Attention Juniors: CTC tours will be held on Nov. 12 at Brownstown, Nov. 13 at Mt. Joy, and Nov. 14 at Willow St. If you are interested in attending please pick up a permission form in the office and access the link posted on the Class of 2021 Schoology page and complete the Google Form. Attention AP Students - IMPORTANT CHANGE: The last day to register and pay for AP Exams is now FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8TH AT 11:59PM. After this time, no changes can be made until Saturday, November 16th and a $40 fee will apply for late registration and cancellations per exam. Please be aware that regular registration closes on Monday, November 4th. Registration and payments made between November 5 - November 8 will incur a $15 late fee per exam. Students can register for AP tests at the College Board’s website and must make a payment for the test at Total Registration. If students have any questions about registration or payment, stop by the Counseling Office and see Mrs. Zimmerman.

Attention Manheim Township School District Parents & Students!! The Harlem Wizards team is coming to Manheim Township High School to play a charity basketball game against our own staff and students on Thursday, November 14, at 7:00 PM in the High School Arena. The Blue Streaks Dream Team will consist of teachers from all of the schools in our district! Players from the High School are Mrs. Shellenberger, Mrs. Bresch, and Ms. Niemi. Fans will see the Wizards’ amazing basketball talent combined with hilarious comedy. The athleticism, tricks, fancy teamwork and ball-handling wizardry (plus wild dunks!) engages and wows the most avid hoops fans. Their spontaneous humor will have fans of all ages laughing! You don’t want to miss it! Tickets are on sale now for $10 each and can be purchased in the Main Office of your child’s school. Tickets can also be purchased at the door the night of the game or on the Harlem Wizards website at www.harlemwizards.com. All proceeds will benefit the MTHS Mini-THON and Four Diamonds Fund, raising to help conquer pediatric cancer.

Key Club is holding its 2nd annual "Trick-or-Teach" through October 30th to benefit UNICEF. Donate enough money to participating teachers and they will be in costume for the entire day on . See the posters and flyers around the school for of participating teachers.

Attention Sophomores: Come support the Class of 2022 at Rachel’s Creperie in Richmond Square on Friday, November 1st! The fundraiser will be all day, ending at 8:00 PM.

All musicians! Come out on 11/13 and 11/20 from 2:45 to 4:30 to an open jazz band jam session held in room 152. All instruments and ability levels are welcome! Detailed information about the newly formed MT Basie and Ellington jazz bands is posted on the wall across from the TV studio. Sign up with the QR code to reserve your spot. No auditions required! Registration is now open for Night to Shine. Night to Shine is a prom experience for teens and adults with special needs sponsored in-part by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Winter is coming, and the MT Ski Club has announced their ski and snowboard trips. Shred the pow on 5 Friday night trips to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, or spend President's Day weekend skiing or riding in beautiful Stowe, Vermont. Check out www.mtski.com for trip details. Physical Deadline for Winter Sports is Friday, November 1st!! If you are interested in playing a winter sport, please turn in a PIAA Physical to the Athletic Department by Friday, November 1, 2019. Tryouts will begin November 18, 2019, time & locations to be determined. You cannot tryout without a valid PIAA Physical on file with the Athletic Department. If have already turned one in for a fall sport, you will still need to complete Section 7 of the physical for re-certification. WINTER TRACK: There will an organizational meeting for anyone interested in participating in winter track on Tuesday, October 29th at 7:00pm in the Convocation Hall. This meeting is for both the athlete and parents. should last approximately 30 minutes. Please be prompt and bring a pen or pencil with you to the meeting. M. Linn

All returning wrestlers, grades 7-12, and anyone interested in joining the wrestling program, there will be an informational Kick Off Meeting in the High School Cafeteria on Wednesday October 30 at 6:30 pm.

Anyone interested in playing softball next spring is invited to an organizational meeting to discuss the off-season schedule. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 30th at 2:35 in Convocation Hall. The meeting should not last more than 30 minutes. K. Luther

Do you want to get in to MTHS sports events for FREE? Bring your current 19-20 ID to the Athletic Office if you participated in a sport or club last year or this year and don't already have an Activity Fee sticker on your ID. Get it before the next football game.

Attention all students interested in trying out for the MT Bowling Team: Tryouts are Monday, 11/18 and Tuesday, 11/19 @ 3:30 P.M. @ Dutch Lanes. Transportation will be provided @ 3:00 PM. from the HS Main Office entrance. Please make sure the PIAA Sports Physical form is turned in to the Athletic Office prior to November 1.

The MTHS Rifle team will be having a Student and Parent Informational meeting Wednesday, October 30th at 6:00PM in Convo. Hall. Anyone interested in shooting this year should plan to attend- If you or a Parent cannot attend, please see Coach Houck for that information. We will still be holding Open Ranges for interested participants on Wednesdays through Nov. 13 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm in the Rifle range. If interested or if you have any questions please see Coach Houck for that information as well.

THE MANHEIM TOWNSHIP HOOPS CLUB will hold its 11th Annual 3v3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday November 16, 2019 at Manheim Township High School. This event is for male and female players from grade 3 to Adult. All proceeds benefit the Manheim Township Boys and Girls basketball programs. Come out and enjoy a fun filled Saturday. Brochures are available in the Athletic office and on the MTHS website. You only have until November 11 to hand in your completed brochure.
