We have volunteer openings in each of these areas:

KITCHEN (fill bags with food) -every other Friday (or) every other Monday from 1:00pm – 4:00pm CLOTHING (sort/hang clothing/assist clients) –every other Monday or every other Wednesday from 1:00pm -4:00pm FOOD PICK UP/DELIVERY – Strong individuals with a truck to pick up and deliver food to the Green House Thursday Mornings from 10:00am – 12:00pm

The Green House - Food & Clothing Pantry Accepts Donations of the Following Items

Food: We welcome all food items including: canned, boxed, as well as & vegetables – fresh or frozen

Food Items that are not usually available from the North Texas Food Bank: Crackers Macaroni and Cheese (Box Mix) Raman Noodles Peanut butter Ground Beef or Ground Turkey Dry Milk (Bulk is fine - we will divide into baggies) Salt, Pepper, Spices, Seasonings, Sugar, Flour

Clothing Items: We accept all kinds/all sizes (baby-adult) of clean wearable clothing including shoes, socks, underwear, coats, pajamas, swim suits, pants, shorts, dresses. We especially need: Men and boys clothing, and children’s clothing ages 3-11, scrubs, steel-toed boots, and blue jeans Personal Care Items: Powdered Laundry Detergent (Bulk is fine - we will repackage in baggies) Paper Towels & Paper Baby and Adult Diapers of all sizes Feminine Products Small Hotel Toiletry Items Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, Dental Floss, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Soap (partially used bottles okay) Deodorant, Colognes, Makeup, Nail Polish, Combs & Brushes

Household Items: Sheets, Pillowcases, Blankets, Pillows, Curtains, Shower Curtains, Rugs, and Towels Small Appliances Can Openers, Flatware, Dishes, Glassware, Pots and Pans Toys, Books, Baby Gear, Knickknacks, Decorations Sleeping Bags & Cloth Shopping Bags

Miscellaneous Items for In House Use: Baggies (sandwich, quart & gallon sizes) Tall , and Large, 30 Gallon Trash Bags Plastic Grocery Bags, Department Store Bags and Large Paper Sacks Clean, Usable Egg Cartons - all types and size
