Tender documents and tender schedule may be downloaded free of cost from the e- Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in.The bid submission fee and EMD shall be remitted online as per tendering process. All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online on the e-GP website. Tenders/bids shall beaccepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted. Copy of all above tender documents of online cover are to be submitted online and subsequently through speed post or by hand duly filled and signed.

The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Executive Engineer, LSGD Division, Idukki District Panchayath, Painavu, at the above mentioned date and time by The Executive Engineer, LSGD Division , Idukki in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives who are present at the time and venue. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at the same time and place. Tenders received online and copy/originals received by speed post (except bid), without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. Further details can be had from the Office of The Executive Engineer, LSGD Division, Idukki, Painavu P.O., during working hours. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender submitted by the tenderer without assigning any reason.

The firm period of the tenders shall be 60 days from the due date of opening of the bid. The bidder is advised to submit the bids well before the stipulated date & time to avoid any kind of network issues, traffic congestion, etc. In this regard, the department shall not be responsible for any kind of such issues faced by bidder. All other conditions in “Kerala PWD Manual 2012” and “Kerala Panchayati Raj Execution of Public Works Rules, 1997” are applicable to this tender also. All subsequent G.O's connected to tenders are also applicable to this tender.
