Important Notice: As of the start of your first billing cycle on or after May 5, 2020, the device tier, monthly cost and/or service fees/deductibles are changing for certain devices. *Maximum of two approved accidental damage, loss or theft claims within a 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement. **For the first two accidental damage claims, the service fee for iPhone screen damage is $29 when service is provided at Apple Stores, Apple Authorized Service Providers, and through Apple’s mail-in repair service. For all other accidental damage claims, and once you have used your maximum two accidental damage claims through AppleCare Services, the service fee for iPhone is $99. Should you lose AppleCare Services due to non-payment or device ineligibility, the service fee for iPhone screen damage will be $99.

*There is a maximum of two approved accidental damage or loss/theft claims within a 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement. **The $29 service fee for screen repair will apply when service is provided through an Assurant-authorized repair center, when and where repair service is available; otherwise, a replacement will be available under the Accidental Damage – All Other service fee of $99. For iPhone customers with AppleCare Services, the $29 service fee for screen repair is also available through Apple’s mail-in repair service.
