Die Vermietung unserer Geräte erfolgt zu den in unserer Preisliste aufgeführten Konditionen. Alle Preise verstehen sich inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Foto Lautenschlager GmbH behält sich vor, eine Kaution und / oder einen gültigen Ausweis zu verlangen. 2. Der Miet-Preis gilt pro Kalendertag, welcher auch als kleinste Berechnungseinheit gilt. Grundsätzlich gilt: Abholung frühestens am Vortag ab 17:00 Uhr / Rückgabe spätestens am folgenden Morgen nach Ablauf der Miete bis spätestens 09:00 Uhr (effektive Abhol-/Abgabezeit muss von uns bestätigt werden) 3. Die Miet-Gebühr ist auch dann voll zu zahlen, wenn die tatsächliche und zeitliche Nutzung nicht den zu berechnenden Zeiten entspricht. 4. Wird das Miet-Objekt nicht vertragsgemäss zurückgegeben, wird der angefangene Tag als ganzer Tag zusätzlich verrechnet. Eine Verlängerung ist nur nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Miet-Staffelpreise Wochenendregelung: Ab 5 Tage Rent -20% Freitag 17:00 Uhr - Montag 09:00 Uhr = 1 Tagesmiete Ab 14 Tage Rent -30% Ab 21 Tage Rent -50% 5. Wenn bestellte Miet-Geräte nicht abgeholt werden, ohne dass uns mindestens 24 Stunden vor Abholung eine Stornierung gemeldet wurde, wird eine volle Tagesmiete in Rechnung gestellt. 6. Wir kontrollieren/testen unser Equipment vor der Herausgabe und bei der Rücknahme. Der Kunde bestätigt durch die Unterschrift die Entgegennahme sowie den einwandfreien Zustand der Geräte. Sollten die Geräte auf Kundenwunsch von Dritten (Kurier, Assistenz) abgeholt/zurückgebracht werden, liegt das Transportrisiko beim Kunden. 7. Der Versand via Postexpress ist möglich und wird dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt. Da die Zeit des Postversandes als Mietdauer angerechnet wird, empfehlen wir die Rücksendung per Postexpress. Neukunden werden nicht per Post beliefert. 8. Beschädigungen und Funktionsstörungen, die bei Rückgabe festgestellt werden gehen zu Lasten des Mieters. Für direkte oder indirekte Schäden die durch Ausfall der Miet-Geräte entstehen, haftet die Foto Lautenschlager GmbH nicht. 9. Die Foto Lautenschlager GmbH bleibt die uneingeschränkte Eigentümerin aller Miet-Geräte. Eine Verpfändung, Veräusserung oder Weitergabe ist nicht erlaubt. 10. Die Mietgeräte sind nicht versichert. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit gegen einen Aufpreis ein Versicherung abzuschliessen. Versicherung Bei Beschädigung durch unsachgemässe oder fahrlässige Behandlung des Mietmaterials haftet der Mieter. Die Versicherung ist Sache des Mieters. Der Vermieter lehnt jede Haftung ab. Diebstahl muss sofort gemeldet werden. Der Mieter haftet für entwendete oder verlorene Gegenstände mit dem vollen Kaufpreis.     Canon EOS R 5 A field review All text and photos © SimonDP/Actionimage 2020, unless otherwise noted (web: www.actionimage.co.za email: [email protected]) INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND The Canon EOS R5 continues the newer direction that Canon is taking with their full-frame mirrorless range of cameras using their RF lens mount system. Along with the previously released R and RP, Canon now offers the R5 at the upper end of the scale in terms of features, performance and pricing. This camera also came with the lens mount adapter, of which three different models are offered, to make the RF mount compatible with the current huge range of Canon EF and EF-S lenses. The standard EF/EF-S to RF adapter was provided boxed with the camera. Standard disclaimer: I do my reviews in the way a camera is likely to be used; out in the field, real life conditions with real life subjects. There are enough intelligent guys out there for the lab tests and special sensor resolution tests etc. What I present is how the camera fared under certain conditions using typical lenses. If a parameter does not work for me, it does not mean it won’t work for someone else. We all have our own requirements and preferences when choosing camera equipment. When I reviewed the Canon EOS R some time ago, it initially left me a little cold, and warming up to it after some time using it. But I never got really intrigued by the EOS R to the point where I wanted to go out and buy one.

Now I’ve seen many images of this unique combination before – it’s an Icelandic photographic staple – but there’s no resisting the appeal of such stark, elemental beauty. In fact it’s a beauty that is enhanced by the flat lighting, a cold scene of black and blue with simple graphic appeal. But as so often is the case here in Iceland the conditions are difficult: apart from the rain, salty spray is being driven inshore off the waves and onto my increasingly crusty camera, lens and filter.
