To All Parties:

I intend to issue a proposed decision in this proceeding on or about March 29, 2021. Absent a stipulation by all parties to shorten time for public review and comment, the parties shall have the comment periods provided in Rule 14.3 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, and the Commission would place the proposed decision on the agenda for the Commission Meeting on May 6, 2021.

Pursuant to Rule 14.6(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, and for the purpose of placing the proposed decision on the agenda for the Commission Meeting on April 15, 2021, it is proposed that all parties stipulate that any opening

comments to the proposed decision be filed and served no later than April 5, 2021, and any reply comments be filed and served no later than April 8, 2021.

Accordingly, I direct all parties to this proceeding to notify me, by an email copied to the service list, by no later than the close of business on Thursday, March 25, 2021, whether they do or do not stipulate to the above-stated deadlines for public review and comment on the proposed decision.
