I D S The Emergency Management S ervice R isk & R ecovery activation ‘’EMS N-028 : Flood Y R delineation and damage assessment, France’’ has been requested by the French authorities in order to map flooding, infer maximum flooding and flood water depths, and assess the damages of the floods occurred over the S eine R iver located upstream to P aris, and its tributary the Loing R iver, from Fontainebleau to Montargis.
