kill Dajjal (the "anti-Christ").

The term "MAHDI" is a title meaning "The Guided one". Hadhrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood (R.A.) says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "This world will not come to an end until one person from my progeny does not rule over the Arabs, and his name will be the same as my name." (Tirmidhi) Hadhrat Ali (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "Even if only a day remains for Qiyamah to come, yet Allah will surely send a man from my family who will fill this world with such justice and fairness, just as it initially was filled with oppression." (Abu Dawood) His Features Hadhrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) relates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "Al Mahdi will be from my progeny. His forehead will be broad and his nose will be high. He will fill the world with justice and fairness at a time when the world will be filled with oppression. He will rule for seven years." Other ahadeeth inform us that: * He will be tall * He will be fair complexioned * His facial features will be similar to those of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) * His character will be exactly like that of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) * His father's name will be Abdullah * His mother's name will be Aamina * He will speak with a slight stutter and occasionally this stutter will frustrate him causing him to hit his hand upon his thigh. * His age at the time of his emergence will be forty years * He will receive Knowledge from Allah. His Emergence and Rule Hadhrat Umme Salmah (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, " After the death of a Ruler there will be some dispute between the people. At that time a citizen of Madina will flee (from Madinah) and go to Makkah. While in Makkah, certain people will approach him between Hajrul Aswad and Maqaame Ibraheem, and forcefully pledge their allegiance to him. Thereafter a huge army will proceed from Syria to attack him but when they will be at Baida, which is between Makkah and Madina, they will be swallowed into the ground. On seeing this, the Abdaals of Shaam as well as large numbers of people from Iraq will come to him and pledge their allegiance to him. Then a person from the Quraish, whose uncle will be from the Bani Kalb tribe will send an army to attack him, only to be overpowered, by the will of Allah. This (defeated) army will be that of the Bani Kalb. Unfortunate indeed is he who does not receive a share from the booty of the Kalb. This person (Imam Mahdi) will distribute the spoils of war after the battle. He will lead the people according to the Sunnat and during his reign Islam will spread throughout the world. He will remain till seven years (since his emergence). He will pass away and the Muslims will perform his Janazah salaat." (Abu Dawood) According to a Hadeeth, Sayyidena Eesa (A.S.) will lead the Janaazah of Imam Mahdi (A.S.). While the people will be pledging their allegiance to Imaam Mahdi, a voice from the unseen will call out: "This is the representative of Allah, The Mahdi, listen to him and obey him" This announcement which will be heard by all those present will establish his authenticity. Another sign which will indicate the authenticity of Imaam Mahdi will be that in the Ramadhaan prior to his emergence an eclipse of the sun and moon will occur. Hadhrat Abu Umamah (R.A.) says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "There will be four peace agreements between you and the Romans. The fourth agreement will be mediated through a person who will be from the progeny of Hadhrat Haroon (A.S.) and will be upheld for seven years." The people asked: "O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), who will be the Imaam of the people at the time?" Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "He will be from my progeny and will be forty years of age. His face will shine like a star and he will have a black spot on his left cheek. He will don two "Qutwaani" cloaks and will appear exactly as a person from the Bani Israeel..." (Tabrani) According to hadith narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "...(regarding the rule of Imaam Mahdi) the skies will rain down in abundance and the earth will yield forth its crop in abundance, and those alive will desire that those who have already passed away should have been alive to enjoy this prosperity..." Hadhrat Buraidah (R.A.) says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "There will be many armies after me. You must join that army which will come from Khurasaan." (Ibn Adi) Abu Hurairah (R.A.) says that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: "(Armies carrying) black flags will come from Khurasaan. No power will be able to stop them and they will finally reach Eela (Baitul Maqdas) where they will erect their flags." from: "Signs of Qiyamah" by Mohammed Ali Ibn Zubair Ali More Hadeeth (with references) (contributed by Bradley Bilal). 1) The Prophet (PBUH and HF) said: "Even if the entire duration of the world's existence has already been exhausted and only one day is left (before the day of judgment), Allah will expand that day to such a length of time, as to accommodate the kingdom of a person from my Ahlul-Bayt who will be called by my name. He will fill out the earth with peace and justice as it will have been full of injustice and tyranny (by then)." References: Sunan Ibn Majah, v2, p269 Jesus (Isa) A.S. in Islam, and his by Mufti A.H. Elias I. Jesus (A.S.) In Islam Muslims do believe that Isa (A.S.) was sent down as a Prophet of Allah (God), but he (Jesus) is not God or Lord, nor the son of God. Muslims do not believe that Isa (A.S.), also known as Jesus by Christians and others, is dead or was ever crucified. We believe that he was raised to heaven and is there, and will descend at the appointed time, end all wars, and bring peace to the world. Like Jesus (A.S.), Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is also a Prophet and Messenger. Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) is the last Prophet, though, and there is none after him. Hence, Islam is the last religion, complete, with the Holy Qur'an as the unchanged and perfect word of God for over 1400 years, as God promised to preserve it till the last day for all of humankind, unlike sacred texts of other religions which have multiple versions and are "revised" periodically. God, or Allah in Arabic, is Divine and Supreme Being and Creator. What the Holy Qur'an says about Jesus: They slew him not, nor did they crucify him but it was made dubious to them. (Holy Qur'an, Nisaa, Verse 157) Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) himself told of the coming of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). In the Bible, Jesus (A.S.) says, If you love me, Keep my commandments. And I will pray to the Father and He shall give you another comforter that he may abide with you forever. (Bible, John 14-15/16)

But when the comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the spirit of Truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me, and he also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning. (Bible, John 15-26/27)

I have yet many things to say unto you, but you cannot bear them now. How be it when he, the spirit of Truth will come, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall speak not of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that he shall speak, and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me, for he shall receive of mine, and he shall show it unto you. (Bible, John 16-12/14) Ulema (learned scholars in Islam) have said that the person who is described by Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) to come after him - in the above verse - does not comply with any other person but Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). In this case, the "comforter" he mentions is none other than Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and his laws and way of life (Shariah) and Book (Holy Qur'an) are those that Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) asks his followers to abide by. The "person" whom Jesus (A.S.) prophesized will come after him, is called Pargaleeta in the Bible . This word was deleted by interpreters and translators and changed at times to "Spirit of Truth" and at other times, to "comforter" and sometimes "Holy Spirit." The original Greek and its meaning is "one whom people praise exceedingly." The sense of the word, then, is applicable to the word Muhammad in Arabic, since Muhammad means "the praised one." Jesus (A.S.) also says in the Bible, ... and a little while and you shall not see me; and again a little while, you shall see me because I go to the Father. (Bible, John 16:16) ... and the Holy Qur'an says, And surely they slew him not. But Allah (God) raised him unto Himself. (Holy Qur'an, Surah Nisaa, Verse 157-158) As such, Muslims believe that Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) was raised to heaven. According to Hadith, he is on the second heaven. Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam=Peace be upon him) mentioned, "During the Meraj (Ascension), I met Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) on the second heaven. I found him of medium stature, reddish white. His body was so clean and clear, that it appeared as though he had just performed ghusal (ablution, cleansing of the entire body) and come." In another Hadith, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) mentioned to the Jews that, " Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) is not dead, he will most surely return to you before Qiyamat (the Day of Judgment)." May Allah Guide all people to the Truth. Aameen. (For more information about Jesus A.S. in Islam, Click Here) II. Hadhrat Isa's JESUS (A.S.) Descension The Physical Features of Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) He will resemble the famous Sahabi (A.S.) Hadhrat Urwa bin Masoodi (R.A.). He will be of average height and red and white in color. His hair spread to the shoulders, straight, neat and shining as after a bath. On bending his head, it will seem as if pearls are falling. He will have an amour on his body. He will be wearing two pieces of cloth light yellow in color. His Descension He will descend on a Jamaat (group) that will be righteous at the time and comprising of 800 men and 400 women. The people will be preparing for war at the time against Dajjal (the anti-Christ). It will be time for Fajr prayers, and Imam Mahdi will be the Amir (leader). From the darkness of the dawn, a sound will suddenly be heard that "one who listens to your pleas has come" -- the righteous people will look everywhere and their eyes will fall on Isa (A.S.). Briefly, at the time of Fajr, Isa (A.S.) will descend. When descending, Isa (A.S.)'s hands will be on the shoulders of two angels (according to another source (Kab Abrar), a cloud will carry him). On their insistence Hadhrat Isa will introduce himself. He will inquire about their enthusiasm and thoughts on against Dajjal. Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will descend on the eastern side near the Minaret in Damascus (or in Baitul-Muqaddus by Imam Mahdi). At the time Imam Mahdi will have proceeded forward to lead the Fajr Salaat. The Iqamat of the Salaat would have been said (already recited) and Imam Mahdi will call Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) for Imamat (to lead the prayer), but he (Hadhrat Isa (A.S.)) will instead tell Imam Mahdi to lead the prayer since the Iqamat of that Salaat has already been said for him. Thus Imam Mahdi will lead the prayer, and Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will follow him. After the ruku, he will make this statement: "Allah has killed Dajjal and the Muslims have appeared." The Killing of Dajjal (anti-Christ) and the Victory of the Muslims After the completion of Fajr Salaat (congregational dawn prayers), Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will open the door behind him where Dajjal accompanied by 70,000 Yahudis (Jews) will be. He will indicate with his hand to move away between him (Hadhrat Isa (A.S.)) and Dajjal. Dajjal will then see Hadhrat Isa (A.S.). At that time every on whom the breath of Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will reach, will die. His breath will reach up to the distance of his eyesight. The Muslims will then come down from the mountains and break loose on the army of Dajjal. There will be war, Dajjal will retreat, and Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will pursue Dajjal. Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will have two flexible swords and one shield with him and with these he will kill Dajjal at the Gate of Hudd. He will show the Muslims the blood of Dajjal which will get on his shield. Eventually the Yahudis will be selected and killed. The swine will be killed and the cross broken. People will revert to Islam. Wars will end, and people will return to their respective countries. One Jamaat (group) of Muslims will remain in his service and companionship. Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will go to Fajr Rawha and perform Haj or (or both) from there. He will also go to the grave of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and present his greetings and Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) will reply. People will live comfortable lives. The wall of Yajooj and Majooj () will then break. III. The Blessings of Hadhrat Isa (Jesus) (A.S.) 1 Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will descend and stay on earth. 2 His descension will be in the last era of the Ummat. 3 He will be a just ruler and a fair judge. 4 His ummat will be the Khalifa (deputies) of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). 5 He will act himself and instruct others on the Qur'an and Hadith (Shariat/Tradition of Islam). 6 He will lead people in Salaat (Prayer). 7 He will stay on earth for a period of 40 years after descending. The will be the best era of the Ummat after the first era of Islam. 8 Allah will protect his companions from Jahannam. 9 Those who will save the Deen of Islam by associating themselves with Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will be amongst the most loved by Allah Ta'ala. 10 During this period all other religions and mazhabs besides Islam will perish, hence there will be no kuffaars (non-believers) in the world. 11 Jihad will be stopped. 12 No Khiraaj will be taken. 13 Nor Jizya (protection tax) money from the (non-believers) 14 Wealth and property will be in surplus to such an extent that there will be no one to accept the wealth of the other (everyone will be independent). 15 Receiving Zakaat (Alms-giving, Charity to poor) and Saadaqa will be discarded (as there will be no poor to receive them!). 16 The people will love the sajda (prostration to God) more than the world and what it consists of. 17 All types of Deeni (religious) and worldly blessings will descend on earth (many halaal (lawful) things will be created). 18 There will be peace, harmony and tranquility during the time of Hadhrat Isa (A.S.)'s stay in the world. 19 There will be no animosity for a period of seven years, even between two persons. 20 All hearts will be free from miserliness, envy, hatred, malice and jealousy. 21 For a period of forty years no one will fall ill or die. 22 Venom will be taken out of all venomous animals. 23 Snakes and scorpions will not harm anyone to the extent that if a child put his hand in its mouth, he will not be harmed. 24 Will animals will not harm anyone. 25 If a man will pass a lion, he will not be troubled or harmed, or even if any girl will open its mouth to test if it will do anything. 26 The camels will graze among lions, cheetahs with cattle and the jackals with goats. 27 The fertility of the land will increase to such an extent that even if a seed is planted in a hard rock, it will sprout. 28 A pomegranate will be so huge that a jamaat will be able to eat it and the people will use its peel as shade. 29 There will be so much barakaat (blessing) in milk that a camel will suffice for a huge jamaat, a cow for a tribe and a goat for a family. 30 In short, life will be most pleasant after the descension of Jesus (A.S.). His Marriage, Death and Deputies After his descension on earth, Hadhrat Isa (A.S.) will marry. He will have children, and he will remain on earth 19 years after marriage. He will pass away and Muslims will perform his Janaza Salaat and bury him net to Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). (Tirmidhi) from: Hadhrat Esa (Alaihis Salaam): The Truth Revealed and Major Signs of Qiyamat by Mufti Afzal Hoosein Elias (May Allah reward him for his work in producing these kitaabs, aameen.) from the original (with references): "Aalalaat-e- Qiyyamat aur Nuzul-e-Eesa." Signs That Will Precede Him 1) A General Sign There are many signs that will precede him; a general and very important sign is that he will come at a time when there is great confusion, intense disputes and violent death. When people are afflicted by disturbances and fear. Calamities will fall upon the people, so much so that a man shall not find shelter to shelter him from oppression. There will be many battles and fitnaas before his appearance. Every time a fitnaa has come to an end, another will start, spread and intensify. The people will be troubled to such extent that they will long for death. It is then that Imaam Mahdi will be sent. Abu Saeed al-Khudri has reported that the Messenger of Allah said, ''A man will emerge from the depth of Damascus. He will be called Suffyani. Most of those who follow him will be from the tribe of Kalb. He will kill by ripping the stomachs of women and even kill the children. A man from my family will appear in , the news of his advent will reach the Suffyani and he will send forth one of his armies. He (referring to Imam Mahdi) will defeat them. They will then travel with whoever remains until they come to a desert and they will be swallowed . None will be saved except the one who had informed the others about them. '' (Mustadarak) Back to content 6) The Emergence of Haris-Al-Harrath and Mansur Hazrat Ali reported that the Prophet (Mishkat) 7) An army will perish in Baidah Once he has appeared an army that has come to fight him will perish in Baidah (a flat piece of land next to Madinah facing the direction of Makkah). Umme-Salama (R.A.) reported that the Prophet . An army will then be sent to fight him from Syria , however it will perish in Baidah, between Makkah and Madinah. When the people see and hear about this event ,the awliya (God fearing people) of Syria and Iraq will make Bayat with him.'' (Abu Daud) 8) A star with a luminous tail will rise from the east before his emergence. (Al-Iza'ah). 9) A voice in Ramadhan will awaken sleeps and alarm those that are awake (Ibid) 10) The emergence of al-A'hraj al-Kindi, Abqa and Ashab before Imam Mahdi (Ibid) 11) The earth will swallow a village near Damascus (Ibid) 12) An army with black banners will come from the East (Ibid) There are many other signs which will precede Imam Mahdi. For more information read the relevant Books Back to content The Signs of Imaam Mahdi 1) He will be from the progeny of the Prophet in character. Hadrat Ali (R.A) once looked at his son and remarked, "This son of mine is Saiyid who was named by the Prophet and who will resemble him in conduct but not in appearance." (Abu Daud) 4) He will have a shiny forehead and a high bridge nose. Abu Saeed reported that the Prophet said, "Three men will be killed at the place where your treasure is. Each of them will be the son of a Khalifah but none of them will get hold of the treasure. Then the black banners will come out of the east, and they will slaughter you in a way that has never been seen before. If you see him give him your allegiance, even if you have to crawl over ice, because he is the Khalifah of Allah, the Mahdi." (Ibne Majah) Only some of the signs that will precede Imaam Mahdi and of the Mahdi himself have been gathered in this book. The true Mahdi, the one referred to in the Ahadith of Prophet ) say, ''You will make a secure peace with the Byzantines, then you will fight an enemy behind you, and you will be victorious, take the boot, and be safe you will the return and alight in a meadow with mounds and one of the Christians will raise the cross and say, 'The cross has conquered'. One of the Muslims will become angry and smash it, and the Byzantines will act treacherously and prepare for battle.'' Back to content Conquest of Constantinople The great war between the Christians and Muslims will result in the Muslims conquering Constantinople (which is modern day Istanbul) without army by the sheer force of Takbeer (Allahu Akbar). Abu Hurairah reports that the Prophet has said: 'Between the Great War and the conquest of the city (Constantinople) there will be six years, and the Dajjal shall appear in the seventh year,' (abided) Back to content Blessings at the time of Imam Mahdi Once again the Quran and Sunnah will govern the people, this time by the rightly guided Khalifh, Imam Mahdi. Islam will gain an upper hand and will be firmly established in the land. The oppression, tyranny, and darkness that prevailed all over the globe will be replaced with justice, peace and equity. The smile, which was long forgotten, will be restored on the Muslim faces and the inhabitants of the Heaven and Earth will be pleased with him. Everybody will be happy to the extent that even birds an wild animals will rejoice in his rule. Heaven will end rain profusely, livestock will be in abundance, land will become fertile, and the earth will become green and sprout with abundant fruit ad vegetation. (The above content has been taken from various hadith, which can be found in Abu-Daud and from the hadith narrated by Abu-Saeed al-Khudri in Musnad Ahmad.) Due to the booty gained from the various conquest everyone will have so much wealth that an eyebrow will not even be raised at somebody else's wealth. Callers will proclaim in the street, ''Is anybody in need of anything?'' Nobody will respond except one person. In the latter part of Abu-Saeed al-Khudri's hadith it is mentioned ''A caller will call 'Who is in need of wealth?' Only one person will stand (and response to the call and say I am in need of wealth) he will be told to go to the treasurer and tell him that the Mahdi orders you to give some wealth. 'Gather and take it', he will be told. (He will begin to put it in his lap, when he realized that nobody else has come and he was the only one) he will regret it and say 'I was the greediest from among the Ummah of Muhammad said regarding Mahdi; that a man will come to him and say, 'Give me, give me'. Then he will spread his cloth and put in it as much as he can carry. Back to content His Reign as a Khalifh There are different narration's regarding his reign as a Khalifh. Some traditions indicate that is reign will be seven years like the hadith of Umme Salama in Abu-Daud, ''He will remain seven years, then die, and Muslims will pray over him. '' (Abu-Daud) Other traditions indicate that his reign will last seven, eight or nine years like the Hadith of Abu Saeed in Mustadrak. Due to different traditions the period of Imaam Mahdi's reign is disputed. Many Scholars have taken seven years to be the period of his reign due to the fact that the Ahadith which indicate seven years are the most authentic. Other Scholars like Shah Rafiud-din, after careful analysis have concluded that the first seven years if his reign will pass without worry, he will spend the eight preparing to fight the Dajjal and spend the ninth with Prophet Isa (Jesus) and the coming of the last hour, their will arise no matter more serious than the Dajjal." (Imran-b- Hussain/ Muslim) Due to the severity of this turmoil, every Prophet from the first to the last warned and informed his people about, the Dajjal and his turmoil. (Anas / Bukhari, Muslim) The Dajjal will appear once the Muslim army, have conquered Constantinople and reached Syria. Emerging from the east, moving from city to city he will perform unusual feat and cause fitna wherever he goes. Before we move onto his trials many important questions need to be answered. 'Is he alive?' 'Which signs will precede him?' 'How will we recognize him?' and so forth. Back to content The story of Hadrat Tamim Dari and the Dajjal The story of Tamim Dari which follows, answers the first and most important question, is the Dajjal alive? and whether Hadrat Tamim Dari and his companions have seen him when they were thrown by the waves on to some remote Island. Fatimah-bint-Qais reported, "I heard the proclaimer of the Messenger of Allah said, 'By Allah, I have not called you together for hope or for fear, I have called you together because Tamim ad- Dari who was a Christian, came and embraced Islam. He narrated a story to me, which agreed with the account I had given to you about the Dajjal. He informed me that he had embarked upon a sea- boat with thirty men of Lakhm and Jozam. Then the sea waves played with them for a month and threw them on to an island when the sun was about to set. They sat in a small side boat and landed on the Island. A beast with very coarse hair met them. They could not tell its front from its back due to its excessive hair. They asked, 'Woe to thee! Who art thou?" It replied, 'I am a spy. Go to this man in the , as he is eager to receive the information you bring. ' Tamim Dari said, 'When it named a man for us, we fled away from it lest it might be the . Then we hurriedly went on until we entered the monastery and found a big-bodied man whom we had never seen before. He was firmly tied up, his hands tied to his neck, the place between his knees, and joints tied up with iron chains.' We asked, 'Woe to thee! What are thou?' He replied, 'You have the power to get my information. Inform me about yourselves. ' They replied, 'We are people from Arabia, we embarked upon a sea boat, but the sea waves played with us for a month and threw us onto this island. A beast of coarse hairs met us and said, 'I am a spy. Go to the man in the monastery.' So we approached you hurriedly. He asked, 'Tell me about the trees of Baisan. Do they bear fruit?.' 'Yes' We replied. He said, 'Behold! Soon they will not yield fruit.' He asked, 'Inform me of the lake of Tiberias. Is there water in it?' We replied, 'It is full of water.' He informed us, 'Soon its water will disappear.' He then asked, 'Inform me of the fountain of Zugara. Is there water in it and do its inhabitants irrigate with the water of the fountain?' 'Yes, it is full of water and it's inhabitants irrigate from its water. He asked, 'Inform me of the Prophet of the illiterates. What does he do?' We said, 'He has just come out of Makkah and gone to Yathrib.' He asked, 'Have the Arabs fought with him?' 'Yes' We replied. He asked, 'How did he treat them' We informed him that he had got the upper hand of those of the Arabs who opposed him and they obeyed him. He said, 'Behold! It is better for them if they obey him. As for myself I am certainly the Anti-Christ and it is near that an order will be passed for me to come out. I shall then come out and travel the world. I shall leave no village at which I shall not land within 40 nights except Makkah and Taibah, which will be forbidden to me. Whenever I wish to enter one of the two, an angel with a sword in his hand will encounter me and prevent me there from. There will be angels on every side to guard it. The apostle of Allah struck his pulpit with his staff and said, 'This is Taibah meaning Madinah. Behold! Did I not tell you?' 'Yes' they replied. 'Behold, he is in the Syrian sea or sea of Yemen; no, rather he is from the eastern direction. He then pointed out with his hand to wards the East.' (Muslim) Back to content Signs that will precede him The coming of Imaam Mahdi In light of many Ahadith the Ulama of the Ahlus- Sunnah are of the opinion that Imaam Mahdi will come before the Dajjal and the Dajjal will appear in the later parts of Imaam Mahdi's reign. The Great Famine There will be a famine for three years before his appearance. In the first year of the famine the heaven will withhold one third of its rain and the earth one third of its crops. In the second year of the famine heaven will withhold two thirds of its rain and the earth will withhold two thirds of its crops. In the third year there will not be a single drop of rain and not a single thing will grow and thus all the animals with hoofs and biting teeth will die and the Tasbeeh will suffice the believers hunger. (Asma-b-Yauzeed-Mishkat) Dajjal's parents His father will be tall and thin and his nose will be pointed like a beak while his mother will be fat with two long hands. They will both remain thirty years without a child. After thirty years a one eyed son with biting teeth and of little benefit will be born to them whose heart will remain awake while his eyes will sleep. (Abu-Bakara-Tirmidhi) Back to content General signs that will precede Dajjal From the hadith of Umme Shareek which can be found in Muslim we could conclude the Arabs will be less in numbers. At the same time we can conclude from the hadith of Jabir-b-Abdullah which can be found in An-Nihaya that religious learning will be at a low and very few people will be acquainted with religious principles and doctrines and thus ignorance will prevail. Back to content Signs in the Dajjal Dajjal's Physical description The Dajjal is a young1 fat 2 man, wheatish3 in complexion with a broad chest 4 and biting teeth. Resembling Abdul Uzzah bin Qatad from the tribe of Khuza'a his head is covered7 with curly hair8 with the letters "Ka' "Fa" "Ra''9 written between his eyes which every believer will be able to clearly see and read literate or illiterate, he has a shining forehead10 and defect in both eyes. His left eye has a swelling pupil11 while he is blind12 from the right. While they are distributing the war possessions a proclaimer will proclaim that the Dajjal has appeared and causing fitna in your homes. On hearing this cry the Muslims will leave the booty and head towards Syria1. It will come to their knowledge that this was a false rumor. However after reaching Syria the Dajjal will truly emerge. He will come out from a road between Syria and Iraq2 and his emergence will become known in Isfahan3 at a place called Yahoodah. Riding a white ass4, the two ears of which will be forty hands apart, 70,000 Jew's of Isfahan will follow him with hoods on their heads. Also accompanied by Devils6 and Jewish magicians7 he will first claim Prophethood8 and then God hood. Traveling as fast as those clouds which are driven by the winds he will travel to east and west entering every country, carrying out murders, pillage, devastation and performing unusual feats wherever he goes9. This will be to test mankind. Hence Dajjal will ask, "Am I not your lord? Do I not give life and death?" One of the angels will reply, "You are a liar." However nobody will be able to hear this reply besides the other angel. The second angel addressing the first angel will say, "You are speaking the truth." Every body will hear what this second angel said and will think that an angel is testifying that the Dajjal is Allah though in reality this second angel was addressing the first and agreeing with his reply that you are speaking the truth that the Dajjal is certainly a liar. (Narrated by Safeena- Musnad Ahrnad) He will come to a whose parents have passed away and will say to him, "Will you believe that I am your Lord if I bring your parents back to life." He will reply, "Yes." The devils that are accompanying him will take the form of his parents and after resembling his parents will say to him, "Oh child believe in him and follow him, and he is your Lord.' The Bedouin will be deceived and forced into believing him. (Abu Umamah/Ibne Majah) He will come to another Bedouin and say, "Will you believe in me as your Lord if I bring your camel back to life?" "Yes", he will reply. He will make a figure for him like his camel, which will have a beautiful odor and a big hump. (Asma-b- Yazeed /Mishkat) He will have water and fire with him. As for that which the people will see as water, in reality will be fire, which will burn and as for that which people will see as fire, in reality will be cold, sweet water. The Prophet's would pray in , "Oh Allah protect me from the and protect me from Dajjal's fitna." (Aisha / Bukhari / Muslim) Staying miles apart When the Dajjal appears one should stay as far away from him as possible. The Prophet Due to the fact that the Jews had become deaf and blind to the words of God and deviated from the teachings of Moses and the right path, Allah honored Jesus spent all day and night conveying the message of Allah. Unfortunately, in spite of his tremendous effort the children of Israel did not respond and accept the message. Seeing that the poor and weak were becoming inclined towards him and fearing they would lose their leadership the Jews secretly tried to kill him. However Allah saved Prophet Jesus ) was put over another man and those who differ there in, are in doubt. They have no certain knowledge. They are following nothing but conjecture for surely they did not kill him but Allah raised him up to him." (Surah Nisa) Allah says in the Quran "When Allah says, Jesus; I will take thee to me and I will purify thee of the unbelievers" (Surah A'li-Imran) These verses clearly prove that the Jews did not kill Prophet Jesus is alive in heaven at this moment in time. We further believe due to the following verses and authentic Ahadith that Prophet Jesus descent before Qiyamah is a sign of Qiyamah. (Ibne Abbas/ Musnad) Allah says, "There is not a single section of the people of the book that will certainly believe in Jesus before his death and on the Day of Resurrection he will be a witness against them." (Surah Nisa) This verse clearly indicates that before the demise of Prophet Jesus has not died; if so all the Jews would have become believers, which they have not. He will return before Qiyamah and it is then that all the people of the book will believe in him. Jabir (R.A) reported that the Messenger of Allah said, "A party of my followers will not cease to fight for victory until the Day of Resurrection. He said, then Jesus, son of Mary, will come down. Their Imaam will say, "Come and lead our prayer" He will reply, "Some of you are rulers over others on account of divine honor upon these people." (Muslim) Abu Huraira (R.A) reported that the Messenger of Allah ) will descend amongst you as a just ruler. He will destroy the cross, kill the swine and abolish the tax." (Bukhari) Hadrat Hudaifah-b-Osaid reported: The Holy Prophet will have three main tasks, when he descends on the Earth for the second time: 1) The first and most important will be that he will destroy the Dajjal. 2) Protect the Muslims from the barbarous tribes of Yajuj and Majuj by taking them to Mount Tur and then Praying for their (Yajuj and Majuj's) destruction. 3) Reign as a Khalifh according to the Quran and Sunnah and elevate Islam. Back to content Prophet Jesus will descend to the white Minaret (Nawwas-b-Samaan/Muslim) in the east of Damascus, wearing two garments died with saffron, placing his hands on the wings of two angels. All those that are present will recognize him, as he will look exactly like the description of the Prophet . Imaam Mahdi will take a couple of steps backwards so Prophet Jesus will place his hands on the Imaam's shoulder and will say, ''Go forward and lead the prayer as the Iqamah was made for you'' thus Imaam Mahdi will lead the prayer. (Abu Umamah/ Ibne-Majah). After the prayer Prophet Jesus among the Muslims will begin to dissolve like salt in water and will begin to flee. Prophet Jesus will kill him with a small spear. The Muslims will thereafter defeat and wipe out Dajjal's army. The Jews will not be able to hide behind anything on that day. Every time they try to hide behind a stone, a wall, a tree (except a boxthorn tree), or animal. Allah will make these things speak and they will say, ''O servant of Allah there is a Jew hiding behind me. come kill him.'' Back to content The Wisdom in the Descension of Prophet Jesus to this world or the second time. A few are listed below: 1) The Jews believe that they had killed Prophet Jesus found many virtues of the followers of Prophet Muhammad . Allah answered his prayer and he will return for the second time as one of the followers of Prophet Muhammad . (Ashratus-Sa'ah). Back to content

Prophet Jesus (as) and the Ya'juj Ma'juj (Gog Magog) A short period after Prophet Jesus they will be destroyed. (Nawwas-b-Samaan-Muslim). More detail regarding them follows in the next sign. Back to content

Prophet Jesus said, "By him whose hands my life is in, surely the son of will come down amongst you as a just ruler. He will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the tax. Wealth will be in such abundance that none will care about it and a single prostration in a Prayer will be better than the world and all that is in it." (Abu Huraira/Bukhari, Muslim) The above hadith clearly indicates that when Prophet Jesus is the last Prophet. There is no Prophet to come after him and the Quran has made this fact very clear. Allah says in the Qur'an, "Muhammad ( returns for the second time he will reign as a Khalifh and not a Prophet, follow the Qur'an and Sunnah and rule according to it. He will break the cross the Christians worship (indicating that he will bring Christianity to an end), elevate and spread Islam through out the world. He will also kill the pig which the Christians consider Halaal to eat (and use) and abolish the Jizya (tax). In Prophet Jesus . The fertility of the land will increase to the extent that if a seed is planted in a rock, it will sprout. 700 mud of wheat will sprout without ploughing the land. The earth will produce so much fruit that a large group of people will sit to eat a bunch of grapes or a pomegranate and they will be satisfied and use it's peel as an umbrella. There will also be blessing in milk. The milk of a single she camel will be sufficient to satisfy the hunger of a large group of people. A cow will produce what is sufficient for a tribe of people, and a sheep will produce milk, which is sufficient for a family of people. Horses will be cheap as they will be never ridden in war and bulls will be expensive, as they will be needed to plough the land. Life will be very pleasant and enjoyable after his descension and the Muslims will live in comfort in his reign as a Khalifh. (Nawwas-b-Sarnaan- Muslim/Abu Umamah-Ibne Majah) Marriage Many Ahadith specify that after his descension he will get married and have children and remain on the earth for a period of 19 years after his marriage. (Al-Fitan Nuaim bin Hammad). Death Prophet Jesus . See also: The Prophet I'sa (Jesus) . Mirza Ghulam fulfilled NONE of the above conditions. His name was Ghulam Ahmad and not Jesus; he was the son of Chiragh and not Maryam. The Mahdi and the Dajjal did not appear before him and thus there was no question about him killing the Dajjal. He did not descend from the heavens and nor did any Kaafir die from his breath. The tribes of Ya'juj and Ma'juj did not appear in his time nor did the Jews and Christians believe in him before his death. He did not elevate Islam but insulted it by claiming to be the Mahdi, the Messiah, and a Prophet. He did not kill the pig but enjoyed eating it. Wars did not cease in his time as the Muslims were fighting with the British in India. The receiving of Sadaqa was not discarded nor was the venom taken out of venomous animals in his time. He never performed or Umrah and he died in a toilet. I am sure by now you have easily come to the conclusion that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was not the Promised Messiah but an impostor and a liar, who's aim and purpose in life was to keep the British content. Qadiyanism-Ahmadiyya-Mirzaiyat Back to content Ya'juj Ma'juj (Gog and Magog) The emergence of the mighty tribes of Ya'juj and Ma'juj is also a major sign of Qiyamah. Allah says in the Qur'an, "When Ya'juj and Ma'juj are let loose (from their Barrier) and they swiftly swarm from every mound" (Surah Al-Anbiya) Allah says in the Qur'an, " (Zulqarnain) said, 'This is a mercy from my Lord, but when the promise of my Lord comes, He shall level it down (the barrier) to the ground. And the promise of my Lord is ever true." (Surah Al-Kahf) Zainab-b-Zahash says: "Once the Prophet indicated the size of the hole with his finger and thumb)" (Bukhari/Muslim) In the lengthy Hadith of Nawwas-b-Saman it has been mentioned, "And Allah will send Yajuj and Ma'juj and they will come from every lofty place." (Muslim) Back to content Ya'juj Ma'juj and Zulqarnain Many thousands of years ago the barbarous tribes of Yajuj and Ma'juj were imprisoned behind an iron wall built by Zulqarnayn. Referred to in the Qur'an in Surah Al-Kahf. Zulqarnayn was a Muslim Arab (fathul bari) who lived at the time of the Prophet Ibraheem , & Buktnasr) he was a pious and just king, provide with all forms of strength through which he was able to carry his conquests and missions. Once he carried a mission in three directions, the far west, far east, and then in a northerly direction. Traveling first in the westerly direction, he conquered the lands he passed through establishing the laws of Allah therein until he reached the setting of the sun. There he met people that didn't believe in Allah. Given a choice of punishing them for their kufr or being lenient by inviting them first to Islam; he chose the latter and addressed them, ''Those evil-doers who do injustice to themselves by rejecting Allah will be punished by death in this world and the hereafter, the fire of hell is their abode. As for those who accept the invitation and believe in Allah they will be treated leniently and in the hereafter is their place of rest.'' After the journey towards the west he made preparation for the journey towards the east. Conquering the lands he passed through, establishing he laws of Allah therein. He continued traveling in the easterly direction until he reached the rising of the sun. In this area of the east he saw a nation receiving the sunshine without any obstruction and they were dealt with like the previous people in the west. After the journey to the east he started his northern Journey, he kept on traveling until he reached the midst of two mountains, it was here he came across a tribe who complained to him about the tribes of Ya'juj and Ma'juj. Ya'juj and Ma'juj inhabited the land behind the mountains, plundered them, committed bloodshed, and then ran away. Observing Zulqarnain's power they asked to set a barrier in return for a wage for their protection from the disaster and bloodshed, which they often bore at the hands of Ya'juj Ma'juj. Refusing to accept any wealth he built an iron wall with their help which Ya'juj Ma'juj could not cross or pierce. (Qurtubi/ Ibne-Kathir) Back to content The wall of Zulqarnain Many different opinions have been expressed as to the location of the iron wall of Zulqarnain. Having read many books, the best on the subject I came across was Sheikh Hifzur-Rahman's "Stories of the Qur'an" and thus have chosen to share a brief summary of what he has written. He writes "The Yajuj Ma'juj caused destruction and blood- shed in a vast area, and because of their oppression many barriers and walls were erected in different times and places by different kings. Four being the most famous: 1) The Great Wall of China which was built by the Chinese King Fagfor 3460 years after Prophet Adam said, "Ya'juj and Ma'juj are the children of Prophet Adam said, "Allah divided mankind into ten parts. Nine tenths constitute Ya'juj and Ma'juj while the remaining one tenth constitutes the rest of mankind." (Abdullah-b-Amr/Fathul- Bari). Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri narrates that the Messenger of Allah to pick out the Jahanamis from his progeny. Adam replied, "Do not grieve the 999 will be Yajuj Ma'juj while you will be the one Jannati." (Bukhari/Muslim) A second myth is that people believe that Ya'juj and Ma'juj were created from Adam on the basis of Ka'ab's narration, "They are from the children of Adam. That is Adam . The Prophet Nuh and will take the Muslims to Mount Tur for their protection as nobody will be able to kill the Ya'juj Ma'juj. Ya'juj and Ma'juj will come forth from every lofty place causing destruction and bloodshed wherever they go. Their first batch will come to lake Tiberias and drink all of its water. Their last batch will come to it and say, "There was once water in this lake." Marching on, carrying out pillage and murder to their left and right they will come to mount of Khamr (a mountain in Jerusalem) and say, "We have killed the inhabitant of the Earth, let us now kill the inhabitants of heaven." Thus they will shoot their arrows towards the sky. Allah will return the arrows covered with blood and these fools will think they have killed those in the heaven. Mean while Prophet Jesus and his companions will pray for their destruction. Allah, answering their prayer will send insects upon the necks of Ya'juj Ma'juj and in the morning they will be found dead like one dead man. In the narration of Abu Saeed al- Khudri which can be found in Tadkhira of Imam Qurtubi, it has been mentioned; the believers not being able to hear their noise that morning will say "Will anybody sacrifice his life and see what the situation is." Volunteering, a believer will come down the mountain thinking that he will never return . However to his surprise he will find that they are all dead and he will shout, "Good news! Your enemy has died," Prophet Jesus and his companions will turn to Allah and pray. Allah will send birds with necks like the necks of Bactarian camels which will carry the corpses and throw them where Allah wishes. Thereafter, Allah will send rain and the earth will be cleaned. (Nawwas-b- Samaan/Muslim) Back to content Landslides There will be three landslides before Qiyamah like never seen before. One in the East, one in the West and one in Arabia. The Earth will swallow everything above it and as a result, many people will die. However, everybody will be raised according to his intentions. This will take place when evil prevails. Hudhaifa-b-Usaid al-Ghifari reported: Allah's Messenger said: "It will not come until you see ten signs before it, He made a mention of the Smoke, the Dajjal, the Beast, the Rising of the Sun from the West, the Descent of Jesus, Son of Mary saying, "After me there will be a landslide in the East, a landslide in the West and a landslide in the Peninsula of Arabia." I asked, "Oh Messenger of Allah will the Earth give way, though there are some pious people above it." The Prophet and as such the famine befell them to the starvation of the Makkans, who were so much constrained that they were forced to eat off corpses, hides and skins of animals. In short, the people of Makkah began to starve. As a rule in intense hunger and ceaseless drought, a kind of smoke is seen in the space between the heaven and the Earth, and also the dust, which rises into the sky from the Earth especially on long rainless days, looks like a smoke to the naked eyes. That thing is here described as a smoke. (Bukhari) Ibne Masood reported, "Five things have passed, the smoke, the defeat of the Romans, the splitting of the moon, the defeat of the infidels in the and the punishment." (Bukhari) Firstly it should be noted that Ibne Kathir writes that from amongst the Sahaba Ibne Masood is the only one that holds this view. The majority of Ulama in the light of the above and many other Ahadith are of the opinion that the smoke referred to in the verse is the same which is to precede Qiyamah. This has also been related as being the opinion of Ibne Abbas and Hadrat Ali. (Ibne Kathir) Ali (RA) said, "The verse of Dukhan has not taken place" (Ibne Abe Hatim) Ibne Abbas, Ibne Umar, Hasan, and others said, ''The smoke referred to in the verses is the smoke before Qiyamah which will enter in the ears of the Kuffar and the hypocrites and will affect the Muslims like a cold. The whole world will be like a house on fire. It has not happened. It is to happen.'' (Lawami-ul-Anwaar) Abdullah-b-Abu-Mulaika narrated that I went one morning to Ibne Abbas. He said, ''I didn't sleep all night. ''I asked, ''Why?'' He replied, ''They informed me that a star with a tail appeared. I feared that the smoke may follow and thus I didn't sleep till it was morning.'' (Tabari / Ibne Kathir) It is clear from the above narration, which is authentic, as Ibne Kathir has mentioned that Ibne Abbas was of the opinion that the smoke is from among the awaited signs. (Ibne Kathir) Secondly Ibne Kathir writes that Ibne Masood doesn't relate what he has said back to the Prophet and so the principal of the Hadith is quite clear, ''That which is related back to the Prophet said, "(lmaan will be of no benefit) when the sun rises from the west." (Tabari) Abu Huraira reported that the Holy Prophet ) observed, "Verily it (the sun) glides till it reaches its resting place under the throne. Then it falls prostrate and remains there until it is told, 'Rise up and go to the place whence you came' and it goes back." Then it continues emerging out from its rising place and then glides till it reaches its place of rest under the throne where it falls prostrate and remains in that state until it is told, 'Rise up and return to the place whence you came.' And it returns and emerges out of it's rising place and then it glides (in such a normal way) that the people do not discern anything (unusual in it) till it reaches its resting place under the throne. Then it would be said to it, 'Rise up and emerge from the place of your setting,' and it will rise from the place of its setting." The Messenger of Allah say, "Verily a night will come upon the people which is equivalent of three of your nights. When it comes those that engage themselves in worship during the night will recognize it. One of them will stand in prayer, read his Hizb (The normal amount he has made the habit of reading) and then go to sleep. Thereafter he will wake up (for the second time) read his Hizb in prayer and go to sleep. While this is the situation the people will begin to shout, scream and call one another. They will say, "What's this?" With fear they will run to the mosque. To their surprise they will see that the sun has risen from the west. When it reaches the middle of the sky it will return and set in the west." He said . But when Allah manifests such startling and visible signs which herald the approach of the last hour and by which the veil of the unseen is rent asunder, then the belief becomes meaningless. The rising of the sun from the west will be of great disturbance to nature and will shake the mind of every man and awaken him to see for himself the great power of Allah. At this time the belief of the unseen will lose its importance. Back to content Door of Repentance Closed Once the sun has risen from the west the door of repentance will be closed and will remain closed until the Day of Judgment. If any infidel embraces Islam or any Muslim repents and seeks forgiveness for his sins any time after the rising of the sun from the west till the Day of Judgment, it will not be accepted. The Messenger of Allah said, "Allah has built a door of repentance in the west the breadth of which is seventy years and it will not close as long as the sun does not rise from the west." (Safwan-b-Assal / Tirmidhi) The above Ahadith have clearly specified that the extreme limit of the acceptance of repentance is till the sun rises from the west. Once it has risen it will not be accepted. Ibne Hajar has mentioned many Ahadith which prove that the door of repentance will remain closed till the Day of Judgment and thereafter writes, ''These narration's give strength to one another, agreeing completely in that when the sun rises from the west the door of repentance will be closed and will not be opened thereafter. And this is not specific with that day but will prolong till the Day of Judgment.'' (Fathul- Bari) Back to content The Beast The Beast is also a major sign of Qiyamah. Allah says in the Qur'an, "And when the word is fulfilled concerning them. We shall bring forth a Beast of the Earth to speak unto them because mankind had no faith in our revelation." (Surah An-Naml) Abdullah-b-Umar said, "I memorized a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah saying, 'The first of the signs that will come is the rising of the sun from the place of its setting and the emergence of the Beast upon the people. Whichever of these two occurs before the other then the other is right behind it." (Muslim) Commentating on the above verse Ibne Kathir has said that the beast will appear very near the end of time. When disintegration, corruption, kufr and evil prevail, commands of Allah are ignored, the Deen changed and made a mockery of, it is then Allah will take out the Beast from the earth. (Ibne Kathir) Imam Hakim in the light of the above Hadith has said that the rising of the sun from the west will take place before the emergence of the Beast. The Beast will appear on the same day the sun has risen from the west or very soon thereafter. Ibne Hajar after quoting Imam Hakim mentions, "The wisdom in the Beast appearing after the sun has risen from the west is that the door of repentance will close at the time the sun rises from the west. Thus the Beast will emerge to distinguish the believers from the non-believers completing the aim of closing the door of repentance." (Fathul- Bari) Task The task of the Beast will be to distinguish the believers from the non-believers, with Prophet Moosa's it will seal the nose of every non- believer where by his whole face will become black. Thus there will be complete distinction between the Muslim and non-Muslirn, so that if many parties sit at a dinner table, the Muslim and non-Muslirn will be distinguished. (Abu Huraira-Musnad Ahmad/Tirmidhi) The Beast will also talk to people. It will say, "Mankind had no faith in our revelations." (Ibne Kathir) Place of emergence Many opinions have been expressed as regards to the place the Beast will come out from. A few are listed: 1) It will come out from Al-Masjid Al-Haraam in Makkah. This opinion is based on the hadith reported by Tabrani on the authority of Hudhaifa-b-Usaid. 2) It will come out three times, from some desert and then go back into hiding, then from some village and finally from Al-Masjid Al-Haraam. There are many other opinions most of them report that it will come out from the Haram of Makkah. (See Tadkirah and Al-Isha'ah) Back to content Nature of the Beast Many different opinions have been expressed as to the nature of the Beast and the type of animal it is. A few are shared and explained. 1) Some Ulama are of the opinion that the Beast to come before the end of time is the very animal which has been mentioned in the Hadith of Fatimah-b-Qais. Known as the Jassasa (spy) seen by Tamim Dari and his companions from the tribes of Lakhm and Juzaam on the same Island as the Dajjal. This is related of being the opinion of the Sahabi Abdullah-b-Amr-b-al-Aas. (Nawawee's commentary on Muslim) Fatimah-bin-Qais reported, "I heard the proclaimer of the Messenger of Allah . When he finished his prayer, he sat upon the pulpit smiling and said, 'Let every man remain in his seat.' Then he said, 'Do you know why I have called you together?' They replied, 'Allah and his Messenger know best.' He said, 'By Allah, I have not called you together for hope or for fear, but I have called you together because Tamim Dari a Christian came and embraced Islam. He narrated a story to me which agreed with the account I have given to you about the Dajjal (Anti-Christ). He informed me that he had embarked upon a sea-boat with thirty men of Lakhm and Jozam. Then the sea waves played with them for a month and threw them onto an island when the sun was about to set. They sat in a small side boat and entered the Island. A beast with very coarse hair met them. They could not tell its front from its back due to its excessive hair. They asked, 'Woe to thee! Who art thou?" It replied, 'I am a spy. Go to the man in the monastery, as he is eager to have your information.' He said, 'When it named a man for us, we fled away from it lest it might be the devil.' We hurriedly went on till we entered the monastery and found a big-bodied man whom we did never see before. He was firmly tied up, his hands tied to his neck, the place between his knees, and joints tied up with iron chains." (Muslim) Camel 2) Some scholars are of the opinion that it is the young of the she camel of the Prophet Salih . This is the most correct view and opinion. Allah knows best." Back to content Opinion Explained The people of were Arabs who lived a couple of hundred years after the Prophet Noah conveyed the message of Allah day and night and called them to the worship of Allah with wisdom and kind-heartedness but the people of Thamud decided to remain blind. Finally, they like the communities before them asked to see a miracle. They said, ' O Salih take out a ten month pregnant she-camel from a mountain which then gives birth to a young that has the same body and stature as the mother.' Having seen the miracle they refused to believe. The she-camel was a sign of Allah, very large and unusual in form and the people were warned that they would be destroyed if they treated it with evil. All the other animals were afraid of Prophet Salih's camel and would run away whenever she and its young came to drink water. Thus bounds were arranged. However, after a very short period they broke the agreement and decided to kill the camel of Allah. A group hid waiting for the camel on its return from the well with its child. Shooting an arrow they injured it and finally killed it paving the way for the destruction of the entire community. On seeing its mother in trouble the child fled to the mountains and disappeared. This young is referred to in the second opinion. Extraordinary Animal 3) Some are of the opinion that the Beast to come is an animal that has features of many different animals. The same is reported from Abu Zubair. Describing the Beast he has reported that, "Its head is like that of a bull, eyes like that of a pig, ears like that of an elephant, horns like that of a stag, neck like that of an ostrich, chest like a lion, color like that of a tiger, flanks like that of a cat, tail like that of a ram, feet and legs like that of a camel and a distance of 12 cubits between every two joints." (Tadhkirah) Back to content Snake Some scholars are of the opinion it is the Snake which guarded the Holy Ka'bah. Imam Al- Qurtubi relates this as being the opinion of Ibne Abbas. (Al-Qurtubi) Obeying Allah's command the Prophet Ibraheem built the Holy Ka'bah. He dug a well inside the Holy Ka'bah which was to the right of who entered it and acted as a safe to all the gifts that were presented to the Ka'bah which were kept inside it. At the time of Jurhum the gold and silver were stolen many times from the Kabah thus the tribe of Jurhum decided to choose a man amongst them to keep guard. Unfortunately, one day the guard himself decided to steal the gifts of the Kabah. Taking the opportunity as it came he climbed down the well and began to gather what he could in a piece of cloth. While he was busy Allah sent a stone on him, which closed the well and thus he was unable to escape. From that day Allah sent a snake to guard the Ka'bah. The snake lived in the well guarding the gifts of the Ka'bah for over 500 years. Exposed to the wearing factors of nature the walls of the Ka'bah at the time of Quraish (slightly before the time Prophet and prayed, "Oh Allah if you are happy in its rebuilding then make it possible and take care of this snake." Allah sent an eagle which took the snake towards Ajyaad. This snake is referred to in the forth opinion. (Tarikh-Makka) Many other opinions have been expressed as regards to the nature of the Beast. However, finding myself inclined towards Abu Amr Uthman Ibne Sa'd al-Mukri ad-Dani's opinion I conclude with his words, "There are many narrations in regards to the physical description, length, and nature of the Beast but most of these are Mawqoof on the Sahaba or those after them. As for those that are Marfoo only a few are sound thus we cannot assert anything in regard of its description and nature except that which is proven from the authentic Marfoo narration's and that it is a huge creature that will come out from the Earth, a beast other than man, nobody will be able to escape it. It will stamp the Muslim by writing 'believer' between his eyes, and stamp the non-Muslim by writing Kafir between his eyes." (As-Sunan Al-Waridah Fil-Fitan) Back to content The Fire The last major sign to appear before the Day of Judgment is the fire which will come out from the Yemen and gather the people in the place of their assembly. In the Hadith of Hudaifa-b-Usaid regarding the Major signs the Prophet said, "The people will be gathered in three ways: 1.The first way will be of those who will wish or have a hope (for paradise) and will have a fear (of punishment). 2.The second batch will be those who will gather riding, two on a camel or three on a camel or ten on a camel. 3.The third batch will be the rest of the people who will be urged to gather by the fire which will accompany them at the time of their afternoon nap and stay with them where they will spend the night, and will be with them in the morning wherever they may be then, and will be with them in the afternoon wherever they may be then. Chapter Six- Wisdom ( O- Sophia)

When we think of the word wisdom many ideas and people pop into our minds. Wisdom means: accumulated philosophic or scientific learning: knowledge b: ability to discern inner qualities and relationships: insight c: good sense: judgment. Various historical figures come into mind when contemplating this word such as: King Solomon, Confucius, Lao Zi, Buddha, Jesus and Muhammad respectably. There is a famous saying that says," the beginning of wisdom is the fear of GOD." In the Quran we read that the most noble in the sight of GOD is the one that fears him the most. Two unique occurrences appear in the Quran that tell us of wise men in Chapter The Cave. A Jewish tradition narrates to us a story about a cave and hidden knowledge. Shimon bar Yochai was a student of Rabbi Akiva, who was the spiritual leader of the Bar Kochba Revolt against Rome in 135 CE, which began in glory and ended in tragedy. His teacher was one of the four great Sages who entered the “Pardes,” the “Orchard” (an intellectual pursuit of esoteric knowledge) who probed the depths of Kabala, and came out mentally and spiritually whole. Clearly, Rabbi Akiva was the recipient of a living tradition which he passed on orally to his beloved student, Rabbi Shimon. As a student of the spiritual leader of the revolt, bar Yochai was pursued relentlessly by the Romans. He and his son, Rabbi Elazar ben Shimon, took refuge in a cave, where they remained for thirteen years. In the Cave During those years, Rabbi Shimon studied Torah with his son, the Revealed Torah and the Hidden, or Secret, Torah, the “Torat HaSod,” also known as “Kabala,” and translated, or mistranslated as “Jewish Mysticism.” Rabbi Shimon wrote down the latter material, for the first time, in a book called the “Zohar,” meaning “Splendor” or “Radiance.” The first time Rabbi Shimon came out of the cave, he was completely “out of tune” with the people of his generation. He observed Jews farming the land, and engaged in other normal pursuits, and made known his disapproval, “How can people engage themselves in matters of this world and neglect matters of the next world?” Whereupon a Heavenly Voice was heard, which said “Bar Yochai, go back to the cave! You are no longer fit for the company of other human beings.” Rabbi Shimon went back to the cave, reoriented his perspective to some extent, and emerged again. This time, he was able to interact with the people of his generation, and become a great teacher of Torah, the Revealed and the Hidden. The Jewish rabbis and thinkers in the time of the Prophet Muhammad used to quiz him on the story of the cave. The chapter was revealed to the Prophet detailing the story and also giving us information on two other figures of great wisdom. One tells of the story of Moses and his interaction with a man named , which translates into English as "Green". This man was given wisdom that surpassed that of Moses and the story goes on to tell us of there interaction. Most of us are familiar with star wars and the main character of wisdom being Yoda the great Jedi Knight. The green man has a lot of history and has been called in Masonic circles Rex Mundi, or "King of the World". There is another story of Dhul Kifl meaning," one of double portion." This name has most commonly been understood as the Prophet Ezekiel, others believe if no one other than Buddha himself who originally taught people to worship one GOD. Kifl being an Arabicized version of Kapilavastu the place where Buddha appeared. I have reason to believe it was Ezekiel because the word Kifl has no semblance to Kapilavastu in my understanding. This is some what a stretch of the imagination, but could be possible, so we wont rule it out whole heartedly. In the Quran GOD reveals to the Prophet Muhammad, "17:39 This is (part) of that wisdom wherewith thy Lord hath inspired thee (O Muhammad). And set not up with Allah any other god, lest thou be cast into hell, reproved, abandoned." Another man in the Quran appears as the Wise . The quran tells us," 31:12 And verily We gave luqman wisdom, saying: Give thanks unto Allah; and whosoever giveth thanks, he giveth thanks for (the good of) his soul. And whosoever refuseth--Lo! Allah is Absolute, Owner of Praise. 31:13 And (remember) when luqman said unto his son, when he was exhorting him: O my dear son! Ascribe no partners unto Allah. Lo! to ascribe partners (unto Him) is a tremendous wrong-- In another tradition luqman is asked, "What has brought you to what we see?" meaning his high rank. Luqman said, "Truthful speech, fulfilling the trust, and leaving what does not concern me." Many times in movies and books wise men are portrayed as men of magic and mystic, probably due to the story of the Prophet Solomon and the supernatural work the Djin (Invisible beings made from fire) did for him in attaining knowledge, wealth, and building his temple. We read in the Quran,"2:102 And follow that which the devils falsely related against the kingdom of Solomon. Solomon disbelieved not; but the devils disbelieved, teaching mankind magic and that which was revealed to the two angels in Babel, Harut and Marut. Nor did they (the two angels) teach it to anyone till they had said: We are only a temptation, therefore disbelieve not (in the guidance of Allah). And from these two (angels) people learn that by which they cause division between man and wife; but they injure thereby no one save by Allah's leave. And they learn that which harmeth them and profited them not. And surely they do know that he who trafficked therein will have no (happy) portion in the Hereafter; and surely evil is the price for which they sell their souls, if they but knew." 34:12 "And unto Solomon (We gave) the wind, whereof the morning course was a month's journey and the evening course a month's journey, and We caused the fount of copper to gush forth for him, and (We gave him) certain of the jinn who worked before him by permission of his Lord. And such of them as deviated from Our command, them We caused to taste the punishment of flaming fire. " 27:17 "And there were gathered together unto Solomon his armies of the jinn and humankind, and of the birds, and they were set in battle order;" The jinn or djin (genie's or demons) that worked for him were commanded by GOD to be put under Solomon's command. GOD gave Solomon the wisdom to conjure them and deal with them in specific matters that was exclusive to him alone. 2:102" And follow that which the devils falsely related against the kingdom of Solomon. And surely they do know that he who trafficked therein will have no (happy) portion in the Hereafter; and surely evil is the price, for which they sell their souls, if they but knew. " Thus a key word to understanding meaning is "Insight". GOD grants wisdom according to his great wisdom and mercy. There exist many aspects of wisdom that not only pertains to the spiritual world but also the mundane. The Chinese have attained great insights into physical cultivation of the body and self mastery. The knowledge of the "Self" or Oneself is tantamount if one wishes to ascend into the plateaus of wisdom. Other words such as "Sophia" are used to express the ideas of wisdom in its feminine sense. In Islam half a mans religion or believe comes from his marriage or wife. In this we can see the great importance of a man needing a woman to attain heightened wisdom. Many theories have been put into play these days concerning the importance of sex in the attainment of enlightenment. Doaist and Indian Yogi's teach of the Kundalini method of moving energy up the 33 vertebrae of the spinal column to the pineal gland. The pineal gland has been classified as the," seat of the soul" by Descartes. This can be achieved by simply moving the body's energy/spirit with the mind from the groin region up the spinal cord into the brain. It has been well documented that this causes exotic sensations and heightened awareness to name a few effects of this meditation. During intercourse this sensation is multiplied greatly, and some esoterics claim that by moving the orgasmic energy up into the brain causes increased enjoyment and enlightenment. The Chinese have done much research into the bodies energy fields and how they can be manipulated via acupressure and acupuncture. Another popular method is called moxibustion. This is when they use the suction cups to vacuum the skin in a certain area there in manipulating blood and energy flow to specific regions of the body. The prophet Muhammad attested to the authenticity of this method of healing in many hadiths,"sayings" recorded by his wives and companions. When we talk about effective medicines we have to think no further than the aloe plants. This plant was thought to be a miracle plant even in the ancient days. Science has now come to discover that the polysaccharides and acemannan present in the plant are effective in treating cancers. How this works few know, but many have speculated on increased cell communication which enables healthy cells to repair, and destroy cancer cells. The Prophet Muhammad mentioned Aloe as a curative, as well as black cumin, and milk and to name a few. The Quran mentions Olives, Dates, Onions, Honey, Milk, Bananas, and Figs to name a few. We read: "And your Lord taught the bee to build it's hives in the hills, on trees and in what men build. Then to eat of all the fruits, and walk in the path of it's Lord submissively. From within their bodies issues a drink of varying colors, in which there is healing for men. Most surely there is a sign in this for those who reflect." Qur'an 16:68,69 Many believe in the power of macrobiotics and using juice machines to get fresh fruits and vegetables in their diet. Rex Mundi or the Green man has been affiliated with the idea of Vegetation and Wisdom. There exists a Masonic order that is dedicated to Fruits and Vegetables in England called the "Gardeners." Some people have gone so far as to become vegans and to stop eating meat altogether. New research has come out showing that different blood type groups positively respond to different kinds of foods. "O" blood groups blood reacts positively with Meats, and not so good with Wheat unless its spelted or Ezekiel. "A" group's tent to do better with vegetables and whole wheat's. All groups have a sufficient amount of fruits, vegetables and meats that they can eat with a positive blood reaction. A book has been written called, "Eat right for your blood type." I would suggest this to anyone interested in loosing weight and feeling good. On the topic of exercise and fitness, these days there exist a million different programs and routines to help get you toned and in shape. From my research and experience I have found that the best way to develop lean dense muscles is doing simple static exercises and calisthenics. People that are overweight can benefit from static and isometric resistance exercises that require no weights. This builds dense muscles that help burn fat fast. Walking fast is key for people that cant run on a tread meal to help preserve there hips and knees. I will leave you with a final thought on Self Knowledge and the Subconscious. I have been doing a lot of reading on books dealing with this matters and it seems that I always here this phrase that pops up, "Know Thyself" I wish to reinvigorate this idea with a new saying that goes like this, " Create Thyself." Simply knowing yourself or being aware who you are is of no benefit if your life is a mess. People sit around all day and watch TV, listen to mind bending music, abuse drugs and alcohol, and put so much negativity into their minds, and then they wonder why they are always down and out. Eradicating negative things in your life and becoming more in tune with what you want in life and building on those beliefs is rudimentary. We have heard of the many methods of creating thyself, such as: hypnosis, affirmation speaking, meditation and squaring the self etc. These methods are effective to an extent, but we must not count out the effect of the Memory on our souls and spirits. Many people begin to feel lost in their lives and wonder to themselves, who am I? I can assure you that you are not alone and people seem to find themselves through associations in their life and inner sanctum. Since GOD has created us as humans and put his light in us, it is common sense to understand that we will not find the ultimate security, and correct sense of self until we realize that true security comes from closeness to our Creator. This is reflected in the title of the one religion of GOD "ISLAM". This word reflects submission, peace, and security toward our creator. The Salat or "prayer" is the method in which we may attain this. The Quran or "recital" is our affirmation of truth that is recited in our prayers to remind us on a continual basis, since our minds are so easy to forget. I implore you to consider the religion of all the Prophets of GOD from Adam to Muhammad. This path or religion is no other than submitting to the will of GODS message. All the prophets brought an identical message of worshiping GOD, asking him for guidance and forgiveness, and following his divine wisdom that has been passed on since the beginning of time. May GOD guide us all, AMEN

"On the Day when every soul will find itself confronted with all that it hath done of good and all that it hath done of evil (every soul) will long that there might be a mighty space of distance between it and that (evil). Allah biddeth you beware of Him. And Allah is Full of Pity for (His) bondmen 3:30Q"
