We’ve listed and described the activities we offer in Nepal. Please take a moment to read through and rate each activity out of 10 (with 10 being the highest – or a must‐ do!) so that we can gain a better idea of what you want to do on your adventure holiday! We look forward to creating an unforgettable experience for you.

1. Temples, Ancient Cities and Culture 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

• Explore ancient medieval cities like Patan and Bhaktapur • Discover Newari architecture • Visit the UNESCO World Heritage listed Kathmandu Valley • Wander through mesmerising temples like the Bodnath Stupa, Swayambutinath (the monkey temple) and Nepal’s holiest Hindu temple – Pashupatinath • Interact with locals including Holy Sadhus

Ride off‐road down rarely used jeep tracks and trails, biking through the quiet villages and green rice fields of the Pokhara Valley. Cycle to the secluded and stunning Begnas Tal where you can take a refreshing and well‐deserved swim in the lake. Ride along high ridges overlooking Rupa Tal and descend along country roads to the Seti River. Continue beyond the river to the mighty Hell’s Falls and ascend through the hillside to the World Peace Pagoda and enjoy impressive views of Phewa Tal and the Annapurna’s.

3. Mountain Biking – Downhill (in the heart of the Annapurna’s) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

We take a short, but spectacular flight in a light and land in the remote town of Jomsom. The flight offers unparalleled views of Annapurna (8091m) and Dhaulagiri (8167m), the world’s 7th and 10th highest peaks. We continue via jeep to Muktinath – a breathtaking 3700 metres above sea level. We are surrounded by rugged mountain landscapes and are deep into the heart of the Annapurnas. This is where we’ll begin the ultimate downhill!

We spend the next 4‐days on one of the most exhilarating downhill rides in Nepal. Wind our way down steep single track, rarely used dirt trails and over suspension bridges perched high above the Kali Gandaki through the deepest gorge on earth. We continue our descent, surrounded by the Annapurna Massif and Dhaulagiri. Mountain biking doesn’t get any better than this!

In the evenings, treat yourself to an ice‐cold beer or a warming yak butter tea and tuck into a hearty, well‐deserved meal. Accommodation is spent in local teahouses in remote villages that dot the paths we use.

Kayak along the Sun Kosi (River of Gold) where the river has originated from the mighty Shisha Pangma – the world’s 14th highest peak.

Spend the day on some of the warmest white water in Nepal, surrounded by spectacular scenery, learning new skills or honing your kayaking technique in a full day kayak clinic – perfect for novices or experienced paddlers alike!

Starting in Tibet at a height of over 8000m from Shisha Pangma the world’s 14th highest peak, the river gathers speed, strength and volume as it thunders its way through the Himalayas and into Nepal. We raft heart‐pounding grade 3+ rapids on the Sun Kosi, reputed to be one of the top ten rafting trips in the world!

Steep, deep, and never ending grade 4/4+ rapids await us as we descend the intense and wild Bhote Kosi. Not for the faint of heart, this river is technically more demanding and commands the respect of its paddlers. There is nothing quite like the feeling one gets from running down a hill, jumping off a cliff and putting all of your faith into an expertly prepared parachute and the reassuring guide who is riding tandem with you. The feeling elevates even more as you fly to new heights, catching thermals, seeing eye to eye with the birds, and all of this with the majestic Annapurna’s as your backdrop.

Abseil over steep canyon walls, slide down waterfalls, jump into cool pools and prepare to get very wet!

Canyoning is a stimulating and unique way to experience some of the remote canyons and gorges in a region very near to the Tibetan border.

8. Bungee Jumping and/or Canyon Swinging 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

Nothing will prepare you for the pure thrill and exhilaration of jumping head first from the world’s 3rd highest bungee jump or feet first from the world’s highest canyon swing. With over 5 seconds of freefall this isn’t for the faint hearted!

The bungee jump and canyon swing in Nepal is in a stunning setting, situated above the roaring rapids of the Bhote Kosi River, surrounded by lush, tropical jungle. To get to the jump you must cross a steel suspension bridge an airy 500ft above the river. Edging up to the platform one really does get a surreal sense of just how far it is to terra firma. Walk in the footsteps of the Himalayas and under the shadow of giants. Explore waterfalls beyond the beaten track and discover fascinating and holy caves. Wherever we are in Nepal, there is always the option for day treks that allow you to interact with locals or get outstanding views of the Himalayas.

In the still and calm of early morning, as the sun rises over Nepal, ascend towards the Himalaya in an incredible mountain flight. Fly east towards the world’s highest peak, the majestic Mt. Everest (8848m). On the way behold the astonishing views of the Himalayas including Shisha Pangma (8013m), Cho Oyu (8201m), Nuptse (7864m) and Lhotse (8,516m). Quite simply – spectacular!

For the Inner Road Warrior… Rent a motorbike and feel the freedom of the open road. Travel beyond the beaten path to rarely visited villages and wind your way through the heart of the Himalayan foothills. The riding here is exceptional and a motorcyclists dream!

Novices and inexperienced riders can still enjoy the thrill of riding in the Himalayas by taking one of the courses offered in Pokhara. Alternatively scooters can be rented locally.
