Dear Sir/Madam Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012: Submission of Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan

The Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan has been formally submitted to Borough Council. Under Regulation 16 of the Town and Country Planning, , Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, there is now a 6 week consultation period on the submitted Plan.

The Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed on the Borough Council’s web-site at www.ambervalley.gov.uk/quarndonneighbourhoodplan . A hard copy of the document will be available to view at Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, Library, Park Farm Centre, Park Farm Drive, , Duffield Library, Road, Duffield and Queenies Tea Rooms, 114 Church Road, Quarndon between Friday 9 November 2018 and Friday 21 December 2018 during normal opening hours.

Representations should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to: Plan ning Policy, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Ripley, DE5 3BT and quote ‘Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan’.

All representations should be received no later than 4.30pm on Friday 21 December 2018 .

You may also request to be notified of Amber Valley Borough Council’s decision on the Quarndon Neighbourhood Plan in your submission.

All comments received will then be forwarded to the independent person to be appointed to carry out an examination of the Neighbourhood Plan.
