Mick’s first Topps card – the Herzog PSA 6 EX-MT 28.00 demand for this card in all grades is off the charts. That’s due Kaline PSA 6.5 EX-MT+ 80.00 to the scarcity of the card and the overwhelming popularity of Kell PSA 7 NM 30.00 Mantle. Our’s is a beauty with good centering, brilliant color Koufax PSA 6 EX-MT 278.00 (virtually none of the white speckling seen on many Mantles), Slaughter PSA 6 EX-MT 25.00 pretty sharp corners with just a little softness on the upper right Virdon PSA 8 NM/MT 34.00 one. There is a hairline tiny surface crease that extends from Wynn PSA 6.5 EX-MT+ 25.00 right side of card at his ear level. This is visible through close Zimmer PSA 7 NM 68.00 examination under strong light. One of the prettiest 1952 Mantles we’ve had – it is graded 1.5 Fair by PSA be- 1958 Topps cause of the back (see picture). It appears the card was in a scrapbook and glued some, leaving some wear Kaline PSA 8 NM/MT $239.00 on the back. Fortunately the back is readable. This has to be one of the nicest PSA 1.5 cards in existence. Mays PSA 5 EX 125.00 Recent cards in this grade (and not as good looking) have sold for 12,000 to 16,500 while PSA 3’s have been Mays PSA 4 VG-EX 99.00 selling for 23,000 on average and PSA 5’s around 40,000.
