Generally, the language of instruction is Croatian but some of the courses are held in English and other foreign languages.

The free course of Croatian language is offered during the semester (2 hours Language of instruction per week, 2 ECTS). and language The language requirements for the incoming students (in reading, writing and requirements speaking): level B2 on the CEFR scale (Common European Framework of
Reference for Languages) or equivalent.

The Ministry of Science and Education provides all Erasmus+ and
CEEPUS students with the student card (X-ica). The card is issued by the Office for undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Zadar and it costs 50, 00 kunas. It enables students to get meals at discount price in student
Food restaurant.
Other categories of the incoming students are not entitled to get the student card (X-ica).

ERASMUS+ INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENTS
Deadline for signing new Erasmus+ agreements is 1st of March (i.e. the deadline for signing an agreement valid in the academic year 2017/18 is 1 March 2017). Every Erasmus+ cooperation proposal must define the subject area and the relative department of the University of Zadar to which the proposal refers. GRADING SYSTEM AND TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
The Transcript of Records in English for the incoming students is issued by the IRO at the students’ departure and it includes an explanation of the institutional grading system with respect to the ECTS grading system.
Numerical grading system is compared to the ECTS UNIZD grading scale system as follows:
