Legal notice / Aviso legal (/legal) In its Regional Plan during 1996-2011 government of Maharastra planned to develop Manori-Gorai-Uttan area (MGU) of Mumbai as Recreation and Tourism Development Zone (RTDZ). Following this, the Government of Maharashtra vide Noti cation dated 24th August, 2004, appointed MMRDA as “Special Planning Authority” [4] for this purpose.
