ELECTORAL COMMISSION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DEREGISTER POLITICAL PARTIES

In terms of section 17 of the Electoral Commission Act, 1996 (Act No. 51 of 1996,) the Electoral Commission established in terms of section 3 of the Electoral Commission Act, 1996, hereby gives notice that the political parties set out in the Schedule hereto, shall be deregistered after 14 days from date of publication this notice unless apolitical party so listed satisfies the Electoral Commission within the said 14 days that it still functions as a political party or has the intention to participate in an election.
