Terms and Conditions Governing DBS UnionPay Platinum International Champions Cup Top Spenders Campaign (“Campaign”)

1. Campaign period is from 15 May 2019 to 30 June 2019. (“Campaign Period”)

2. The following prizes are awarded to the top 10 spenders on the DBS UnionPay Platinum Debit Card (“Qualifying Card”) during the Campaign Period:

1st and 2nd Top Spender will get: • A pair of Cat 1 tickets to Manchester United VS Inter Milan • One-night stay at The Fullerton Hotel on 20 July 2019

3rd to 10th Top Spender will get: • A pair of Cat 1 tickets to Manchester United VS Inter Milan

3. To successfully qualify for this campaign, Customer must register and make a minimum spend of S$1,000 UnionPay Transactions (“Qualifying Spend”) on their registered Qualifying Card during the Campaign Period.

4. Failure to provide all necessary information accurately according to bank records will result in Customer’s registration being void.

5. The top 10 customers who have the highest Qualifying Spend during the Campaign Period are eligible to qualify for the respective prize listed in point 2.

6. The top 10 spenders during the Campaign Period will be contacted and notified of their prize by phone by 10 July 2019.

7. The top 10 spenders will receive their prize by 15 July 2019.

8. Qualifying Spend is not valid for refunded/reversed, EZ-Link Card/NETS FlashPay Card/EZ-Pay transactions (eg. Top-ups of EZ-Link/Nets FlashPay Cards with qualifying card), PIN based transactions (e.g. NETS, ATM, AXS), NETSPay transactions (e.g. NETS QR/NETS Contactless), Casino levy, professional services transactions and bill payments, unless otherwise stated.

9. DBS reserves the right to deny prizes to customers without prior notice if it reasonably determines that the customer is not eligible for the prize, including where the prize was awarded due to an error, the transaction is cancelled or the transaction is not a retail spend.

10. DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice or liability to any party.

11. Participants consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of the Participants’ personal data by/to the DBS’ agent or vendors and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion and Participants confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.

12. DBS’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.

13. Purchases are directly deducted from your bank account. There are potential risks of unauthorised signature- based, contactless or card-not-present transactions. Subject to the DBS Debit Card Agreement, the maximum liability for unauthorised transactions not due to your negligence is S$100. Please allow up to 14 days to process refunds.
