FY18 Return On Mission Report In FY18, our team at Maryland Sports truly took to heart our organization’s mission and implemented strategies that would allow us to show our constituents a significant and positive Return On Mission (ROM). Throughout our report we will highlightactivities and opportunities we engaged in that put our mission into action. Our team and our partners are extremely pleased to report that we increased our activities and engagements throughout the year in every way.

FY18 was a remarkable year and with our Youth and Amateur Sports Grant Program in effect in FY19, it will only continue to enhance our outcomes for all of Maryland! We received 32 grant applications requesting $500K for 40 different events, against the $300K allocated for event support. These events represent over $50 million in direct spending on Maryland’s economy.
