Sports Medicine at the Northwell Health

Sports injuries tend to be serious because of the amount of force and energy exerted at the time of impact. Because athletes are used to feeling aches, pains and other discomforts, they often let their injuries go untreated for longer than they should.

Our sports medicine clinicians treat athletes of all ages, sports and skill levels. They have experience treating professional athletes at the height of their careers and bring the same level of care and expertise to treating recreational athletes and “weekend warriors.” Our Sports Medicine programs include:
