Jammu & Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDCL) invites “Request for Qualification” (herein after also referred to as the "RFQ" or "Prequalification") and “Request for Proposal” (herein after also referred to as the "RFP" or "Bid") from the eligible Bidders (single entity or a consortium or a JV) in single drop two cover system for selection of EPC Contractor for “12 MW (3X4 MW) Karnah Hydro Electric Project at village- Pingla located near village Khudri in Tehsil Karnah, District , Jammu & Kashmir, , through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) under EPC Turnkey mode of execution”.

Bidders shall be first prequalified on the basis of their submitted RFQ application and RFP/ Bids of only qualified Bidders shall be considered for further participation in the process of procurement/ tendering and opened for further evaluation of technical competencies and financial competitiveness.

The scope of EPC contract shall include Planning necessary additional investigations, surveying, geotechnical etc as may be required for detailed Design & Engineering, Supply, Procurement, Transport, Storage, Construction, Installation, Erection, Testing, Training and commissioning of Civil works, Hydro-mechanical works and Electro-mechanical works leading to successful operation and performance of the Generating units. The Project is to be handed over to JKSPDC after successful completion, testing and commissioning.

Bidders may, in their own interest, visit the project site to get familiarized with the site condition. The site visit will be facilitated by JKSPDC on receipt of request for the same.

The Tender Documents can be downloaded from jktenders.gov.in. Last date of receipt of hard copies of the bids, along with a nonrefundable fee of INR 1,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One lakh only) on account of cost of bid document, is 23.08.2017. The cost of bid document shall be deposited in the form of crossed Demand Draft in favour of "General Manager (Accounts), Srinagar", payable at Srinagar (J&K), India. The cost of the tender document can also be deposited in JKSPDC through RTGS Account No.0005010100007103 maintained with The J&K Bank Limited, Branch Residency Road, Srinagar having IFSC Code: JAKA0CHINAR and MICR Code: 190051065 under intimation to JKSPDC through above Email IDs giving reference of the UTR No under which the transaction was made.

Any corrigendum/addendum to the E-NIT shall be available on jktenders.gov.in and also on JKSPDC website jkspdc.nic.in. The bidders are advised to visit the website regularly for submission of bid.

Bids received after the due date and time as specified herein above shall not be entertained.
