Over his four seasons Cipriano played in 14 games for a total of 226 minutes in goal, including 142 during the Outlaws 2014 MLL championship season. Cipriano was drafted #54 overall by Denver in the 2012 MLL Collegiate Draft out of Fairfield University.

Career: Duncan Clancy did not play in the 2014 season after being drafted by the Florida Launch in the 2014 MLL Collegiate Draft (61st overall) out of Jacksonville University. Playing his final collegiate season with Jacksonville, Clancy played in 11 games leading the squad in assists with 18 and was second in points with 29. Played the previous three seasons at Rutgers, where he missed most of 2013 with injury. During the 2011 season, the Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., native led the Big East Conference in assists while finishing ninth in the nation in assists per game with 1.87.

The North Caldwell, NJ native tallied five goals and 10 assists over his career for 15 points with 295 groundballs and 14 caused turnovers. Croonquist ranks 2nd all-time at Villanova with 295 groundballs, 4th with 4.76 groundballs per game, 3rd in games played with 62 and 6th for faceoff percentage with a .557.

Durkin started the 2014 campaign with 12 groundballs in the first four games, with four versus Denver (4/26) two versus Charlotte (5/3) four versus Ohio (5/10) and two at Chesapeake (5/17). Durkin was named to the 2014 MLL All-Pro Team for his efforts on defense for the Launch. Prior to joining the Launch, Durkin was the third overall pick in the 2013 MLL Collegiate Draft by the Charlotte Hounds and later acquired by the Hamilton Nationals. Frazier also scored his first collegiate goal last year. Frazier garnered Preseason All-America Honorable Mention heading into the 2015 collegiate season.

While at Western New England College, Hayes was a two-time USILA Division III All- American, gaining Third Team honors as a senior and honorable mention recognition in his junior season. Career: Christopher Mattes played in all 14 games for the Florida Launch in its inaugural season, setting program-records for most groundballs in a season with 91, face-offs won with 200 and face-offs attempted with 403. Mattes finished second in the MLL in both face-off wins and total groundballs. He also played for the German National team last summer with a dominating performance in the face-off circle for Germany, recording the highest face-off percentage in the 2014 World Championships winning 90.2% face-offs attempted (55-61). Prior to joining the Launch, Mattes played for Boston, Denver and Charlotte. Mattes attended , finishing his collegiate career having taken 160 out of 252 draws at the faceoff, a 63.5% average success rate at the X. He was also named to the First-Team All-Big East and the USILA All-America in 2011.

McArdle attended St. John’s University and played for the team as a record-setting attackman. During his junior season, McArdle was named a USILA All-American, becoming the first player in school history to receive the honor. McArdle ended his 2014 as the BIG EAST Attack Player of the Year after he led the BIG EAST in points (85), goals (36) and assists (49). At the end of the 2013 season, McArdle led the NCAA in assists, averaging 3.77 per game, and ranked second in the NCAA for points per game with 6.54.

Powell recorded back-to-back Warrior Offensive Player of the Week after scoring a season-high five goals versus Ohio (5/10) before scoring one goal and a program-best six assists at Chesapeake (5/17). Powell scored multiple goals in five-straight games (6/7 vs. New York, 6/14 at Charlotte, 6/20 vs. Rochester, 6/28 vs. Chesapeake and 7/3 at New York), recording 11 goals and eight assists over the span. Powell was recognized for his phenomenal season by receiving the 2014 MLL Most Valuable Player award. Powell joined the Launch after 11 seasons of professional lacrosse in Rochester, Toronto, Chicago, Hamilton and Chesapeake. He currently sits as the all-time leading scorer in MLL history. Powell left college as a four-time All-American, three times as a first-team honoree, and twice claimed the L.T. Raymond J. Enners Award as the USILA Player of the Year.

Helped the Launch reach its first ever overtime at Rochester (5/3) with 15 saves while only allowing nine goals in regulation. Career: Brett Queener played in 12 games for the Florida Launch in its 2014 inaugural season, setting all the program records for a goalie while also being named a 2014 MLL All-Star. His 644 minutes guarding the goal, five wins, 156 saves, 298 shots faced and .523 save percentage are all Launch records. Matched his 2014 totals for goals assist and points in the home opener versus Chesapeake (4/26) while also logging a career-high nine groundballs. Chipped in one goal with four assists in victory over Ohio (5/9). Posted five groundballs for the second-straight game versus Denver (5/16). Career: PT Ricci played in 12 games for the Launch, picking up 35 groundballs while logging a goal and assist. Recorded his first point of the season with an assist versus Denver (4/26). Ricci collected a season-high six groundballs versus Boston (7/26) and notched his lone goal of the season at Boston (8/2). PT Ricci was the eleventh draft pick in the 2009 MLL Draft to the Chesapeake Bayhawks. After two seasons with the Bayhawks, he was traded to the Boston Cannons in May 2011. He won consecutive championships in 2010 and 2011 with the Chesapeake Bayhawks and Boston Cannons. Set career highs at Rochester (5/3) with two goals. Added a goal and a groundball in victory over Ohio (5/9) Career: Sam Snow did not play for the Florida Launch in 2014, but he did play against the Launch in his lone appearance with the Denver Outlaws where he scored a goal. Sam Snow played in 58 games for Fairfield University, including 56 starts. Snow totaled 89 goals and 44 assists (89-44-133) over his career and earned Honorable Mention All-American honors during his senior year recording 20 goals and 15 assists for 35 points, and picked up a team-high 27 ground balls. As a junior, Snow earned All-NEILA and All-ECAC first team selections.

Drafted in the 2015 MLL Collegiate Draft as the first overall pick. Career: The Co-Tewaaraton Trophy winner in 2014, Lyle Thompson set an NCAA single season record with 128 points in 2014. He tied the NCAA record with 77 assists, adding 51 goals, 48 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers. He earned numerous yearly awards in 2014, including the USILA Lt. Raymond J. Enners Award for DI Outstanding Player of the Year, the Lt. Col. J.L. (Jack) Turnbull Award for DI Most Outstanding Attackman, IWLCA First Team All-American, America East Player of the Year and Lacrosse Magazine Person of the Year. In 2015, Thompson let Albany with 52 goals and 69 assists for 121 points, adding to his record breaking NCAA career numbers. His final college numbers were 175 goals, 225 assists for a total of 400 points, the most in a collegiate career.

Traded in May 2015 from Rochester Rattlers. Career: Miles Thompson began his MLL career with the Rochester Rattlers, scoring 12 goals with seven assists. In the final game of the season, Thompson scored five goals with one assist to earn the Week 14 2014 Cascade Rookie of the Week. Thompson was drafted in the third round of the 2014 MLL Collegiate Draft after having a successful collegiate career at University of Albany. He was recognized from the American East Conference every year he played graduating with conference Rookie of the Year, All- Conference First Team and Second Team honors. His senior campaign ended with him sharing the , given to the best NCAA Division I player, with his brother, Lyle Thompson. He and his brother were the first Native Americans to be honored with college lacrosse’s top accolade. In his four years at Albany, Thompson played in 61 games and scored 189 goals and 104 assists for 293 points.

#88 Chad Tutton (M) – UNC (2015 MLL Rookie - #13 Overall Pick) 2015 Games Goal Assists Points Shots Groundballs Stats 0 0 0 0 0 0 2015 Season – Has yet to see action for the Launch. Drafted in the 2015 MLL Collegiate Draft as the thirteenth overall pick. Career: Chad Tutton finished his collegiate career with making the 2015 All-ACC First TEAM, the second straight year he received the honor. Became the 12th Tar Heel to eclipse 100 goals in a career. His 104 career goals are the most by a midfielder in UNC's rich lacrosse history. His 33 goals and eight goals earned him a Tewaaraton Trophy Nomination. Ended his career with 104 goals, 24 assists for 128 points.
