1) What is the RiverFest? The Dublin Port RiverFest is organised by the Docklands Business Forum and sponsored by The Dublin Port Company. It is a riverside and sailing festival featuring 5 Tall Ships, curragh racing on the Liffey, boat racing, tug boat demonstrations as well as 100 Old Gaff sailing boats. It is a family-friendly, free festival featuring street performers, food stalls, music, carnival attractions, face-painting, markets and bars.

2) When is the festival? The festival runs over the June Bank Holiday Weekend with activities from 11am – 6pm on Saturday 1st, Sunday 2nd & Monday 3rd June 2013.

3) Where is the festival being held? The festival is being held at North Wall Quay between The Samuel Beckett Bridge and The East Link Bridge.

4) What age group can attend the festival? Dublin Port RiverFest is a family oriented event and suitable for all ages.

5) How much does it cost to attend the festival? The majority of the events are free though charges may apply to some events.

7) What are the closest Luas Stops to the festival in the Dublin Docklands? The closest Luas Stop is Spencer Dock on the Luas or take the Luas to St. Stephen’s Green and walk to North Wall Quay (28 mins). Avoid the hassle of parking and use the Luas Park + Rides in Carrickmines, Sandyford, Stillorgan, and Balally on the Green Line and Tallaght, Cheeverstown or Red Cow on the Red Line.
