TVPLAYER PLUS PROMOTION

1. This promotion (the "TVPlayer Plus Promotion") is open, by invitation, to the following 4GEE WiFi (Osprey 2, Osprey 2 Mini and Buzzard 2/Car WiFi) or 4GEE tablet customers: (a) Existing customers on a 24 month Pay Monthly Plan and; (b) New customers joining a 24 month Pay Monthly Plan between 1st April 2017 and 30th June 2017.

2. The above customers shall be, by invitation, entitled to three months' free access to TVPlayer Plus (the “Free Period”). The TVPlayer Plus Promotion is only available to customers in receipt of the invitation email, MMS or SMS (the “Invitation”) directly from EE.

3. The Invitation will contain an integrated unique code and a link containing instructions which you must follow in order to redeem it. You must redeem your Free Period within 30 days of receipt of the communication.

4. To receive your Free Period you will need to follow the link in the invitation email sent direct to you and register for a new TVPlayer Plus account, or sign in to an existing one.

5. If you are setting up a new TVPlayer Plus account, credit/debit card details must be entered. You will not be charged during the Free Period.

6. If you do not cancel your TVPlayer Plus subscription prior to the expiry of the Free Period your TVPlayer Plus subscription will automatically renew at its then on-going price (from January 1st 2017 £5.99 a month). You can cancel a TVPlayer Plus subscription at any time.

7. Once you have redeemed the offer, you can download the TVPlayer app (the “App”) on a compatible device and enter your login details. If you are also an EE TV customer, you may use the App through your EE TV set-top box. Access to and use of the App and TVPlayer account are subject to the TVPlayer Terms of Use (available at: tvplayer.com/terms) and the TVPlayer Privacy Policy (available at: tvplayer.com/privacy).

8. The Free Period starts immediately upon TVPlayer Plus validating the offer redemption and expires at 23:59 - three calendar months after the day the offer is validated.

9. The link may only be used once, is not for exchange or resale and no cash alternative is available. You may only have one offer applied to your TVPlayer account.

10. Not to be used in conjunction with any other TVPlayer offer or promotion.

11. The TVPlayer Plus Promotion is available to both current and past subscribers of TVPlayer (including EE TV customers receiving the Invitation who have already had a free period).

12. TVPlayer Plus requires a minimum connection speed of 1Mbps for SD quality and a compatible device. You are responsible for all Internet access charges, including charges on 3G/4G. When using or streaming content from the App on your EE device, your Price Plan’s inclusive data allowance will decrement. Your data allowances will also decrement when downloading the App,

13. EE reserves the right to amend or temporarily suspend this TVPlayer Plus Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any purchaser of EE’s services or third parties.

14. This TVPlayer Plus Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. By taking up the offer on the App or TVPlayer Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions governing this TVPlayer Plus Promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. If you do not comply with these terms and conditions or are found to be abusing the TVPlayer Plus Promotion in any way your use of TVPlayer Plus may be terminated and/or suspended by EE and/or TVPlayer at any time.
