The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the various disclosures Verizon Wireless provides to consumers regarding Verizon Wireless’ services, rates, terms and conditions during each stage of the customer experience. In particular, we discussed the type of information we disclose in advertisements and online, and in retail stores and through customer care representatives. We also discussed how Verizon Wireless discloses information about early termination fees and outlined a variety of tools we provide customers to manage their usage.
